Yep. I’m aware of the images thingy, but back when imgur (where OPs images are hosted) started to become hostile to proxy displays, leading the forum to not display their images anymore, I hoped for a global solution to come to light which wouldn’t depend on individuals fixing the images on their threads (I’m aware there are scripts to accelerate the process), thus resolving the situation for posts created by many users who are no longer around and therefore will not undergo the task of fixing the images themselves for obvious reasons. This global fix has not been sought or found, and I therefore willingly and knowingly decided to leave my past images as are for the time being, as a measly, modest, and rather insignificant protest against the lack therein of a global solution. |

Un juzgado de Bilbao ha declarado nulo el registro de la marca Bitcoin en España (Id registro 404614), al constatarse que se realizó un registro de mala fe apropiándose de una marca que no era suya para registrar. De hecho, el caso parte de una demanda realizada por parte de los que llegaron a registrar la marca (ver OP) contra Bit2Me, que se les volvió en contra … La demanda fue presentada en el 2022, y admitida en el 2024, para intentar forzar a Bi2Me (Bitcoinforme S.L.) a dejar de usar la marca de Bitcoin en sus campañas, a la vista de que ésta estaba registrada en la OEPM (Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas), reclamando a su vez montantes por daños y perjuicios. Bit2Me contraatacó demandando la nulalidad del registro de la marca Bitcoin en España, en base a evidencias de la la marca/logo de Bitcoin no era de los demandantes para empezar, y que se registró con mala fe. La sentencia abajo recogida hace numerosas referencias a Bitcointalk y como el usuario bitboy creó el logotipo para el uso del público general (ver https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1631.0 (*)). El caso aún se puede apelar, pero por lo menos se ha revertido un registro que era evidentemente fraudulento y, ahora constatado, creado con fines de sacar los cuartos (dinero) a los demás a base de demandas por uso. De hecho, al ver los nombres de los posts meritados daba la sensación (visual) de que era el mismo post meritado en muchos casos, por lo que tuve que verificar que no fuese un error de meritaje reiterado sobre el mismo post (a mí creo que me sucedió algún accidente por el estilo hace algunos años, aunque el ejercicio reflejado en el OP no es el caso).

El Salvador ha creado (o licenciado más bien) una herramienta derivada de mempool.space para dotar de transparencia a la tenencia de bitcoin en las reservas del país. Eso sí, las TXs se remontan al 13/03/2024, momento en el cual se traspasaron 1.120,99 BTCs iniciales a través de una TX multifirma 3/5. Es decir, hay transparencia sobre estos fondos (y no otros) desde la citada fecha. Hecho de menos no obstante un desglose del compromiso de los fondos por concepto. Si mal no recuerdo, buena parte de los fondos eran para crear un fidecomiso a fin de dotar de liquidez al Sistema Chivo, y por ende, están destinados a tal fin. Habrá otra parte que es más bien en concepto de reservas puras y duras. Actualmente cuenta con 5.749,76 BTCs (355.691.404 $), agregandose 1 BTC por día. Gracias por el recordatorio. Creo que "en otra vida" tenía el parámetro configurado como indicas, pero en algún momento dado lo desactivaría y lo tenía totalmente olvidado como automatismo de restauración del contexto en el navegador. Nota lateral: Cuando inicié mis sMerit Sprees hace ya más de un lustro (y acabo de sorprenderme al ver el tiempo que llevo haciéndolo hasta la fecha), el procedimiento era lento, y pasaba por abrir multitud de pestañas para luego proceder a meritar los posts implicado uno a uno a todo trapo. Menos mal que mejoré el proceso y muté a un sistema netamente más eficiente y ahorrador de tiempo. |

Un tanto ido… Yo tengo ahora mismo 17 pestañas abiertas en múltiples instancias de Firefox, a fin de organizar mejor varios temas en paralelo, aunque suelo tener menos. Actualmente consumen unos 3GB de RAM, aunque si revisitase todas las abiertas seguro que el valor podría subir un par de GB más.
En el caso del artículo, habla de un consumo de RAM de 70 Mb, teniendo 7,470 pestañas abiertas. En el fondo, probablemente no estén "abiertas" y activas como tal, sino que posiblemente la lectura de la memoria asociada la haya hecho tras rebotar la máquina y restaurar las pestañas, abriendo visualmente una pestaña muy ligera sin ir a visitar las demás. Tras un rebote, las pestañas se instancian en RAM esencialmente a medida que se va entrando en ellas, por lo que es realmente una carga dinámica por uso.
Por cierto, que lo que suelo hacer al rebotar es restaurar la sesión anterior para no perder el contexto de lo que tenía abierto (Historial -> Restaurar sesión anterior). Esto lo hago nada más abrir Firefox, antes de empezar a navegar con búsquedas nuevas.

A veces he pensado que, aunque se pasen los fondos por algún tipo de servicio que otorga privacidad mediante la mezcla de los fondos, el resultado podría que tampoco fuese lo mejor en términos de no mostrar información. Me refiero a que, si se tira de la traza de la cadena a partir de una dirección con fondos mezclados, puede que la traza anterior "de la sensación" al lector de la cadena de que se tiene más fondos de lo que realmente se tiene. Depende. Por lo que hace referencia a los fondos de las campañas, por lo menos en lo relativo a la de pagos semanales, siempre he pensado que las direcciones de destino deberían ser privadas, sin visibilidad pública en el foro (y a saber si a los indexadores de los buscadores – no lo he comprobado). A su vez, uno debería poder, de manera sencilla, cambiar la dirección con la frecuencia que quisiese a su libre albedrío (semanal, mensual, anual, puntual, etc.). Claro que esto no es trivial de gestionar, pero la privacidad debería tener un rol predominante, y no el cachondeo que se estila en este terreno. Eso facilitaría la labor de pagos al tendero con cierta privacidad (deseable también que la dirección de pago origen de la campaña cambie con frecuencia). |

There are no new Legendary members, but 1 new Hero Members this week. bastisisca -> Hero Member from New Era Newbie during Merit System kick-off. Note:
