I think the reasons they are not many people filing complaints is that so many people involved were retarded libertarians who think government and thus the police and judicial system is evil...
and the sums those individuals lost were too little to care, especially that the probability of getting it back seemed to be 0... (its not much more than 0 tbh)
As for me, i still encourage anyone involved who hasn't do so yet, to file a complaint, and if you're in the USA, file a complaint in the USA as well !!!!

I will say same just look at the current marketcap of this project which is sitting at $40 millions. An increase of 10x will bring the price back at $46 with all the development going on. I wonder how many people have used this opportunity to grab this life time opportunity. Factom will change life of many people in future.

I have seen what Tim Draper has had to say ""FACTOM has the potential to be bigger than IBM, Oracle & Palantir COMBINED" that is quite a bold statement to make and i will take his words seriously , why not , if anyone knows it is likely him, after all he has made his fortune looking ahead. In summary factoms dots are all joining up , ill see you all back here when things get crazy and jaws drop at the success that factom will become in the very near future , im being positive and after reading and listening more to those who are deeply involved in factom , i cant see any other way but up . currently position 112 on coinmarketcap with a cap of $52,629,174 i look at this and shake my head with a "no way" thought meaning i just get the feeling that this asset factom is undervalued by a ridiculous level. to answer my own post from a few days ago,
today there was an announcement from BitFlyer that they delayed the credit of BTG balances to customers, and the start of BTG trading because of security concerns (malware in BTG wallet etc...)
but they are still committed to do this in the near future

whats the situation on major exchanges ?
i didn't have BTC long positions on many exchanges but I can tell you guys
1) on BitFinex they did credit AND DEBIT BTG for longs and shorts BTC at fork time
BUT it seems its still IMPOSSIBLE to DEPOSIT or WITHDRAW BTG there
although trading BTG (inherited from the balances at forktime) is still possible
2) BitFlyer announced they would credit BTG to customers who had (positive) BTG balances at forktime
but they still DID NOT credit them
AND BTG trading is still unavailable there
BOTH those exchanges DID credit Bitcoin Cash and allow Bitcoin Cash trading AND deposit/withdrawals immediately after the FORK in August
So it looks like there is something VERY fishy. Maybe those exchanges realize BTG is a scam. No devs, no credible team
an official wallet which seems to be hacked ?? links to scam sites from BTG official site....
They did say BEFORE the fork everything would be in place very soon, but still NO NEWS from those sites although we're well past the fork now
It sucks and I think i will never be able to get the BTG both sites promised me and be able to sell them alas. I'd like to be very wrong and that Santa brings me my BTG

In startups people are always paid in stock options, and if everything is rosy, no-one wants to leave the boat. Its a very bad sign No Elpadrinho, i'm not the miserable one. I'm just reflecting on the misery of how things are turning out.

when is the BTG blockchain supposed to become live (if it ever does and isn't a scam) ? I had the impression before that the scheduled date was Nov 1st because that was when BitFlyer had announced they would release tokens ("If the security of both chains was ensured") but looking at the official blog https://bitcoingold.org/bitcoin-gold-daily-dev-update-28-10-2017/it looks like its only testnet which will be released on nov1st ? WTF ? Why did BitFinex release those BTG tokens well before the chain is live and make anyone holding a short position short those tokens this is really a SCAM |

FCT doing well this year so far! Congrats to the hodlers.  well ? the crypto bubble has lifted all the boats, but FCT has underperformed. Many good coins have outperformed BTC on a YTD basis, but surely not Factom. and in terms of market cap, it used to be in the top10, now its about to leave the top50 and go into oblivion and i've not seen any technical updates news from Factom for a while... as if they've disappeared. Their Head of Comm has resigned... tbh it stinks. I hope i'm wrong and we have some good news soon but it looks more and more like Waiting for Godot |
