2. You refuse to verify using documents, despite the regulations in our ToS.

3. You also refuse to verify via Skype, where you don't have to send us any documents.

Still, in your eyes we are to blame and you are perfectly alright. Well...

From our side it looks like you can't prove you are the person you say you are, and yes - we work under AML/KYC regulations and can't be ok with that.

You keep posting about not getting your 300 EUR, but you still refuse to answer, why you never even tried to prove we are wrong when questioning your identity.

So we ask you kindly again (10th time probably) to verify so we could close this dispute.

PS. You wrote that you are not willing to send any scans, why don't you accept our Skype verification?

Certificate of Compliance
As the first bitcoin exchange in Poland and one of few in the world, we established the Compliance Department, adapting internal procedures to the most stringent standards of entities operating in the financial sector. An internal compliance officer, certified by the Association of Compliance Poland is supervising their implementation and maintenance.

The main tasks of the Compliance Department are in particular:

- prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing,
- preventing the use of confidential information,
- assessment of customer risk and providing appropriate information to customers,
- preventing conflicts of interest,
- personal data protection.

For maximum protection of personal data, in Bitcurex we have established the ABI - Information Security Administrator. His responsibility is to follow the application of technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of personal data processed in a manner appropriate to the risks and category of data being protected. ABI restricts the database usage only to the necessary personal information.

Certified Compliance department ensures operation within the law and within the appropriate licenses. What else did this change mean in practice for our customers?

How to export a profile?
Log in to Bitcurex and enter "settings", then click "export profile to Dashcurex" and insert PIN. You can now log in to Dashcurex.com.

How to transfer funds between the services?
After logging in to Bitcurex or Dashcurex, enter the "balance" tab and hover to "options" at the chosen currency. Then choose "transfer to Bitcurex/Dashcurex" and enter the amount. The transfer is instantanous and free.

In 2012 we created Bitcurex because we believed in Bitcoin. Now we feel the same entering the Dash market.
