The last time I withdrew I had no issue with my withdrawal and the same as others I have also withdrawn from the site.
Did you send an email to support concerning this issue? If no then try sending a mail to them so that they can check and tell you why it is that way.
I emailed support, waiting to hear back. It's happened twice now, I check the transaction on the blockchain and the fee is too low, right about 500 satoshis. The first time, support said this is a highly unusual occurrence as perhaps there was a dramatic dip in mining fees at the time of my withdrawal (and I got reimbursed, to be recouped when the transaction eventually clears), but because it happened again on my second most recent withdrawal attempt, it's looking like that might not be the reason, it's curious. I've used the same BTC address with no problem like this in the past. I checked the last withdrawal from my account before these recent two (it was months ago, and it was under 0.0002 BTC) and the fee was just under 16,000 satoshis, so there was no issue then. |

Has anyone else been having trouble withdrawing from the site? Fee too low (500 satoshis) making transaction stuck in unconfirmed status, that kind of thing?

their technician whose a 19 year old kid and living out of his moms basement cannot see too well to do the work because of all the BLM and antifa signs covering the windows, but dont worry guys, maybe by the time november gets here u will be able to access the bitcoin stored there again and finish the hand u were in the middle of.

Thanks for answering yeah I haven't tried it out too and I'm afraid that there might be some problem with the betting or encounter future problems I'll just try to place bet in their web version. I haven't tried their mobile version on phone does this work good too?
I've used the mobile version to play casino games, it works well. |

Come join our Casino Festivus Tournament December 23rd to 29th. I believe some of the prizes on the Casino Festivus page are displayed incorrectly. 3rd place is 0.013 BTC, then 4th place is just 0.0011 BTC (I think it was meant to be 0.011) and then 5th place jumps up to 0.009 BTC from the previous, and I believe that places 6 - 20 have an extra 0. |

Checked the leaderboard for the euro slot promotion and there are 9 players but only 2 of them qualified for the prize so far. A good chance to jump in obviously but too bad I'm out of btc at the moment. This current result shows that not many players are interested to play your slot game, perhaps you may get better result if you chose different game for this promo.
I'd love to see a promo for blackjack or roulette. |

Thanks BitcoinASH16 for managing the bounties and thanks to Coinroyale for this nice easy promo. It is very +EV promo for player absolutely, sorry for those who missed this nice opportunity to make good profit from the Thanksgiving bounties. I also wanna confirm that I received the prize. Suggestion if there will be something similar in the near future, it would be better if the submission for the entries is on one place only instead of the two different places especially because it is a first come first serve promo.
I appreciate that there are 2 places to send the screenshots instead of 1. For me, sending to support email first was convenient; attaching image to email and sending is faster for me (vs. uploading images to image hosting site and then linking in the thread). |

And on second thought, the rollover isn't as impossible as I originally thought. I thought the rollover meant you had to end up with an amount of coin that is 35 times as large as the bonus before you could withdraw, lol! But you simply have to have made bets that total amount, I see clearly now.
if u are playing BJ instead of slots, u have to bet 700 times the deposit, NOT 35 times the deposit. victor is counting on people being too dumb to comprehend the meaning of 5% at 35 times rollover, and most of their customers arent able mentally to figure this out. this is how his company stays in business. ...I know, I read the rules. I'm not just playing blackjack, I'm playing slots too. Victor's just doing his job, it's not like he cheated anyone. |
