have 1 connection but wallet stuck on 99.61% sync last 2 days

hoping theres a straightforward fix?

coin sending/ connection issue
unable to send coins to my *(more stable) verge desktop wallet

updated 2.4.1 electrum

have coins unverified, but balance states correct total amount-
wallet continues to switch between - sync - connected -disconnected

tor electrum wallet
all coins verified and appears connected

 both wallets gets stuck on broadcasting transaction

any suggestions would be appreciated....

was getting coins but nothing after 14/9
all awaiting verification

 any news or alternate network server that connects would be useful
