on the other hand some women or rather girls happens to invite this assault on themselves by dressing to expose their bodies. You don't expect a man who isn't well trained to see a woman who is stack naked or in a nude way and expect him not to react. Conclusively, Women should dress well and Any man caught in that act should be sentence to 6years imprisonment. The Government should take note of this.
But it's not about how women dress themselves. There are women who are raped with decent clothes on.
