Are you a tax registered company, meaning if you can supply an invoice declaring the EU VAT?
Or do you have the accompanying documents from your customs or tax department showing proof, that the tax has been paid?
How long is the 1 Antminer S9 unit running?
If near Czech Republic boarder, could come in person and pay you in cash.

... please bear in mind, that Bitmain is offering 13 TH, not 13,5 TH models. I also read somewhere, that these 13 TH units use chips with lower quality - no source.
