3  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Should setting up a mining rig at home always be profitable on: March 15, 2015, 06:13:51 AM
I think,s its best for opening a mining rig in own house for income......but it is very costly!!!

That isn't a good suggestion. Increase electric consumption can get the cops tipped off to something else you might be doing, and the bills would be enormous by doing that.

5  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Altcoin prices on: March 08, 2015, 03:46:19 AM
Bitcoin is always before Altcoins. Consumers would buy bitcoin first then altcoin. So they both rise.

Well not really. Imagine an altcoin doing free distribution, and selling it on exchanges, then its the opposite. they are dumping altcoin for bitcoin. So basically, its the inverse.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Gold: The Age Old Debate on: March 08, 2015, 03:45:24 AM
You can add hideability, important now as in the old days.

If you buy gold to someone and store it yourself, it is very hidden as well Wink

I think that applies for Fiat money as well. You can hide that too just like gold. But bitcoin doesn't take up that space, and if the government comes across that paper, they won't really know what it is
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Paypal acceptin Bitcoin mean you can pay with Bitcoin in any Paypal site? on: March 08, 2015, 03:42:55 AM
Has paypal rather commented on their relation with bitcoin ever ?
They came out with something last year, but I have never seen any update on their side.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are some ways you can think bitcoin won't succeed? on: March 08, 2015, 03:42:05 AM
The only thing I can think of is the imbalance of distribution of bitcoin , which gave a few people a lot of bitcoins , even through the scams and hacks, and that giving them a chance to manipulate the prices.
9  Economy / Gambling / Re: LuckyFlop.eu Bitcoin Poker | 5mbc Free Roll 24/7 | 5mbc FREE to New Sign ups | on: March 08, 2015, 03:25:23 AM
Hi, I have earned 32mbtc for 8 days, as a texas newbie just learnt it 8 days ago, I think this result is good enough, I will play more in your site. Thank you give me the best platform to play.

@Luckyflop, is that possible to set my ip to your cloudflare whitelist or something like that(I have played in your site so long, it proves my ip is good, not a ddos one), yesterday I had 3 hours couldn't access your cool site.

Also some progress I have seen: XXX eliminated because of sitting out too many hands. It is a good new rule, help us save time if someone offline or leaves.  Cheesy

Doesn't cloudfare allow you to prove you are a human and not ddosing by verifying with the captcha ?

There is a captcha every time, but sometimes the captcha doesn't show, that's why I stuck.

I guess there is the function to add my ip to the whitelist. Therefore i hope the admin can add me to it.

I Just checked cloudflare support. https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203366080-Why-do-I-see-a-captcha-or-challenge-page-Attention-Required-trying-to-visit-a-site-protected-by-CloudFlare-as-a-site-visitor-

What to do:

1. You can still enter the site by passing the captcha. You can also request to the site owner that the whitelist your IP address. You must have cookies and JavaScript enabled in your browser settings to pass the captcha. If you are running any anti-virus or firewall programs on your computer, then you may also need to check to make sure that they aren't blocking access to the captcha image.

Btw, I am a hero member here, I won't ddos any site.

Oh didn't know that . Yeah then maybe you can request a whitelist then . Or try making your IP dynamic, might help.
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: Has anyone here ever made money gambling with BTC? on: March 08, 2015, 03:00:48 AM
Yes I have made money as well in dice. I used to martingale and converted 1 BTC into 3. But didn't play much after that and got out profitable.

12  Other / Meta / Re: Older profile than Theymos on: March 08, 2015, 02:54:17 AM
I believe those missing profiles are not admins but deleted members. Back then Satoshi did not ban but delete members.

Maybe they were their alts and were banned , and something else might be the reason for the deletion.
13  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Methods of getting free electricity on: March 08, 2015, 02:49:49 AM
You can invest in solar power , and after a one time investment, you can almost get free electricity for a long long time. Which is almost like fee.
14  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is there any mining hardware for around 100$ that might ROI? on: March 08, 2015, 02:49:06 AM
For the 100$ you might just want to purchase hashing power with it in Cloudmining and be done with it.
15  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: which a reliable company? in mining on: March 08, 2015, 02:48:37 AM
Why do you want to invest in a cloudmining site when the price in that time period can fluctuate by a lot, and its not worth it. ?
16  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Best available miner to buy ? on: March 08, 2015, 02:46:44 AM
The best mining hardware is S7 Tongue
Coming soon next year after the halving happens at the end of 2016.
17  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: New to Mining on: March 08, 2015, 02:45:59 AM
Hi, Im new to bitcoin mining and I would like to find out the methods of bitcoin mining. Do I join a pool, or I have to buy hashes on private websites and actually rent a mining machine in order to mine? Can I have some tips
Thx  Smiley

You have 2 options. Buy mining hardware and participate in a pool or go for cloudmining.
Both of them aren't really profitable, and its best to avoid them ,unless you can spend some heavy buck
18  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Investing on: March 08, 2015, 02:44:54 AM
I thought BTCJam was very risky to deal with. People with fake profiles.

If you want to lend I recommend on this forum, although it's kinda risky, but high interest(Generally over 10% per day), fast repayment(Mostly under 2 weeks) and the trust and ranking system is what you can usually depend on. I.e. the higher trust score one gets, and the higher ranking that guy is, the more you probably can trust him and less chance of a scam.

Yes, BTCjam is not a good site to lend. But for mining I doubt anyone on this forum will give you the loan .
19  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Mining directly to a Trezor? on: March 08, 2015, 02:44:16 AM
Shouldn't just putting in the trezors wallet address do the trick alone ? Should work just fine.
20  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cheap electricity for mining Bitcoin on: March 08, 2015, 02:42:50 AM
Is there anywhere where people are using solar panel miners to run miners with them ?
