101  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can less the unemployment rate? on: January 23, 2019, 11:55:58 AM
The concept is wrong. Bitcoin doesnt decrease the unemployment rate because bitcoin is not a company that hires employees. Thus, bitcoin reduces people who has a financial problem. Give them enough fund for everything and make them debt free even they are not employed. Government should see it as an advantage and see that even the unemployment rate is high, the debt rate of people will become low because of crypto.
I agree with your opinion that bitcoin is not like a company which hires an employees to do works, but the advantages of bitcoin is it can also provides most of our needs as what you have said like our financial problems. Earning in crypto is not actually stable but most of other users says  it can also be a job.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can less the unemployment rate? on: January 23, 2019, 10:27:34 AM
Do you believe that the adoption of bitcoin in every country can less the unemployment rate? As what I have observed most of the countries right now are accepting bitcoin as a payment method. Is there a possibility that crypto will be legalized and become as a legal job also?
How it can reduce unemployment,Crypto is a currency not a job,so you need to be doing some work to earn that o one is going to give your free money.
It's just a theory which there is a chance or possibility that bitcoin can resolve the unemployment of every countries. Maybe from time to time crypto will be known in more places and become more innovative.

106  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is banning weapons such a good thing? on: January 23, 2019, 04:34:54 AM
Well, there is always good and bad side in both. Allowing weapons can somehow be good to the person holding it, it gives feeling of security for them but sometimes problems arise when other people holding them are not responsible enough which also cause problem to other people. The abuse of use is often the problem that arise from this situation.
Having a gun is not actually a problem for as long as the owner has its own license and not abusing having an authority of using the gun. The purpose of a gun is for security protection but many of us are being irresponsible about it because they are using it for evil intentions and causing a problem to other people especially when they got drunk.

It is very good to see that today I am a Jr member. It is a very interesting thing for me. I am now a target member. I'd like to wear a signature now. What should I do now? Waiting for signature campaign or starting a bounty campaign. Which will be beneficial? Many people have told me that bounty campaign does not make any profit.

Best regards
Coin-Desk
It depends upon the bounty campaign you have partaken, most of the projects right are being abandoned due to the problem of the market and also its financial but I am not saying all of them. There are some ICO projects also runs successfully this time you can check it out at

109  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: looking for help here with a possible scam on: January 23, 2019, 02:15:39 AM
Thanks alot guys i had a bad felling about it just wanted to make sure. ill take it as a lesson learned at least i did not lose much.
It's a nice idea that you asked here first before proceeding to that very shady instruction that was given to you. Creating wallet can be done on your own and you don't need to get a wallet from others. He/she might hold the private keys and once you loaded that wallet with a good amount of bitcoin, they'll just retrieve it through recovery words/seeds.

Even it's just an empty wallet, practice that you won't receive or give any detail from others regarding your personal wallet. I think I remember this kind of scam through spam groups on facebook and asks people if they want to earn '0.1 BTC' and their script, 'just reply how and I'll message you'.
Maybe it is another way of scamming/fooling people which most of them are really innocent of creating wallets or new in this crypto community. I have also heard about asking people if they wanted to earn Btc which it's actually a bait for you to be scammed, that's why we need to be careful on asking and sharing personal information about our wallets or etc.

113  Economy / Reputation / Re: Updated [13/01/2019]: List of Active Merit Giveaways threads. on: January 21, 2019, 11:58:05 AM
That's great this will be a big help for us who needed some merits to get ranked up and I know there's always a qualifications for it, hoping I'm one of those good quality posting users.
I really doubt that such merit giveaway threads are enough to enable one rank up, on such threads the poster only designates a little fraction of their Smerits and hardly do they give more than one per post to a particular user
With that being said before one ranks up you'll have to put in more effort than just commenting with links to your posts on such threads.
Learning more about the system, putting in time and effort into posts, spending more time on the forum
And most of all, enjoying sharing ideas in here and not just viewing the forum as a JOB
I don't usually provide links in my post and most of them are my own composition and understanding, I am not against on you but for me its my own way on how to express myself. I'm not pleading for merits but it would be an honor for me if someone will give and appreciate my posting style.
114  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Giving 18 Newbie Members a Chance to Rank Up To J. Member on: January 21, 2019, 11:33:26 AM
This is still active and there are 18 sMerits in the pool waiting for good posting Newbies who follow the rules as posted on the first page.
I would like to know if I am also eligible for this merits, I've never received even once and I don't know if my composition is not good but for me I'm really confident that it is a good quality, would you mind if you take a look some of my post and hope you will consider them and give me some merits.
115  Economy / Speculation / Re: January...The Next Few Weeks Will Be Crucial on: January 21, 2019, 11:07:39 AM
I don't think this year will be a crucial year for bitcoin because as of now it is still difficult to know what will be the value of bitcoib for next week or for the coming months. Also we are already at the middle of  January but there is no changes yet. Much better to wacth out if ever this year is not the same with 2018.

