For anyone who once followed this project. Incent is now officially dead. The token INCNT is worthless. You can have a look at some of the posts from the Incent Social account on this thread from the past couple years, and get a sense that the bare minimum of effort was being made to engage with token holders and the crypto community. No viable alternative to the Bittrex exchange listing was ever found, and questions about trading was always answere with "Incent can be traded on Waves". The company entered liquidation as of June 9th, 2022. You can verify that the company website has been taken down, LinkedIn account has been deleted. If anyone wishes to read a discussion about the end of the project, the Telegram group is still open: https://t.me/IncentLoyaltyNotice Of Appointment As Liquidator

Are there any plans for you guys to start buying back INCNT tokens in the future? Asking this because the volume is quite low right now and risks delisting from binance.
Incent has never been listed or traded on Binance. The two main markets are Bittrex International and Livecoin. The daily trading volumes on there have been consistently similar in recent times. So it is unlikely that there will be any risk that Incent will be delisted from either of those. Most likely, the volume will gradually be increasing as people start using the Incent that they have earned from the service.

In practical terms, the use case for the Tokes token in the state of Nevada is to serve as a currency to use instead of cash in marijuana dispensaries. The intention being to solve the problem that occurs for legal cannabis businesses that are forced to deal only in cash. They accumulate reserves of paper cash which can make them targets for thieves. There are also numerous other problems and challenges they face in dealing only in cash along the entire supply chain. The customers who would use the Tokes token in these stores would for the mosst part have very little background with cryptocurrency. They would most likely have never heard of Bitcointalk, for example. They would have only received the bare minimum technical information needed to use this cryptocurrency to purchase products in a dispensary, using the Tokes Wallet on their smartphones. More broadly, Tokes is also a cryptocurrency in the more general sense, which people with a cryptocurrency background will understand and relate to. That is to say, it does trade on the exchange Bittrex, with the trading pair BTC-TKS. If you have a Waves wallet, you are able to log into your Waves Client or Waves app and acquire Tokes on the Waves Decentralized Exchange. In certain countries you are able to connect your bank account to your Waves Client and move funds into your Waves wallet. This is one way of funding your wallet. Alternatively, you can acquire Bitcoin or some other major cryptocurrency that trades on Waves and then send it to your Waves wallet. You can use it to buy Waves, which is the currency that serves as the major trading asset to acquire value tokens on the Waves Decentralized Exchange. You can also acquire a certain amount of Waves for the sake of leasing to a Waves Node, which will earn you a small passive income in Waves and other tokens. So typically, there is at least some small investment made when someone is going to set up and use a Waves wallet for practicfal purposes. Let's say moving $50 or $100 into BTC. Then sending that to your Waves wallet. Then buying your first Waves with the BTC. Performing some trades on the Waves DEX, for instance, in order to buy your first Tokes tokens. You could also buy the token CoffeeCoin and use that to order coffee. This is another Waves project that has developed a practical use case for their token. https://medium.com/tokesplatform/legislative-progression-in-blockchain-and-cannabis-359a9bb9a3fc

Does this platform only accept Litecoin? or can also accept other currencies, and whether it expensive for the international postage for shopping . I want to buy something, never buy anything with virtual currency.
Litecoin is one of the currencies that will be integrated into the Toke Platform Merchant Gateway. The Waves token "Tokes", being the native currency of the platform, was the initial currency to be used. We then decided to add support for a select number of the most popular cryptocurrencies which for the moment includes Bitcoin and Litecoin. The only two major cryptocurrencies supported by the Merchant Gateway during this initial phase. With time we will likely roll out other payment options as well, as our system starts being used and tested in Nevada dispensaries. In terms of buying products for international delivery with cryptocurrency. We currently do offer a line of Tokes themed clothing online through the store Crypto Bantam. You are able to pay for these items either with cryptocurrency or with dollars. Shipping is free when you choose to pay in crypto. Tokes is one of the supporterd currencies accepted by the crypto payment plugin Mycryptocheckout. So you can in fact use Tokes to buy something at that store and have it shipped anywhere in the world. That would include other "non-tokes" products such as a Litecoin shirt. https://www.cryptobantam.com/product-tag/tokes/

