I have registered to your site and it always give me username already taken. I have changed my username for 4 times already and it gives me the same error.

There is no right time when to buy or invest in eth. One thing that I can say is that, put a target price when to buy then that is your right time to buy.

No one exactly knows the bottom of the price once it goes down therefore we need to act wisely when to buy. In my side, I put a target of 150$ and once it hit that amount I automatically buy eth with all the money that I have whether it goes down to the lowest again as I will lost anything as long as I still hold my eth.

As you see in the past the price of Eth already reach 1000 USD plus therefore reaching it again has a big potential.
Though I cannot point out the right time when it will happen again. Either after the hardfork but no one exactly knows.

I do believe also in ethereum therefore I am currently putting all my money to eth while waiting for the market to recover again.

We cannot deny that once we lose a big amount of investment there are times that we will go in panic on what we are going to do in order to regain our money.

But if you are a hodler of top 5 currencies. There is no need to panic, panic will only apply to newbies who don't know yet how the market flows.
If you haven't sell your assets, you haven't lose anything yet. That is the basic principle of long term hodler.

If you are very eager to participate in ICO, the best stage to invest is of course in presale stage as their are plenty of bonuses in it compare to ICO stage or once it will reach to any exchange.
Though you can buy the tokens in low once it will arrive in exchange but also you will not receive the privilege to have a bonus to what you have bought.

And please note also that this scenario will apply only to trusted and legit ICO and please bear in mind that there are almost 90% of all ICO that are not legit. So better do your own research in order to join the best ICO. 

Real talk, there are 95% of all ICO's that are not legit and will end up scamming or running after reaching their target/goal.
Then 5% of it will remain as legit and will end up continuing their goal or project until the end.

So let's say if there are 100 ICO's therefore there are only 5 ICO's who are legit. Therefore the best answer to your question is, no professional individual that can tell that it is a good ICO and legit.
You will be lucky if you can join the right ICO, thought there are few means that you can hold on to found a semi legit ICO. Research their team, project, origin of the project, business registration number, roadmap, whitepaper and review from other forum members.

It is a good time to give more support to ethereum as it retains it's slot from number 3 going back to number 2.
I am not so sure whether the hardfork is the main reason why it is happening right now or there is another reason aside from it.

But whatever the reason is, it is the best time to celebrate and buy as many eth as we want while waiting for the bull run to happen.

It's a good sign that ethereum will become second to the king of crypto currency. And it's price is currently rising because of the good news that will be coming this month.

And also, there is a good sign that whales are starting to stock more eth now which is really good to all ethereum lover especially myself.
Hardfork is also one of the reason why it is increasing heavily from 15billion to 16billion marketcap now. A good sign to buy more and more.

Bitcoin will always remain in #1 in coinmarketcap but if you are worried which of them to invest either eth or btc.
In my case, I invested of eth and not in btc as btc will require a higher amount of investment and your money will not triple easily unlike ethereum.

As you can see also that ethereum is back to #2 in coinmarketcap replacing xrp which is a good signal to buy more eth while waiting for the bull run.

2019 is the right time to comeback. Quarter 4 of 2018 is disaster to all holders but an opportunity to all investors who want to stock more coins in their wallet to hold while waiting for a bull run.

There are many reasons why the price goes down from bitcoin and to other currencies.
I can say that altcoin usually drops especially if BTC price is dropping, they are somewhat connected so the answer to your question is really bad.

I have a profit a good amount from altcoins. Usually I am holding the altcoins for a long term type of investment as the market is very volatile, sometimes the price goes beyond your target price to sell and sometimes they fell very hard.

So for me, expect the unexpected is the best term for investing in altcoins. Last bull run, I almost gain a profit for almost 10k usd.
And now as the market crashes down. I double my investment and buy more so I can hold them and sell them once the bull run will happen.

One of that is, some ICO's are short with their target like they almost get their softcap. Therefore they will try to find a better way in order to achieve it.

Your opinion is very helpful. As for me, once the market goes down. It isn't the right time to sell instead it is the right time to buy more.
When to buy? What is the bottom of the price to buy? The answer is. No one knows.

Therefore the best technique is to listen to all the news either good or bad and put a designated amount to yourself. What is the right price that you want to buy the certain assets.
As no one knows the bottom therefore we the individual will decide what is the target price that we want to buy the currency that we like to hold.

Regulation is not a bad idea but in my case I rather stay what it is now. It's very difficult to regulate any crypto currency but if there is a way to do it in a right way in which the investor either individual or company and project owner benefits from it.
Then regulating it is a good idea but if it will affect both sides in negative way then it is a bad idea as the only beneficiary to it are the governments and not the individuals.

I'm sure that you are still a newbie in crypto currency market. If I were you, you should go back from 2014 until now and see how the market flows.

As you can see, market is like up and down. Down means buy more and up means sell your assets. If you didn't know the exact timing when to do it.
One thing that I can advise you, do your own research and listen to all the opinions and ideas. Not only from negative ideas but also to positive one then decide what you are going to do next.

In my case, as long as you hold your crypto currency and you didn't sell it. You still didn't lose. Patience is very helpful in this process as the market will not remain bearish for 2-3 years from now.

For me. #1 is Eth, in the first 3 months of 2019. There is a big possibility that its price will reach to 1k$ and above.
Second in the line is ripple or XRP. It has a big potential and there is a big possibility that it's price will skyrocket to 2$ and above after 3 months in 2019.

But right now. I focus all my investment in ETH and hoping to earn a big profit by holding it for long term.