We cannot know it, but I guess that this year will be much better than 2018. I think that the market will finally recover, and the cryptocurrencies will go up. Therefore, we need to hold our crypto.
Hopefully, the market will recover soon its because most of the ICO projects which they ended up since last year with their platform they cannot easily distribute their bounty tokens due to the problem and situation of the market and more of upcoming ICO projects are also affected.
116  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do in 2030? on: January 21, 2019, 08:26:31 AM
In 2030 - I'm going to live a free life at the expense of my favorite cryptocurrency!  I plan to buy a country house to move there with my family and enjoy life away from factories and hazardous industries. Work is no longer required because I fully provide for myself and my family.
I sincerely believe in it and I know that it will be so.
It's good for you to think about the future even if there's a possibility that it will not happen. For me in my own opinion in your statement you should not depending on what crypto can give to you because as you can see it's just like a price in the market that there's an ups and downs, make another ways of a source of an income. A friendly advice of mine.
117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it Game Over for Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2019, 05:04:56 AM
I have read so many topics regarding about the dip of the price or should we say it's a bearish days for bitcoin, but why most of us still get panic? Afraid of losing in investing? We all know the risk and if you don't trust bitcoin why are you still investing? All I can say is to believe and motivate yourself, patience is very important we cannot predict what will happen but for sure prices will up again sooner.
118  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do any of you feel guilty? on: January 21, 2019, 01:01:46 AM
If you introduce bitcoin from one to another make sure you'll delivered it properly and make sure it is also understandable for them. Investing in bitcoin is totally risky, it needs technical analysis and more time to study.
119  Economy / Economics / Re: Money Matters on: January 21, 2019, 12:24:13 AM
Isn't it interesting that those who pontificate that "Money is not everything" usually have money?

Be broke for a few weeks unable to pay your bills, pay rent and afford basic necessities, and then let's see if you'd still hold the same position about money.

Let us be sincere and stop fooling around; MONEY IS SOMETHING! A very huge something!! At least in this present world. Might not be a big deal in another world. But in this world? Save me the sermon.

Without money in this world, rarely does anything get done. In fact, many things suffer needlessly without money. Even the Bible is flat-out frank enough to recognize the fact that money answers all things in the context of this present world. It doesn't say money is "the answer to all things" but it answers all things.

So please, before you sermonize me that money is not everything or that money is no big deal, credit my blockchain address with one thousand units of Bitcoin and forget about it. Then I'd believe you. In fact, I'd sing it along with you...money ain't nothing!
Lol your last sentence was funny. Well you’re right, money is very important but so are other things like happiness and love. You can have money, but it you don’t have happiness, then it’s a waste of time. And I do know some people will say that money brings happiness, uuhm, that’s true in some kind of way- let me put it this way – it can only give you happiness if it’s money made from a genuine source. So whatever you do, make sure you don’t do bad things just because of money. Money answers all things but it is not everything. And of course! We need money, don’t say money is nothing.
Money is a root of an evil and most of us will do everything in order to earn money and we cannot deny the fact that we barely needed the money in order to survive. Without money in this world, you're are a worthless person and the worst of all is they can easily discriminate you as a human being.
120  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Could we change username on: January 20, 2019, 11:21:05 PM
I have been following this topic and I must say,  I'm disappointed that I can't change my username from the replies I have read above unless I become a donator/VIP. Before now,  I was thinking about changing my username from CryptopreneurBrainboss to just Brainboss. Guess I'm stuck with that and the next option (creating an alt account) isn't the best either. I understand that it's for security measures so I'm not that mad about it. Just hoping maybe Bitcointalk will grow to a stage just like facebook and twitter, users can change username even though it's a one time event.  Fingers-cross
Bitcointalk has its own security purposes that's why if you want to change your username you'll be needed to pay for the extra charges as what other users said, besides if this might happen for free only then maybe there's a lot of users which just like an ad bots spamming here in this thread without knowing who was it. This security purposes helps a lot here in this forum in order to prevent having so many accounts and if the mods caught you having an alt accounts there is a possibility that all of your Alts included your main will excluded in this forum because you're violating their rules.
