1  Economy / Economics / Re: DON'T DO PANIC SELLING !!! on: January 21, 2018, 12:03:16 PM
Well I wish I sold my Bitcoin when it was very high. Now, it has gone so low that if I sell, I would make a loss. I just hopes it recovers soon so that I can make some profit.

This is why you should have enough fiat money for the next 3 months. Bitcoin's price is not going to be in ATH. It will of course face market corrections and the price drop might be longer than what you expect. 3 months might not even be enough. It can go on for longer than that. I advise other crypto people that have made enough bitcoins to setup a business to actually setup one so you don't have to worry where to get money when bitcoin is down or not be forced to sell at a low price. I, too, is experiencing this too. What I did was I borrowed money from my parents. They do understand how bitcoin works so it's okay for them to lend the money to me. I just hope that bitcoin actually goes back to its previous price which is 19k$.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some government ban bitcoin? on: December 09, 2017, 12:13:48 PM
To be honest, I don't see the logic behind the government banning bitcoin. You can announce that bitcoin is banned in your country but you can't really ban it. It's in the same situation as other things that are banned. You see drugs are banned in most countries but there are still tons of drug addicts. Banning bitcoin is just as pointless as putting a bitcoin user in a jail. The guy's just trying to make some money from the Internet. I think the sole reason why some government are banning bitcoins is they are at least trying to lessen the hype of bitcoin in their country at least. If bitcoin becomes a thing in one country, their taxation will be much lower than how it is before but it can also still be a good thing for them because there's still tax whenever a person buys something.
3  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Master Degree Important? on: November 13, 2017, 05:04:17 AM
Do you think that master degree is important? I see that many companies nowadays ask for a master degree but still I know many people who had a job without it. Do you think it is essential?

It actually depends on the person taking it. Nowadays, even though you have a masterals degree and you applied fo a job, yet the applicant that you are with came from a bery popular university, they will hire him despite the lack of a degree. I’m speaking from experience. That’s why it is more of a self achievement rather than an advantage for me.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: November 13, 2017, 04:21:55 AM
Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin

I first heard it through my friend four years ago. Back then, I had doubts and I was reluctant to try it. I was afraid to try for I thought it was a networkig scam. Earlier this year, that same friend tried to convince me again. This time to try a signature campaign, and that’s what i am doing now. I’m actually enjoying it.
5  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is science a religion? on: November 13, 2017, 03:57:51 AM
Definitely not. In the world of Science, everything must have a proof in order for it to be scientifically proven. Everything has orgins and theory. Therefore, making it only as a subject or a form of study. Religion is the generalization of belief and faith, so Science cannot be a form of faith.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are You Disappointed In Trading? on: November 13, 2017, 03:37:59 AM
I’m not. Trading usually takes time, so it’s no question when one must wait. They say patience is a virtue, and that’s the key and trading. You cannot just grabe that trade, thinking that you will no longer get that chance. There will always be chances as long as there are many traders. So, we have to wait for the right time.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever convince or encourage someone to invest in Bitcoin? on: November 12, 2017, 07:40:07 PM
I actually convonced my girlfriend to invest in bitcoin because she was so eager to find a part time job. However, she still has doubts whether it is legit. So, what she did was she tried out joining a campaign prticularly the signature. After, that she earned a lot. Sill, she is not ready to commit on invesing yet. Still, baby steps are okay.

9  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is God male or female? on: November 12, 2017, 07:01:16 PM
Which sex is God?

Does He have a penis or a vagina?

If He has either...and there is only one God...why would he need reproductive organs?

I do think that God is a perfect being. Therefore, God is beyond gender. I also think that God doesn’t need reproductive organ, if God’s power was able to create this whole beautiful world of hourse, then making human beings would be a piece of cake. God is ultimate and perfect, so I believe the flaws or beinng a man and woman are not in God.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing all my savings! on: November 12, 2017, 06:40:27 PM
It is a good thinng to think about investing, most especially for the future. However, you need to have a good strategy before investing all your savings. Just a piece of advice, carefully plan everything before you gamble all your savings. We all know that some invesents might be successful and some might not. Good luck.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Amazon Integrate Bitcoin? on: November 12, 2017, 06:21:07 PM
I believe so. Amazon is one of the biggest online buy and sell company around the world. I think they have the suffecient technology and staff to implement bitcoin in their system. The only question that is running in my mind is when will they start integrating it. Hopefully, they’ll do it sooner because a lot of bitcoin user will be pleased.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: November 12, 2017, 06:00:50 PM
Hello everyone as the title says ^
Do you store your bitcoins online or on a wallet on your computer, perhaps cold storage?

