Yes it's right.I faced same problem in many times but this is not stable situation..ETH network very slow now.My two transaction pending already 11 hours gone.Also maximum exchange are very slow network right now.But don't panic i hope this problem is solved in short time.If you urgent need transaction than you can try to increase ETH gas.Keep patience.