Maybe his problem is not just there, but there are many competitors who have similar projects and offer something more interesting, the core team should make something different to attract their interest.
Something different that has been released today is support of Tokes on the cryptocurrency gateway MyCryptoCheckout. Any merchant using WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads can now accept $TKS. This opens the possibility for Tokes to be used as a payment method for such things as crypto themed merchandise like clothing. Another potential use case might be for someone who writes a cannabis blog to accept tips for their blog posts in $TKS by embedding a tipping plugin into their website. Our first use of MyCryptoCheckout will be for a merchandise line similar to what you see on the following page for CoffeeCoin: https://cryptobantam.com/product-tag/coffeecoin/ Soon you will be able to order a similar item and pay for it with Tokes. https://twitter.com/MCryptoCheckout/status/1081229315566723072

Incent would be an example of a project that has largely moved away from using Bitcointalk on a regular basis. The only reason that I spotted your message was because Incent has a BitcoinTalk thread in their Slack that posts the text of new replies. Incent's latest tweet is in fact an invitation to join their Slack. https://twitter.com/IncentLoyalty/status/1043643637081485312

We have a new Newsletter for September for your consideration. Of note, we have released the Beta version of our merchant gateway. Anyone can sign up to test out the functionality: gateway.tokesplatform.org Soon we will be releasing a Tokes specific blockexplorer that will allow users as well as merchants to specifically pinpoint Tokes transactions on the Waves Platform. Something that is critical from the standpoint of businesses that will be using Tokes. Removing the clutter that comes with the general purpose Waves Explorers where you might need to sort through numerous non relevant transactions in order to record business transactions. https://medium.com/tokesplatform/tokes-platform-newsletter-september-2018-4a0082475cc1In addition. We have completely updated our Website. We have redesigned our site to reflect and communicate current roadmap objectives. https://tokesplatform.org/

There is not going to be much activity on that exchange in terms of Incent. It was once the first exchange to list Incent, after the token was first created. I would suggest that you look at Bittrex instead. Also, it was simply very bad luck for anyone to have bought almost anything in crypto in early January. That is a general fact, and is not strictly related to Incent.

Hi I have received email with confirmation of withdrawal, but I haven't received my token in my waves wallet. Tx ID provided seems not valid.... Anyone get this issue? How I can solve?
Ensure that you are checking the Transactions tab when you are logged into your Waves wallet, since the main assets page does not list any information related to Waves tokens. For those, you need to go to the Portfolio tab. Sorry for that very simple observation, however many people who are unfamiliar with the Waves wallet do miss that point. There could be a delay between the time you get your confirmation email and the tokens are actually sent to your address. You might need to way 48 hours or so before they arrive. If they do not arrive, please open a support ticket from your Incent Loyalty account page.

I can not pass the verification, when you enter the code received by SMS, gives an error, something went wrong. Has anybody had these problems and if so how did you decide on?
Yes, one of the problems encountered was the case where certain telephone numbers were not recognized as being cell phone numbers which could receive text messages. In certain instances, numbers were incorrectly identified as being landline only, and unable to receive text messages. So in that case you would need to open a support ticket from your Incent account page and have verification worked on manually.

Yes, there is no need to transfer your Incent at this time. You can just keep it as is. There was some misunderstanding about this earlier, but Jins clarified this point in Slack, that there is no specific reason to do anything at the moment. Unless you wish to transfer your Incent today. But you can also wait to do it some other time. The only real piece of information to take note of is that the Incent Toolbar, in the form you are familiar with, will no longer be functional. It is being taken offline. It will be redesigned to work in a different way. This will also give the team time to fix the bugs that were plaguing the toolbar experience towards the end of the run.

Incent toolbar does not work well for a few days
That is true for everyone using the Toolbar. Now we will wait for an official statement about the Toolbar which was part of Beta testing Incent Loyalty rewards. The toolbar rewards for web browsing is soon coming to an end. That is, the toolbar is no longer relevant or just testing is over and then another will be shown? This moment is very important because scammers can use it and will try to insert their project with a virus so that users download it in the guise of an official one. The point is well made that there is some possibility of creating a spoof version of the Incent Loyalty login page in order to steal user login information. However you would also need to factor in that the average account would have less than $100 worth of Incent at this point, from using the toolbar. It would not be a major payoff for someone creating a phishing scheme, also given that the majority of targeted users would probably still figure out how to avoid getting scammed by such a scheme. It would be worth mentioning to the community that the various Incent Loyalty accounts and webpages have been verified by Metacert, which means that if you navigate using Metacert's Cryptonite chrome extension, you will always see a green shield when you are on an official Incent page. If you were to somehow end up on an identical looking fake Incent page, the shield would be black, indicating that it is not the official page, and that there could be some danger if you enter any of your personal details. If such a scheme were to be created, it could be reported to Metacert and they would flag the page so that when you navigate towards it with the Cryptonite App, you would see a warning page appear on your browser alerting you that it is not safe to proceed.
