Many wonder why the price of the onion does not rise, I tell them just wait for Binance to enter so they can see the big rise they will have, at that moment the holders will be millionaires ...
IMO it takes time, you cant expect $100 by next week. You will have to wait at least a year for this imo. This is why you have to be patient and not look at the price too much -> look at the tech, community etc It could reach $100 much sooner than a year but that probably would'nt be sustainable, very much like when $Onion reached $20 in january. There are just so many factors influencing crypto prices...mass psychology is one of them but for us as a community financial speculation is not the most important, most of us support DeepOnion because we share a collective will to achieve something meaningful through technological innovation. Well said answer! Exactly, people should be investing in this coin for its technology and not worry about short term prices. Put what you can afford to lose down, stake on your pc when you can and wait for mass adoption of the blockchain |

I am looking so forward to the end of the airdrops so that we can be listed on the larger exchange sites. We will then begin to realize the true potential of DeepOnion.
I agree, some big exchanger didn't accept Coins that still on airdrop phase So I could say that the real game will really going to start after the airdrop  Exactly! Once the airdrops end we meet the criteria of some of the largest exchanges. Once we are on those the Sky is the limit I didn't realize that was a requirement for larger exchange listings?? What's the deal with that? That's cool though if it'll help DeepOnion get on a bigger exchange though. The dont accept coins that are in an airdrop phase because many coins are still in the possession of the developers so they can dump it all when they get listed and price increase due to big exchange listing Once the airdrops are over, we meet all requirements and then can submit for listing When we are on 1 big exchange, many smaller ones will follow.... That makes sense. In any case, DeepOnion airdrops will be over in a few weeks so we'll see how many more exchanges it can be listed on. Im really excited whats gonna happen ;-) #LifeBeginsAt40 Also remember that currently we are in a really bear market, this won't last forever, people will become bullish again and start looking for new altcoins with proper use cases Agreed, the bear market can only last so long, it may be several more months but in the end the bull run will begin again! |

i like the deeponion project very much. so i invested in it. i hope everything will go according to plan and roadmap. my proposal for the future would be only to make a rebrand of the project name from deeponion to something else. i know we all understand the meaning of the name and its purpose but in my opinion, if we want to get mass adoption not only in the crypto world but also to get noticed and adopted from new people that come into the cryptoworld we need a rebrand with a easier and more "shiny" name. just my five cents Heya, It has been mentioned by several people on the forums, there is currently a thread discussing just this I am sure once Votecentral comes out, everyone will be able to vote on this exact matter as one of the first options |

Do you guys think we will make it to 2000 pages by the end of Airdrops? What is your guess? 1000? 1500? I think somewhere around 1250 is more realistic. 2000 might be a bit of a stretch. Lets make a guess - 1976 pages  Wow nice and optimistic IT could be done.. maybe there will be loads of buzz towards the end of the airdrops and start of the new era Why not mate, I believe it can be done, new members joining us every day, and I believe there are some more great news just around the corner. I think 2000 might be a bit optimistic so I am going to say around 1200 but only time will tell i guess I think 1500 pages is possible, hopefully more If this is a guessing game I am going to go with 1258 pages haha. 5 more weeks around 100 pages a week or so. |

smart guys want a lot cheap onions, but noooo Haha exactly, they want to stock up now before all the updates cause the price to go sky high i want to buy but have no btc or extra cash  I can feel you. My eth and btc is invested in different projects and with the current market situation I also don't want to sell any of it. But if people are thinking about stocking up, now is the chance. I am exactly the same, I can't sell off my current positions in other coins to swap into anything else. I will just have to wait out the next few months and see what happens with prices across the board |

yea baby i got my airdrop today and i also got a little surprise i was not expecting got my first staking reward 3.8 onions how cool is that hope to getting more this is definitely the best crypto by far lets keep it up and dominate !!!
It's a great feeling when you get the first stake isn't it. I'm due another soon, staking weight is 15k so hopefully coming soon. It was a bit harder lately to hit a stake but I'm pretty sure it's going to be way easier after the airdrops, and we will have a couple months left until 10% POS decreases to 5% same here, i got some orphan stakes and that really pisses me off Yeah, orphan stakes is not a nice thing to see. Agreed! I probably have 200-300 Orphaned onions unfortunately  |

I'm new to DeepOnion and have bought some onions.  But does anyone here know what will happen when the airdrops are over? I'm afraid the value might drop. The Value probably won't drop, if anything it will increase. Why? The people who have sold off weekly airdrops will no longer get those, therefore selling off their coins will be more risky - no more are incoming. Those who hold large wallets will find it more beneficial to hold and help increase the value rather than selling off at a bargain price. |
