I'm afraid that Jon's disappeared to avoid jail time, it's just a matter of time before we find out he's using weexchange's money for his own purpose through those addresses. (He disappeared exactly when we started to investigate those addresses connections.)
And we should do something, civilised or nasty thing I don't care. I'm willing to pay 30% of what I have lost if I can get my money back.

Yeah, selling your house and car and get a loan will also help. Ukyo what has active mining have to do, at all, with someone, like myself, who deposited money to wexchange then could not withdraw the btc. How can you conflate these two things? There is no link that I can see.
You can't just accept deposits from people then keep their money (...like do I really need to describe this to you? Apparently). What you have done is called thievery and there are repercussions.
Your information is public, you will not be able to hide from this.
Uh. Really? Do you not want me to continue to try to sell ActM shares so you can receive some BTC from it? I thought you were demanding BTC and didn't care where it came from even if its my personal. Perhaps I should stop "conflating" these two things. |

Ukyo, at least we deserve to know what happened. Otherwise I can only think of you as a scammer who can not just disappear like TradeFortress because your real identity is everywhere. No need for that mate. So when will you be paying back this money then?
Look the ball is in your court so just do what you know is right. The community deserve full disclosure. Jesus, what are you doing on this thread throwing shit around like that for when you know how serious your situation is? It's not Ken that's under the microscope here, although you're clearly trying to play the diversionary card. They are going to throw away the keys if your not careful so tread carefully.
Honestly I am not trying to divert anyone's attention from anything. Right now Weex owes a lot of btc to a lot of people. To help ease things I am trying to use my ActM shares towards that. In the meantime, Ken is in effect trying to steal the funds and pay himself personally. (and as quickly as possible while misdirecting everyone as to the nature of the funds and his rights to do what he pleases with them) And the great god Ken has made it quite clear that should any shareholder not agree with his actions that are based solely on his feelings/emotions and not backed my any legal nature, then he wishes them the best of luck to try to do anything about it. |

Talking about "no information at all", Ukyo what about our money? Where? How? Why? When? You started everything, sorry. Also it occurs to me that its amazing there are more updates about my personal shares than about ActM.
If everything is paid for, why are you so desperate for your 100btc worth?
Why not leave the shares locked until I have paid everyone back. Are you now having to heavily count on this 100btc?
This small fraction of btc that was taken in even though everything's been paid for?
Is it really worth the legal risk for the company to make arbitrary decisions with these shares or are you just in such a horrible need of money?
Be the risk from me, a court appointed trustee, or weex users ?
Seems like a rather rash and fast decision without need.
