I have won two blocks finally. But one block still in "immature_balance" for hours. How long does it take to confirm?

about 12 hours iirc

Dumb question here but... there is no chance the luck is reduced based on physical location? Im finding 1 block per machine on a consistent daily basis and am hashing way below some of you. Dev, I know you mentioned you were in Dallas and I am in Tyler so I was curious.

typically, more threads means more hash with x11.
Xeons work great, but to me, you paint yourself into an investment for a niche.
I say go threadripper and let us know hash rate.

I think Dev was using 10-4 as in the ten code for "understood" .. not giving a go live date.

whats the correct protocol for installing the new miner without loosing the coins in the existing one? Just by backing it up and and replacing the .dat file from old wallet with new will work?

i dont think its relaying an accurate read.
there is no way my 100% maxed out dual 16 core CPUs hash less than my i5...yet they do, by like 10K.
Not to mention my opterons are on Mint and my i5 is WIN10 with an adjusted pagefile. Its counter-intuitive to any other coin I mine.
I have no empirical evidence to support this besides it would align with the phenom. of although those opterons being much less, that machine finds blocks more frequently. Even without hyperthreading, it should still be more than an i5 in my mind...but then again, I dont know how to code miners so...yea, im shooting in the dark.

solo is more difficult but you get more out of the blocks - 20k-ish currently
mining is less difficult, but you get less, coin dependent, but usually just very frequent portions of a block; and you have additional fees such as withdraw, pool, auto-payout fees...usually.

i jacked around with my conf. file trying to squeeze more hash out of my opterons on Mint and now cant launch the app. Doh! I was going to get in terminal and edit it but cant locate the biblepay.conf.
Anyone know what directory its in or how to reverse my error?

this is what i used in terminal but got 3 results - none of which is my conf file -

locate -i "biblepay-conf"

Regarding the storage of the medical record: are you providing a solution from an interoperability standpoint with regards to sharing of records for continuity of care, or are you looking to be a more secure solution for something like ChartMaxx or a document management solution?

Interesting project, and I enjoyed the presentation. You seem to have a well developed plan and I see some areas you are meeting where PTOY falls short. Honestly I think were are a long time away from any EHR denormalizing or giving up in some way the access...but I like the ideas you have by creating some AI based on the records that you anticipate to store. Id like to hear more on how the records are going to get on the blockchain and since the vast majority will be in HL7, how it integrates with it.

I also like that the project addresses the shortcomings of the pharmacies or PBMs - I work with Surescripts a lot and could see how this could benefit them in terms of providing secure storage of a med list or a prescription monitoring program.

Hope this goes far, not sure how the medical industry is across the pond, but there are quite a myriad of hurdles here for PTOY to overcome. If anything, you will surely get funding as this industry is ripe with opportunities to have the blockchain integrated...just takes a long time. My opinion anyway... I am an Epic EHR analyst specializing in interop and EDI.
Cheers!

i5 6700k / i7 4790k / dual opteron 6272s

whats strange is my i5 has found the most blocks and it has the least threads...?

Can you tell us what kind of hashrate you get from those?   you can get that by going into the console and type  getmininginfos

i5 7600k- 23505
i7 860- 24896
Opteron 6272 x2 - 19720

the i5 and 6272(s) have both found a block since 8am this morning, the i7 hasnt found one since yesterday afternoon.

What genproclimit did you set?

Thank you. Smiley

Old xeon 2x6 = 12 cores 24 threads
  "hashps": 117180.9035022312,

Shocked whats wrong with these opterons lol.. they are 16 cores each (32 threads) .. barely touching my i5, and nowhere near your xeons.  I knew something was up...when I was mining Verium, they were way underhashed. I have 50gb of RAM.. not sure what else would cause a deviation.
