2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the end of crypto? on: July 20, 2019, 11:28:32 PM
Just like the internet which debuted in 1993, many renowned personalities wrote it off saying it won't see the light of the day but here we are. This same scenario is about to be played out on cryptocurrency and bitcoin. This is Imminent
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to cash out perhaps ? on: July 20, 2019, 11:24:54 PM
While we cashout, we should as well make plans to buy back bitcoin in traches. A publication released some time last month revealed that over 60 percent of traders are actually stocking bitcoin. Thrley only dump and rebuild to increase their portfolio
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How much will you get in return? on: July 20, 2019, 11:20:48 PM
For a $100 investment in an altcoin, how much do you think one can get in return during the bull run.

It all depends on the project you invested. If its a high quality project which has a possibility of getting into the Binance, OKEx or Huobi exchange, you can expect x2 (more or less) in return as long as its a new project (by the way)
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to trade during red market? on: July 20, 2019, 11:13:14 PM
There are suggestions to trade if looking for profits during this period. How and what to do to ensure maximum profits?
Or is it better to invest in top coins and play safe?

P.S.: Though honestly, I don't think anything is safe anyways.

What I do best to trade during bears as scalping. This may be very risky but if you are good at monitoring market changes contributed by news media on partnerships and several announcements, you can be able to spot 5 per entry scalping opportunity
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get your hopes too high on: July 20, 2019, 11:04:02 PM
Don't get your hopes too high when promoting bounty projects especially bounties with very high allocations like in millions of $$$ ,they are never the same again unlike in the past ,all you have to do now is just depend on yourself and promote good projects and wait for end results.

One must be optimistic but truly not to get his or her hopes to high because cryptocurrency is a bit of magic and unexplainable. I have witnessed situations where bitcoin has made so many respected analysts look fake and unlearned. This is the nature of things
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IDEX is complying to KYC and other regulations on: July 20, 2019, 10:52:19 PM
https://t.co/BOlh4wF1Ju

Another big "DEX" falls down to the regulations, it's safe to say that they shouldn't be called a dex anymore. Same thing happens with Binance "DEX" they are all complying to these things killing the aspect of a DEX exchange.

The reactions from the customers is obviously negative, the exchange betrayed their audience and it will be interesting to see what happens to IDEX now. I won't use it anymore.

SwitchDex took advantage of this situation and published. https://twitter.com/SwitchAg/status/1151580771762786306
Their DEX looks good and they making sure privacy is the primary focus.

What other DEX you think will fall into the KYC hands and what DEX will you use now?

Apparently, IDEX is remodelling itself to operate as a full CEX since it got tired of playing the Half CEX - half DEX exchange. On the impact of this management decision on IDEX,  I think IDEX will loose more customers who actually trade easily on it but can't do so again
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOs are more safe. But there are still problems that must be solved. on: July 20, 2019, 10:47:15 PM
Buying the tokens on exchanges seems to be more safe than buying them on ICOs websites.
But there are still some problems:
1. Using IEOs instead of ICOs, we are adding a 3rd party than can control what we buy. This is in contradiction with the main purpose of cryotocurrencies which is centralization (edit: decentralization)
2. The big bonuses that big investors are still giving buying the tokens directly from the team and cause big price decrease
3. KYC that is still implementing. The only thing that has changed is that we are giving our documents to the exchange instead of the team ( In my opinion KYC should be completely eliminated or a new safe method which I have no idea about that should be implemented)
4. Exchanges might get money and do not pay attention to healthy of the project like what they do for listing the tokens

What do you guys think?
What should be done to have safer fundraising? Assume that you are making some rules. Just try to preserve the decentralization as much as possible.

Certainly, IEOs seems to be an improvement on ICO. Although it's not perfect but it has done alot of good with much more room for improvement. On the part of bonuses, only teams can fix this because they use the huge bonuses to woo investors who contribute money for seed funding and so on
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful of alts you hodl on: July 20, 2019, 10:14:34 PM
I was just looking at the coinmarketcap table since 2013, I was surprised in what I saw, many coins topping the charts then are now almost non-existent, we need to be careful of the kind of coins we hodl especially for long term. Most of these projects just die after the initial hype.

It was a disturbing sight when I looked through. Only about 250 coins are currently active in the cryptocurrency market the rest are dead or near dead. Something has to be done about these altcoin Proliferation which defaces the cryptocurrency market
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nano is better than Bitcoin! Do you hold any? on: July 20, 2019, 09:36:14 PM
Nano is faster!
Bitcoin is slower.
 Shocked
Nano has no fees, you send 1 Nano you get 1 Nano!
Bitcoin has massive fees, you send 0.01 Bitcoin you get 0.0097 Bitcoin.
 Shocked
Nano has superior tech!
Bitcoin is outdated.
 Shocked
Nano is the future!
Bitcoin is the past.
 Wink
Why aren't you holding any nano?