I keep my bitcoin in a wallet that is saved in my flash drive and in my laptop just in case something happens to either one of them, at least I have a copy of my wallets to both. I have this trust issue when saving things online because as a computer major, I know the capability of a computer and programs when used by a person good with computers.
13  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: November 12, 2017, 05:40:06 PM
I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.

I most certainly agree with death penalty. I’m not forgetting that it is the higher power of God that made is and it’s the one that’s gonna take it away. However, what about those criminals who killed a lot of people, those criminals who made their victims suffer brutally, those who did inhumane things. Do they deserve to live after that?
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: November 12, 2017, 05:21:39 PM
So in trading how do you deal with loss? For example you've invested in an alt and now it has fallen quite hard and you're on the brink of losing all your bitcoin you invested in it.
How do you actually deal with it? Do you wait and keep on waiting in hope that it will bounce back up and return your investment or you sell and get whatever left of your investment?

I just simply move on. The thing about losing is it is bound to happen to any game, investments, fight, etc. if we know how compete, invest and gamble we also should know how to lose. When we lose, we ought to know that it’s not the end of everything, and we should stand up and fight again. So, when you lose on your investment, keep trying because not every day is bad.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoin Economics on: November 12, 2017, 05:00:10 PM
Future of Bitcoin Economics depends on mass adoption of Bitcoin. No body can predict accurately the true future of Bitcoin.

I agree. As long as the government will not legalize bitcoin then it will not have any effect on the economy of any specific country. Now, for bitcoin’s economy, I believe it is sill unstable because it is true that many people arenusing bitcoins, however, it is still not enough to stabilize bitcoin’s economy. Still, I have faith in bitcoin. I think eventually, it will work out just fine.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: November 12, 2017, 04:40:06 PM
Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

I believe bitcoin is really secure. Bitcoin has been in the internet since early 2000s as I’ve read. Now, if it weren’t that secure and can easily be stolen, omwouldn’t it have a few users already? This is why people prefer bitcoin rather than  any crypto currencies, because it is secure. Also, if the government will ban bitcoin, what about those countries that have legalized it, I doubt that they will agree to this.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Sell on: November 12, 2017, 04:00:05 PM
In trading how do you know if it is time to still hold or is it the right time to sell? Do you go buy your profit margin  or actually wait for the highest possible peak?
For example if you're earning like 10% of your investment, would you just sell or would you be interested in waiting and seeing if it goes more up so you could earn more, in doing that its possible that it may go down and you then earn like 5-8%
But what is your process in this? How do you go about hold and sell timings?

That depends actually. I prefer holding onto my bitcoin because I feel that it’s value will increase once again like it normally does. All we need to do is wait and be patient, because if we immediately sell right away, then we will not earn the value that we potentially could. So, to be safe we must hold onto our bitcoin until the price is right.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: November 12, 2017, 03:20:13 PM
I know a lot of people have different reason why the love and embrace bitcoin.
For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation(specific amount), no bullshit is mind blowing.

Seriously, what impresses me about bitcoin it is so volatile and yet it never dies. We all have experienced the time when it’s value was so low, and then it bounced back to become so high. It’s amazing how an online currency regain it’s value despite the fact that it has been down already. Still, I am thankful to bitcoin.
19  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe the news ? on: November 12, 2017, 03:00:07 PM
Or do you think media is independent ?

Sometimes, I believe the new for it is accurate to the real scene. However, there are still times when new is not really telling the whole truth to the public. I don’t know whether the chose to not tell everything or the government is stopping them from telling the whole truth. Sometimes, it’s really difficult to decide whether to trust or not.
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you Panic? on: November 12, 2017, 02:40:04 PM
I don’t usually panic, because when we panic the more bad thingns might happen to us. What I do is usually think first, when thinking I get my moment of silence to think clearly. I result to trial and error. Then, I’ll figure out which is a more effective solution. Only natural calamaties make me panic, I feel really scared.
