Hey Everyone, A majority of our updates and discussion take place on our telegram and slack channels. We will continue to try to touch base with those on these forums. We are publishing our updated 2018 roadmap shortly and we are finalizing our Renotron software. If you recently purchased $RNS on an exchange there is no need to swap it. All of the pre-swap RNS is no longer available on exchange. You can keep up to date with us at: Twitter: https://twitter.com/RenosCoinSlack: : https://renoscoin.herokuapp.com/ Cheers, bl4ck

And to clarify some of the comments made in the past few days.
- We are not an ICO token. We were distributed via Airdrop.
- We are working on engaging other exchanges, we will have updates for you when we receive updates from them.

Hey guys, sorry for the absense recently. The Renos team is very busy at the moment, working harder than ever. We are currently expanding our team, updating the website, running some promotions, and for all our OSX supporters, we have an alpha version of our OSX wallet just about ready for release. All of this and a few more surprises planned for the coming months. Our slack page is super active, in case people want instant answers to any questions, and all suggestions are welcome, here is the link https://renosinvites.herokuapp.com/I believe everyone will be very happy with the progress over the coming months. We now have 1100 slack members and plan to grow Renos and become one of the largest community run coins with the most democratic governance. Also, we will communicate a lot more on Bitcointalk in the future. Exciting times! stay tuned.

Is this script to setup Renos master-node on vps for all Linux OS? we need more information regarding this script. It has yet to be tested on raspian but works on others very well.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to provide you all a quick update.
We have officially completed our 30 day swap period. (by almost a week) We left the v1 wallet running a little longer as some swap requests were still rolling in. At this time it appears to be quiet now.
We will be shutting down the v1 webwallet effective tomorrow for swapping. Any swaps to be completed beyond that point will be processed manually by contacting myself here, or by PM in slack with either myself or burninbones.
Since we have now completed the first main "goal" or "checkpoint" of the project we would like to look at potentially reshaping some of the future goals which were initially set to better align with the desires of the community and as well the ever evolving space that is crypto.
We have held several focus groups already with community members and look to host a few more on Slack with community members who wish to voice opinions regarding what they would like to see from us moving forward.
Upon release of our updated roadmap we will also look to make public a few other things including:
- Short term development goals - New team member(s) - Community building programs and initiatives (To further grow and incentivize community engagement) - Marketing programs
We hope to have everything assembled and ready for presentation inside the next 2 weeks, so hang tight!
There should be some smaller wallet UI updates and maybe a couple other things for you guys inside the next few weeks as well.
Thank you for all your support up until this point,
- bl4ck

The Swap has already been completed and the new RNS are now in ParmaBTC's account.
I have posted supporting documentation in the slack
|
|
|
ParmaBTC has submitted his original RNS to be swapped.
It is presently stored in the Renos web wallet. The community are voting in slack as to whether to continue using ParmaBTC's escrow service or to have the funds placed in publicly visible MN's to assist in growing the development fund further by collecting greater POS interest.
Please feel free to come into the slack and voice your opinion.
Thanks,
-bl4ck

I sent a pm to the dev a few days ago about getting my coins back from the swap and nothing yet. They wasted no time taking them out of renoswallet (web). What's up?
And I also told them to go to Cryptopia support to see why they have 0 stars on Coin Info. Mods can only update Coin Info. The admins are the one's who can give the ratings. And you have to go to Coin Info and see what you need. But, 0 stars? Not good.
Hopefully I'll get my coins and they'll care enough to get this done. Maybe they're in Reno for the 4th
Hey sigma, your coins were moved to the new chain. The new chain is availalble @ https://wallet.renoscoin.com. Use your same credentials you used when you created your first account. I apologize for the delay, I have been AFK for a couple days for Canada Day holidays. Please contact someone in slack if these issues arise, alot of the community could have been able to offer assistance in this scenario.

I'm sorry. You are correct! Is it ok to this wallet.renoscoin.com? I want to keep it for long time.
If you wish to keep them on the online wallet @ https://wallet.renoscoin.com you are more then welcome to. I would recommend configuring 2FA for your own security. Alternatively, the safest way to keep them would be by using the desktop wallet. At the end of the day it is up to you to decide what is the most convenient way to keep them.

Hey Everyone, Wallets and markets have reopened on Cryptopia. Any user who had coins on either CoinExchange.io or Cryptopia have now had their coins swapped. To withdraw any of these funds from the exchanges please be sure to use the most recent release of the wallet. https://github.com/RenosCoin/RenosCoin/releases/tag/v2.0.1.1Markets are now open @ https://www.coinexchange.io/market/RNS/BTC& https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=RNS_BTCAny users looking to deposit to Cryptopia PLEASE be sure to generate a new wallet address prior to doing so. At this point post swap I am not able to replace any missing coins sent to an incorrect address. If you are ever in doubt please send a small test transaction prior to sending it all to help minimize these occurences. We are nearly done the swap and can’t wait to continue moving this project forward. More in depth instructions regarding wallet and Masternode configuration are being finalized and will be updated in the OP shortly. Plenty of assistance is available in our slack if needed. Thanks, bl4ck