I can mention over ten blockchain coins that claims or atleast is faster than bitcoin in scalability and cheaper but It seems most of you fans boys don't really get it a times. Bitcoin is king, all altcoins are built on it. It's value is omniscience and no altcoin can usurp its position in the cryptocurrency market
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stop Blaming Bounty Hunter! on: July 20, 2019, 09:20:58 PM
Since I signed up for the Forum, there is a subject that the project teams have been constantly complaining about. People who deal with Bounty are seen as a dumper.

I've been studying for a long time. I talk to many project teams like a private investor and ask how many (%) discounts they can offer to me for a $ 100,000 investment if I want to buy tokens during the ICO process. Coming offers you can not believe. Today I encountered another project. A year ago Winklevoss brothers invested as an early investor to the project. And they will do ICO soon. The price difference between the price they sell now and the investment they received from early investors is exactly 2500 times! I can't believe! They're trying to sell what one person got for $ 1 to another person for $ 2500.

Let's go back to the bounty! Projects usually allocate 3% of the figure they sell for bounty. So for example, a project that collects 10 million investment distributes only 300k bounty. Can you really dump a coin with a 3% bounty (which is distributed to an average of 1000 different people)?

$ 10,000,000 to $ 300,000? Really? Are you that naive? Or do you like to treat bounty hunters as cheap workers?

Please stop blaming bounty hunters! And stop huge discount your early birds. They are dumping your coin, project itself! I think the market needs more transparency!

I actually consider it quite ridiculous to blame bounty hunters as those responsible for token dump. It is highly irresponsible of a team to ever think that. Bounty hunters are only service providers who collect payments in time for jobs well rendered. You either pay in btc, stable coins or your native coin.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will NEO and ETH reach ATH in next bull run??? What you think guys??? on: July 13, 2019, 11:12:09 PM
Guys , will ETH and NEO shows atleast 10x growth in term of price in next bull run??? What are your views guys??? Shocked Grin

Ethereum and Neo needs strong development progress to trigger a buy craze from the cryptocurrency community which will see it approach all time high just like CZ of Binance did for bnb in a short period, else both altcoins will have to wait patiently and ride the moon as it comes with bitcoin
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: July 13, 2019, 11:09:20 PM
Ethereum in five years time will surely reach at least the previous peak that's been achieved an year ago. The market of ethereum is much big compared to the other altcoins in the market. In this regard it is always good to buy ethereum as much possible. More you buy, more will be the profiting in the long run. As more projects were getting developed on the ethereum smart contracts surely can expect large scale growth in the future.

I totally agree with you. If the cryptocurrency growth continues this growth which has see its market capitalization soar and in community size as Facebook and Telegram join the band wagon, Ethereum foundation will solidify and advance its platform development to push price over $2000 comfortably
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The End of Bear Market, Confirmed!! on: July 13, 2019, 11:05:43 PM
I agree the bear market is over. People seem to have a short memory of where we were few months ago with bitcoin prove bare at $5000. Today it trades comfortably above $11000 which the potential to consolidate on $15000 after testing the $13500 position several times. The Bitcoin growth signal still remain strong however
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sero Going Crazy? on: July 13, 2019, 10:49:22 PM
after Gate Io launchpad - Sero grow up from 0.02 to 0.1 USD.
https://coincodex.com/crypto/sero/

i know this is normal proccess for launchpads, (binance, gate.io, Okex jumpstart) but have any idea about Sero future? after 15 JUL have minenet.

Actually, Sero is currently at 0.4usd with the potential to hit 1usd because of its large user base and UseCases as a privacy coin, dapp blockchain, smart contracts services and the fact that over 20 dapps has built on it for far. Its often dubbed the Korean Ethereum but in a more private matter than Ethereum
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the Litecoin rally over for now? on: July 13, 2019, 10:41:04 PM
Bitcoin forces and pulling all altcoins in various directions to suppress them but Litecoin has a major update in form of it halving coming up shortly in the next few weeks so I expect it to break out from the strong hold. Hold your bags and do not just sell yet.

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most Promising Altcoins to Invest in 2019 on: July 13, 2019, 09:28:18 PM
An overview of the best cryptocurrency to invest in 2019 for potential long-term crypto investors.

Analysis of the best cryptocurrencies to invest in 2019

In the end, most of the coins listed there in turned out to be trash. Total shit coins and even delisted from exchanges. This is to tell you how Proliferation of coins in this space is bad and negative for the growth of this industry. It seriously calls for sanitisation if the centralized world will really take us serious
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will reach $ 2500 on: July 13, 2019, 08:56:34 PM
One thing I find it difficult to understand or a problem I usually have with cryptocurrency predictors and analysts us the fact that they always give an open ended predictions which has no date or timing whatsoever. It is just like make an open prediction that bitcoin will hit its all time high again which is certain because of continous bitcoin popularity
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance Elrond (ERD) listing - 8x + IEO again possible? on: July 13, 2019, 08:41:58 PM
I almost made a grave mistake on this coin. I didn't get in on the lottery with my 5 tickets and I sold to btc to wait launch immediately. When trade began on Binance I hurriedly placed a buy order mistakingly at x50 instead or x10. I quickly saw the mistake and retrieved my steps. It would have been a catastrophy
