First of all, thanks for being with us for last 4 years. We still remember May 02, 2018 when we launched our Lobstex chain publicly. We started it as an experiment to see the particiaption in PoS environment in a decentralized environment. Codebase changed from privacy to fully open after some vulnerability but alas we carried on till now. Today, it's a mixed bag of feeling, we wanted to reach for the stars and moon. However, sometimes you have to change the course for good. Some of our team members left in between, the marketing never went in a way we expected and we could not attract more participants. We are happy too that we are not being discarded or dead in context and qoneqt team had taken up the project seeing the long chain which was existing since 4 years. In these years, we had tried to be impartial and transparent in all our communication and would expect same from the new team too.

Current swap status is as follows:

1. Direct swap to (LW3WsetEydFybCNeTKJVvzwBnM82aUGC33) wallet stands at 20 million Lobs which are swapped with QTO in 1:3 ratio (proof attached)
2. Dev Fee Wallet (LXYsa3jGL1K2qqmhsbgZGeHDXHLe6Cxbg4) stands to about 891k Lobs and private keys are being handed over to qoneqt team to destroy the wallet after swap. (proof attached)

There are about 2.5 million lobs which are unaccounted and cannot be processed further.

Firstly, thanks to all for sticking with us for long and making Lobstex (LOBS) a global decentralized currency in true sense. It's been 3 years and 9 months since Lobs launched and we are grateful to you all. However, with increasing costs and no use case we never flourished which we had expected in past. Chain also gives us issue due to stuck transactions and low staking participation. We Lobstex team have decided to withdraw from the project due to lack of proper use case for our currency. In lieu of that, a new Team Qoneqt (QToken - Ethereum based) is taking over the project from us fully. They are in development of their platform https://qoneqt.com/ from more than one year and they are prepared to introduce QToken by swapping the existing LOBS token. Our best wishes to Qoneqt Team.

Procedure for swaping will be manual as both the chains are mutually exclusive and bridges are not efficient in current context of hacks. Thus, LOBS will be swapped with QToken in tranches manually every week. The deadline set is for 2.5 months i.e till 30th Aprill,2022.

SWAP (LOBS to QTO) Procedure - Ratio: 1 LOBS = 3 QTO
1. Go to  your Lobs Wallet
2. Send 1 test Lobs to Address: LW3WsetEydFybCNeTKJVvzwBnM82aUGC33 and check it on Lobs explorer https://explorer.lobstex.com/ , if your wallet is properly synced it will show on explorer and then send all the LOBS coins to given Address: LW3WsetEydFybCNeTKJVvzwBnM82aUGC33
3. Once Transaction successful, go to https://qoneqt.com/ and fill up the swap form (Swap form facility available only on website version - https://qoneqt.com/lobs/)
4. In swap form, fill details of your LOBS address, Lobs transaction hash, your receiving Ethereum Address and email id.
5. All the transaction (LOBS) received till Friday night will be processed on weekend i.e. every Saturday/Sunday and so on.
6. Once all the swap activity concludes, all the LOBS holders who will receive QToken (QTO) can contact authorized channels of Qoneqt for further information and updates.
7. On 1st May, official Lobs team will cease to exist and Qoneqt team will oversee management of their respective token and platform.

Dear Community, we have reached our final reduction in block rewards from block 1581601. Currently the rewards are as follows: 2 Lobs per MN, 0.5 Lobs for staking and 0.5 Lobs for Dev fee, per block. The current Lobs supply is around 22 million (21989377 Lobs). In future we will strive for use case of Lobs and stability of chain. Thanks

Those who have stuck transactions or wallet, please use this bootstrap
1. Remove everything from root folder except wallet.dat, lobstex.conf and masternode.conf
2. Add blocks and chainstate folder to root folder provided in bootstrap folder
3. Update nodes in lobstex.conf from http://explorer.lobstex.com/network
4. Restart Wallet
