What Numbers you are getting now with RX5700/5700 XT in ETH , MH and W so we can check if we should start replacing old 570/580 Cards

Nice work with the new Voltage update , keep up the good work. Any reason to update if i am mining ETH only , everything is rock stable for me with the same old image for 8 months now .

Is is really CPU problem ? or it crashed on restart ?

2-3 Month ROI is very optimistic , you will earn 50$ ETN for 30 days in best case scenario , that is 50% ROI if you started mining at 1st of May . Once ETN forks at the end of May you will be lucky if you earn 10$ per day . All of the above without taking into consideration how many Cryponight miners sold and shipped and not deployed yet . You will ROI much faster if coin prices increased but then you will make better profits if you trade instead

risers work; but are definitely a hassle with wires and reliability.
this board looks promising because its from a reputable manufacturer; but;
1) no mSATA or m.2 slot 2) regular 2-slot spacing. No bueno. Needs to be 2.5 minimum when cramming more than 3-4 cards together. the center gpu's will feel the pain. 3) Need for 12V power to CPU port; via a jumper wire from side connectors. Just route the damned thing on the board. Theres no extra features; you have real-estate to work with; and layers. USE THEM. 4) 6 pin PCIE; 8 pin is way better. Plus many GPU use 8 pin.
Onda got it better for sure IMHO. I wonder how thick the board is... how thick the main power traces are (the Onda boards are beefy power traces and thick boards; seriously beefy).
Actually it has M.2 , Slot spacing is little bigger than 2-slot but yet smaller than Onda , CPU cable is supplied with the board unlike Colorful which i had to request cable from the seller . Quality is similar to Onda , yet the heaviest load i had on any of them was 800W mining XMR with 8x Under volted RX570 . most board/ASIC if not all use 6 pin including Onda , the only care about the 3 12V yellow wires

what is extraordinary about 850h/s just default straps from 1750 do the same. I've managed to have 950 h/s with samsung memory though, 8-gpu rig, 1.3 kWh Look at the post date , Elio roms now breaking 1000 h/s easily .

You guys forgot that SIA/DCR/Lbry were lost to ASICs early this year , every coin counts . every forked ASIC = more profit to GPU

This is 8 RX580 8gb .
Check previous post , play with -h and -dmem parameter This version is not so easy to use because you have to adjust "-h" and "-dmem" values often, I will try to improve it soon. 1. "-dmem 1" requires twice more memory, make sure you have enough virtual memory. For example, if you have 6 GPUs 8GB, set virtual memory to 6*8=48GB. 2. Check how much memory miner allocates, it shows something like "(Memory used: 5128MB)", make sure you have this memory on your GPU. 3. You can see low hashrate if you use almost all memory on GPU, try to reduce "-h" value a bit.
Guys if you are getting the "GpuMiner dk2an0 failed" error, be sure to note Claymore's comments above. I was initially getting the same error with my RX480 8GB rig. Lowering to -h 1024 will solve the issue but make the program only see 4GB on my cards. After changing page file to 48GB, the miner runs beautifully with default -h and -dmem settings. Ellesmere RX480 8GB, same modded BIOS, default miner settings: CryptoNote Miner 9.7 - 850 H/s CryptoNote Miner 10 - 987 H/s Thanks Claymore!

If you want to check the riser efficiency .
Plug one GPU into the motherboard 16x and compare the power consumption with 6 GPUs on risers VS 5 GPUs on riser and one GPU on Mobo .
If you want to check the Power draw from the riser by the GPU then the easiest way is to use Dual PSU setup with the 2nd PSU only powering the risers .
Have you tried it? But still, we need the different object, a few characters of cards. With one card only on test seems less accurate result. A different card may draw different power from PCIe slot or Risers. Nope, didn't try it, been using 6 pin risers ever since it came out and before it I was mostly using molex

Any body here manged to unlock full 1024 shader on new 560 models, also any idea if there is performance gain from unlocking shaders for ETH And XMR

@tytanick The problem is not with hacking , today i was testing one of my GPUs on old motherboard that whenever i use SMOS i gain access to some dude rig with 4x 1070GTX that will run the same config as my H61 Rig , swapped another USB drive , another GPU , same story ..Then i refresh and it is gone from rig list but running at the pool , probably that dude didnt set rig group and leaving it at default . rig_0 is not mine but i can assign it my groups . Edit : Apparently he can also control my rig and assign it to his groups

Hey hows peoples experience with running AMD cards like the 570/580/Vegas on the Onda D8P motherboards, all I see is them running Nvidia. I want to know since AMD cards, unlike Nvidia, pull a lot of juice through the PCIe slots, so if anyone's done an 8 card build and its running stable, I'd love to hear about it, maybe see some pictures.
Been running 8 RX570 for over 3 weeks now , rock stable both windows and Linux , pulling around 800W for ETN and 1000-1050W for ETH . keeping it on ETN for the past two weeks because i have no forced ventilation yet .

Can anybody inform if Claymore r-1 option is working in SMSO , -r 1 should reboot the rig instead of restarting the miner in case of GPU error .

Idk how to describe how loud it is. It's way way way louder back when I started mining eth, cramping 4x reference 480 in my full tower at 100% fan speed. Doesn't even come close. Have you seen genesis mining videos where people need to shout to hear each other? It's getting close to that as I have 25 of them running. Correct, it's AFB1212SHE. This one https://www.amazon.com/Electronics-AFB1212SHE-120x120x38mm-Cooling-connector/dp/B004Y1HLA8Temps are slightly better than my old open air setups. Well it's not a fair comparison as my farm was permenantly at 40 degrees C with all the open air rigs. Now with proper sectioning of cold/hot air and tripling my exhaust fan capacity, air intake is basically ambient, 25-30 degrees. I am planning to stack 20 of those in single room , problem is that the farm is located in residential area so being quite and hot is better than loud and cold , i might need to check if i can lower the rpm from bios of find a quieter option or ditch the whole case idea . The K17 case arrived with Delta TFC1212DE which i had to run it at 25% from the Bios to be acceptable , surprisingly it was much quieter when the case was full with 8 GPUs compared to only 4 GPUs , the woof sound was much better My open air farm have around 82RX + 8TI +6GTX in a room that measure 12*3 meter with no forced ventilation , only Mosquito Window Mesh , i plan to stack the cases in 5*5 room and install large low rpm exhaust fan.
