i have seen the word airdrop here in the forum many times but recently i encountered a social media post on a major platform advertising airdrops as a profitable opportunity i realized many people now are recommending crypto related things even in mainstream platforms
anyway my question is actually how can you actually be profitable with airdrops? i personally have not participated in one (yet, i am very interested in doing so) so i have no idea how many tokens are given for free for each address? is it just one or two? if so, how is that profitable when a lot of projects don’t even reach $1 and it will just be luck if it reaches three digits
i got curious because in that post i saw, many said that you can earn two to three digits (in us dollars) with airdrops so how are you profitable if you have 5 tokens from airdrops and its ath reaches just about a dollar?
To make profit with airdrops you can do following 1) If you do tasks manually, there will be limit to earnings. 2) Do not chase only free airdrops, you will be competing with many in these. Instead, there are airdrops which require you to stake some money or do some transactions, these are more fruitful. 3) You can also hire some VAs to scale airdrop work. But do this only after you have mastered the basics yourself and have started earning from airdrops already. Airdrops are mostly a waste of time for inexperienced bounty or airdrop hunters, they don't know how to maintain the requirements that bring more stakes to holders. Mostly, airdropped altcoins don't get listed on average crypto exchanges, in such cases, it is not going to be worth even a penny since there is no demand by other investors. I have to agree, to put some effort into getting more tokens or coin amounts but you never know which aidrop is going to be profitable. |

No concrete answer but the altcoin crash may be actual till the end of the current year. Maybe, in a few months some corrections on charts are possible but for the long term, small altcoins don't have a survival rate, in my opinion. BTW, the volatility of the altcoin market makes it possible to melt the whole portfolio in a few weeks and the market can fix itself in a few hours. That is why it is called the crypto roller coaster, better to hold until green takes control back in every sphere of the crypto world. Just my 2 cents.

If that's a memecoin with those use cases then it's actually a good initiative from the developers. So who knows if that categorized coin as a memecoin will soon change its term from another type of coin. The devs should have never named their coin a memecoin if that's what they're about to do. But not at all times we see a full blast of memecoin that's being launched so, it's good to see that there are some that we rarely see that's actually good with a use case.
You're right, it's definitely a good sign when a project labeled as a memecoin goes above and beyond with real use cases. It's like they're breaking the mold and showing us that memecoins can have substance too. I'm with you – it's refreshing to see these types of projects succeeding. If you have no another plan, why not? But if you gonna sell BTC or other promising cryptos for Dogecoins, think about it. It doesn't worth selling BTC and buy dogecoin which is promoted by social media influencers. The sad part is even the smartest people can shill the Doge and the recent tweets have affected the investment decision of the many new investors. The price has been decreased to $0.04 after the bubble pops. Be careful and invest wisely.

For investing in cryptocurrencies. Patience is indeed very important. I feel that the premise here is that the project you choose must have potential. It's worth your patience. Otherwise it won't be worth your time.  If we are talking about investing, you are right investing plays an important role by investing. If you can not be enough patient you can make wrong choices and lose your money. Most people want to make quick money and lose their money. However, l think we need to be patient while choosing any project and as l said can be patient waiting for the right time. Maybe patience is not everything, but definitely much. |

I think the bull run is still not over. Look at the chart in 2017 closely, this thing will be sideway for like 3-4 month and then continue the bull run. There is nothing wrong with the people which hodl long time ago want to cash out and buy some property, they will come back again in few month.
l agree with your opinion, bull run is not still over yet. But everything is possible, maybe we will see that bull run will be over in the near future. Indeed everything is going such in 2017, but as l said maybe the bear market is near to us. On the other hand, there is nothing to worry about long-term investment, l think we have still time and should wait a bit more. It is just my prediction and l hope bull run will be with us for few months. |

If it's new altcoins you talking about sorry I'm not ready to recommend them to any newbie because they have uncertain future, it's better to prepare for short term holding only, for long term holding bitcoin and ethereum and few other old altcoins are the best option
Indeed new altcoins are not the best variant for long-term investment, if we are looking for projects for the long term, we should focus on top altcoins. l think they have more potential than others. As you above mentioned BTC and ETH are really the best options. ETH price is still high, but l think it will not stay at 1.5k. ETH will start price increasing in the future. We can make good money from ETH investment. l think l don't need to talk about BTC because BTC is the best. |

Situation quite difficult to say whether it's right time to buy or not. Suppose you bought more in hope that it goes back up but then the negative trend keeps going and your portfolio goes down as well.
The market is not still stable and it is really hard to say something. But l think there is always a chance, it depends on ability. l mean if you can make enough research. l believe that there are still some good projects. However l can not believe in every project, most of them are not profitable. l prefer waiting and analyzing, but on the other than a lot of coins have raised. No doubt most of them will decrease in the near future. We need to be patient, it is not the best time. |

When? In a few years? It is impossible because the people would pay thousands of dollars gas fee and all network would down lol. ETH 2.0. success and growth of cryptocurrency space will determine next stop of ETH. I think in the next bull run we will see 10K or more but for this bull run 2.5K is max.
Maybe after many years, it is just impossible to see ETH at 200k. As you above mentioned most people are not happy with the high gas fee, in this situation ETH can not do anything. The price of ETH is 1.346$, which means ETH was going down nowadays, no doubt ETH has the potential to come back. But this will not be 100k as expected. ETH deserves this price but as l said it will not happen in the near future. ETH will not be higher than 2.5k and it is really maxed. |

It is not possible to trade the red markets and I don't think the market will become bearish suddenly. The bearish red market is ready but the time is still unknown, maybe it is too early to talk about it. Who knows? I have sold the altcoins I held since 2019 and it is better to be safe than sorry.

Crypto is more valuable than Gold right now. To be specific, Bitcoin ( BTC) is more valuable than Gold. The main thing about this is that BTC has a fixed number of supply thats why its price will continue to rise. Volume will keep rising. You are definitely right cryptocurrencies are more valuable than gold. BTC price is 28 times higher than the gold price. That is right there is only one cryptocurrency whose price is higher than Gold. But ETH price is near to gold price. On the other hand, altcoins have more potential to be better in the future. Doge is a purely speculative coin... I will choose BNB in 2021 as an investor, because it has enormous potential, the price will continue to increase, because people will be too tired of ERC20, whose gas fee is too high.
Always remember, never put all your eggs in one basket, divide your investment into 2 or 3 coins at least. So, if you have a loss in one of the coins, then the other coins complete that loss and also give a profit. And i agree people are fed up with eth high fees and are moving away from Erc20 tokens, but we also have other tokens such as Cardano, Polkadot. You are definitely right if you put all your amount in one project, that means you have only one chance. But on the other hand, when you would divide your money, you will have more chances to make some money from your investment. You can invest 50% of your money in a project which you most believe in and divide 50% into other projects. ( 25%,25%) or ( 30,20). It doesn't matter, there is always a risk, nothing is 100% here. |

Everybody is making some mistakes, I'm still doing it. But l have realized that to make any mistake is not a big problem, it is more necessary to learn from these mistakes and as you mentioned never repeat the same mistakes. Sometimes there can be some projects which you have more expectation than others, but everything is possible in this world you can lose your money in the end. You should always improve yourself.
