What testnet are you talking about? as far as I know we had moved our chain to mainnet 1.5 years ago.
There is a test network for developers https://testnet.semux.info/delegates You can test smart contracts there for free without spending real SEM in mainnet if you have any bugs in the contract. I'm wondering when the new version of testnet will be launched to start playing with it..

What is the deadline for Craig to pay 50% of his BTC holdings to Kleiman's family?

I read in discorde now semux looking for a new exchange 1 - Why look for the new exchange if already existing exchanges unable to save 2 - There is no trading anywhere, even STEX beloved by all - 24h Volume 61 SEM... 3 - Maybe delisting may will be on other exchanges and maybe not, I do not know. But I know for sure that delisting is always bad, nothing good about it! So I would raise the issue of preserving the old exchanges before looking for new ones where there may not be any volumes About "fake trades", bots are absolutely on all exchanges, and it does not depend on any particular exchange That's not true. Semux doesn't look for new exchanges, one exchange proposed a free listing to them in Discord and Semux refused the proposal.

Why javaThey chose Java because it's a popular language with huge community and reliable networking libraries which is critical for 100 validators being communicating with each other all the time. If you check the history of commits, you'll see that large part of codebase has been developed by community members. semuxgo started this project back in 2017 and on mainnet launch in 2018 many other Java developers and blockchain enthusiasts joined the project: cryptokat, orogvany, witoldsz, phash, honeycrypto, mdodong. Why semux is unique- as mentioned above, semux is not a fork and its codebase written from scratch. So it's literally genuine software.
- they developed own modification of BFT consensus [1] which makes Semux faster than competitors like Ethereum: 15 tps vs 166 tps semux
- semux is censorship-resistant, 2/3 of validators is enough to keep the network live. Imagine if due to escalation of China-USA trade war [2] one of these countries will decide to isolate the internet completely. For coins like Bitcoin or Ethereum this will be a disaster, there will be no transactions in weeks or months due to high difficulty and low hashrate. But Semux will continue working with no issues (unless there is no more than 33% validators in China, but this is not the case - see the map [3]
- high passive income, at the moment 36% yearly yield; one of the highest in crypto industry
- according to semux roadmap [4], the project features not only Semux BFT consensus, but also Virtual Machine and On-Chain governance. So Semux took the strongest features of Bitcoin + Ethereum + Tezos and added more on top.
- No ICO, no IEO, no crowdfunding - in 2019 when every project seeks for our money, this already sounds extraordinary
- Semux is one of few projects driven by international community, so there is no force in the world which can shut it down like centralised projects baked by corporations (EOS, TRON, ETH, and almost all the other cryptos except Bitcoin).
[1] https://github.com/semuxproject/semux-core/blob/master/docs/Semux-BFT-Consensus.md#semux-bft-specifications[2] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/China%E2%80%93United_States_trade_war[3] https://semux.info/delegates[4] https://www.semux.org/#roadmap It's clear about VM and smart contracts, but what about on-chain governance? Did devs share more details about this? What problems do they want to solve with on-chain governance and how will it be technically implemented?

This is actually surprising. Localbitcoin removes XMR due to its anon nature, while US-based Poloniex allows to buy it with a credit cards.

What's new for Semux happened lately? What is the positive news?
Semux has been listed in a new exchange. Devs are working on virtual machine and light wallets. Facebook announced $LIBRA based on the same technology as Semux. SEM has a very bright future And what exchanges we can see in near future? For more than 2 year they have not listed SEM to any decent exchange. I disappointed in this project already, as without exchanges and good marketing they will stay at the same place as they are now. You have to consider this moment from a right view. Why should be SEMUX listed on popular platforms now, when it‘s not realised his main character? It‘s like to put completely new electric autonomous unique car generation of Bugatti for sale, without the planed feature which is important and need time to be realised. Sometimes you need to go with time to fit in the market. In this case. Be patient. In Semux we trust. By the way, it seems like really, that Libra stolen the technology of SEMUX, that will be really an exciting moment. We wait for the code publicity. But there are few moments points to this fact. Will later write Libra did not steal anything from semux. They are similar in that they use smart contracts, dpos, and short block time with 100 validator, in order to get high tps, but rest all diff. Besides it’s open source license, code given freely for reuse. One written in rust, other java. Zuckbucks are their own thing... I think that Libra will actually bring a lot of new money to crypto, so this is a win-win also for Semux. Also it's good that both are BFT with 100 validators, another proof of solid Semux fundamentals. I don't see Libra and SEM as competitors, they have different markets and purposes. Really bullish on both

Seems to be a complete scam: https://www.bitcoingod.org/ In a website they state "Many exchanges have expressed their support" and list there Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Poloniex and others, which is not true and complete lie. They don't even provide any proofs or real mentions of this scam coin by those reliable exchanges.

When top mixer services shut down recent weeks, I guess that people whom want anonymous transactions might come back to more regularly use Monero as their main means of transactions. Because there is no doubt that Monero is the best (or one of the best) altcoins that can provide anonymous transactions. To reach anonymous transactions, it also requires some technical steps that should be do right and carefully from users, but at least we know that there are available featurers for anonymous transactions with Monero. It will increase total demands on Monero in short term; for long term we might have to wait for crypto bull run.
You're missing one important point. Even such platforms like LocalBitcoin started delisting Monero. If people will really start using XMR, then authorities will force bans and delistings from pretty all reliable exchanges. The only thing that saves anon coins from disaster is that luckily they are not popular enough. Adoption will kill them.

I do not have a single validator. Validator savel is a public pool with many members. General01-02-03-04 pool belong a group of people. I am only an operator of this pool, but have to stake my coins equally with other members of the pool.
Don't pay attention to this troll. Everything Mr-BTC says is a lie. He is some idiot who wants to buy cheap.

With BTC pumping hard, there are good discounts in SEM/BTC market. It's time to buy the dip

Centralized file storages cost less for data storage than non-decentralized ones, such as Storj.
can you at least show us the data about the price comparation, of course decentralized has its on perks such as privacy and trustless system In OneDrive you can get up to 1 Terabyte of free storage. And actually nowadays it's so cheap, there are a lot of centralised solutions which can sync all your files from all your devices in a free cloud.

Thanks! Already voted on both

What do you think about many dapps moving to cheaper or more performant blockchains like tron, stellar and eos? Will they ever be back to ethereum?
