Bitcoin is becoming popular in Nigeria and there are many people who are interested to invest in it, but the question they do not know is how to invest or where to invest. The answer is becoming difficult to give them because of how our governments is, and scammers knowing this can take advantage of these people.

Op Bitcoin already dey very popular for Nigeria just that most persons never still get complete insight of Wattin e be. Normally we dey hear people dey make use of the sentence "you be block chain" and that Na because dem know say the worth of 1 Bitcoin dey massive so them use am take refer to person wey hold em side. However as our government dey behave adamant to the importance of crypto come dey implement this restriction and try their best to end p2p trade, I advise make any public teaching about crypto hold first, anybody wey wan learn fit learn inside house or make use of the inter to conduct em personal research, after all Bitcoin no hard to work with. Learning the basics sef alone go fit help plenty person avoid all this scams because when you keep you seed phrase safe, you no get anything to fear again.

3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling winnings should NOT be taxed on: June 19, 2024, 02:50:03 PM
Simple answer; Because you gain money.

Government charge taxes for every profit which the citizens earned or gain regardless of the source. It’s called capital gain tax which simply growing your capital. In some country like 3rd world country the implementation of this tax law is not absolute since it requires a thorough tax audit in able to monitor all citizens.

But this is possible and happening country like US. You are using all the services by the government which is paid by taxes. Even the road, police and other public services is run by the tax so they have the right to charge a tax on your gain whether you like it or not since they need it to run the country.

Yeah I understand the whole concept  of taxation and how they need this to regenerate capital for the economy, but paying taxes off gambling seems to sound a bit off to me considering the risk attached to wining a bet. Too much taxes definitely increases the cost of living and how about those who aren't able to meet up family needs after paying up all those taxes from their fixed earned salary? Majority  of them are just left with no choice but to migrate elsewhere where they can actually survive without necessarily paying taxes for anything they do or use.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling winnings should NOT be taxed on: June 19, 2024, 02:30:42 PM
In my country (Australia) ALL gambling winnings and profits are 100% tax free.

You don't have to declare it because it is considered a hobby.

In the USA and other countries gambling winnings are treated the same as income and gambling companies are required by law to withhold federal income taxes.

If I had to pay taxes I would quit gambling. The risk wouldn't be worth it.

Does your country tax gambling winnings and if so do you declare it yourself or does the gambling operator withhold the taxes on your behalf?

Same here, where I'm from, we own the full possession of our gambling wins. I don't see any reason why taxes has to be implemented on gambling in the first place. It certain we are responsible for the wins and loses we experience in gambling so why should gambler pay task of their gambling wins, knowing fully well by the government that gambling is risky and the winning possibility is very low, as the house is always on the winning side. I can't help but think most of these government officials are just being wicked and mean to humanity. Though some person are already used to paying tax from almost all that they do, and it's no big deal for them in paying taxes from their gambling.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling mistake repeated by the gamblers on: June 19, 2024, 02:17:02 PM
Not easy to apply indeed, there are times where you think that you already have that control but eventually you lose your patiene or because of adrenaline inside you, you feel that you need more and at times, you'll overexceed with your limits, though some may able to stop and go back with the original set up but most of them who already been controlled by greed they will keep pushing forward and will forget about the strategy that they've created, and then again, they will regret not to stay with the plan as most of the outcome turned against you.

Humans weren't born to be losers, starting from the formation of foetus in the womb, they struggled to get there and being born shows that the child indeed fought dearly to survive and won. However I believe the configuration of not wanting to be a loser is already planted in us and that why gamblers wouldn't want to loss against the casino and that why they keep coming back to make sure they are on the winning side. However not every gambler see it this way, few have been able to understand the consequences of trying to get back at the casino for their loss and it usually don't end well for them. So the best way is to dis-configure your brain from thinking that the casino owes you, and that the only way to escape addiction.

First impression

The first page contains a briefing about the casino, which is actually nice as it uncovers the mystery of expected outcome to a new bettor registering for the first time. The idea of giving a 25 VIP spin is attractive, but it would have been better if the minimum deposit in meriting the VIP spins were lowered a bit to $25 for easy participation as most gamblers would want to test run the casino with small deposit before they fully ventures in.

Talking about the interface, it looks really easy to navigate through. Having the buttons placed at the bottom of the casino makes it easy and self explanatory to all new users trying the website for the first time. The navigation response time is quite impressive compare to some casinos I have had experience with.

Accepted Cryptocurrency

I was Marveled to see my first 6 preferred deposit choice listed in the accepted cryptocurrency which happens to be among the most popular cryptocurrency in the world. 12 popular coins for deposit makes a lot of sense as bettors could easily pick their preferred choice to make deposit. But it would have stood a better chance if:
BTC wallet was a segregated witness wallet address to enable a faster confirmation time for time.

Deposit/withdrawal

Making my deposit was really easy and stress free, and it was faster than I expected, my deposit arrive within the time space of 3 minutes. After making my deposit I tried playing my best crash games and after a few wins and loss I decided to check the withdrawal options, but I wasn't able to make withdrawal as all deposit has been exhausted.

Referral system(earn)

I think the referral program is a nice feature. Earning 25% commission from referred deposit will definitely attract more bettors into using this casino as they'll have the opportunity to earn while gambling.

Conclusion
Thumbs up to the team, the website works fine and I had a great experience using it, the simplicity in gambling is top notch, I bet no user would ever complain of directions in accessing any option. I like the fact that user privacy is respected and kept anonymous. In my own opinion, adding extra features would make the casino more flexible  to use, features such as :
Coin swap: this would enable user to easily swap from one coin to their  preferred choice to gamble with or withdraw.
Adding extra languages: languages which are not under the restricted zones in accessing online casino should be added so more interested gamblers can access the website.

A big job well done to playgram development team for putting this great website up.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think casinos can stop demanding KYC? on: June 18, 2024, 08:10:20 PM
It is highly unlikely that various casinos will stop claiming KYC procedures. Because regulatory requirements aimed at preventing money laundering, fraud and other financial crimes are unlikely to stop it. Casinos are required to verify the identity of their patrons and ensure compliance with the law. So that it can provide complete protection against illegal activities. All of these issues are troublesome for the customer but are an essential part of the casino industry to maintain security.

It quite unfortunate that Casinos only ask if the user registering the account is up to 18 without them working on further verification process, and children below 18 can simply register without the casino even knowing. Though even some adult would prefer not to go through the process of providing a means of verification to prove that they are actually up to 18, and I believe this is among the reason why casino decided to start showing less concern for the verification process. The KYC process is really important to the casino and also and also to the society as it would also reduce the number of persons creating multiple accounts for abuse.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling losses are traps to new game on: June 18, 2024, 04:57:26 PM
Quote
This is true when you don't gamble in moderation, you fall into the recovery pressure trap, just like your friend. I really think you guys should talk or motivate this guy into quitting gambling for now before things gets out of hands.

It seems he's also unemployed, which makes him see gambling as an earning opportunity and this is the architect of his problems.

When a gambler loses excessively while gambling and continues to lose his money, he must stop. It is even more important to stop gambling, as when a player loses a bet and gambles again to make up his money, he is sure to fall into a bigger trap. When a gambler cannot control himself, he will always lose his money so that person should be stopped from gambling.
It is most wrong for a gambler to consider gambling as a source of income, so one should exercise self-control and play responsibly while gambling.

It is essential that every gambler know when to stop especially when they are becoming addicted by either increasing their bets or continue gambling even while they are experiencing loss all the time. After experiencing loss for a while I recommend that you give a break and that break should be use to rethink and then restructure your mindset so that you won't run into addiction by acting greedy. Learning to control ones emotion is very important as gamblers because if you don't know how to, you'll definitely get addicted in no time, and that was why the minimum required age for gambling is 18 because people above 17 are know to have become responsible for their actions and their brains should have been mature to think responsibly.

Increasing the number sets is ideal even though at times in a set the reps might not be complete. It still make sense that way, also having a time off deliberately.
You are welcome back

Todays report

It's best to work on quality pushups than having completed the daily 100 pushups. Trying to cheat the process adds no value to the body or this competition. And that why having some time to rest and relax the muscles is also important. I prefer giving a rest time of at least 5 minutes, and that's if I'm trying to rush the whole process else I'll have to spend upto 10 minutes as a break time in between the sets of pushups. Resting time is as important as push ups, because paraventure you fall ill due to stress, you'll have to spend extra money for treatment and quit pushups during that sick time.

Today I did a total of 103 push ups after 3 set of quality pushups.

15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Double your money and quite on: June 17, 2024, 08:20:05 PM
What do you think of this method?
Is there anyone among you who does it?
Give us one of your winning strategies, of course if that is possible.

It's not as easy as you've said it to be. Most addiction starts with the mindset of doubling their money. And most gamblers have ran into trouble by thinking they would be lucky to double the money in their possession and gain from it, but unfortunately the probability of winning is not in the hands of the gambler but it's essentially based on luck. Even after most gambler gets lucky to double the money, they might also get tempted to play again because they had a swift and easy experience in doubling the money. However I prefer settings targets even if you successfully rounded up your profit to +50% it's ok by me, because you cannot win all that has been lost to gambling in a single day, considering the duration of years you have spent gambling both for fun and otherwise.

I've being lagging behind lately based on my recent schedule and other unforseen activity that caught my attention. I wasn't able to complete my 100 pushups today, I only completed 90 after 3 sets under 12 minutes.

20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one of those did you partake in? on: June 16, 2024, 09:17:51 PM
I am beginning to think that the only time a gambler gambles for fun is only when he gambles with what he can afford to lose. In this case, a gambler has $10,000 as his savings, and he gambles with $1000 down, he or she won't feel sad when they lose it (it means they gambled for fun). But if a gambler who has the same $10,000 gambles for above $5,000, and he loses all of them, the gambler won't be happy about his actions, and it might result in chasing of losses (which means he didn't gamble for fun). It means that both those that say they aren't gambling for fun sometimes gamble for fun, mostly when they risk an amount they can afford to lose. The actual time you gamble for fun is when you risk what you can afford to lose and not when you say you want to gamble for fun. However, a gambler might say he will gamble for fun and still end up not gambling for fun when he starts gambling. One can know a responsible gambler if he starts gambling.
well for me , the best way to decide if we are to have fun or to target winning is to put or to allocate the enough amount each time we gamble .
if you are to have fun then bring 100-500  dollars but if you are to  try winning for life then allocate thousand or more money but make sure to know when to stop .

Even while having fun we should know when to stop gambling, because gambling can be tempting at times. Gambling within your risk tolerance is very important to keep a balanced financial health. Paraventure you gamble outside your risk tolerance, you are only looking for a way to get addicted because if you loss the bet, you'll definitely do to the best of your knowledge in trying to recover back what has been lost. There are familiar stories of those who use their salary for the month to gamble, thinking they can double it and go home happy, but what they didn't consider was a plane b should incase they lost the bet and that will eventually create panic and cause them to make the wrong decisions. So giving yourself to be tempted is wrong as it will lead to addiction as it an irresponsible way of gambling.
