What kind or price are we talking per unit? Sorry if this seems a dumb thing to ask.

Very interested, sent you a PM I believe, hopefully worked but this forum has odd rules to stop spamming so I really wouldn't know, drop me a message back if it's still up for sale.

I'm assuming there's no room to sell them off separately?

Do you want to be a bit less vague, like tell us what language programme you need, or what kind of video aspect of things you have in mind? I understand wanting to keep an idea under wraps but sometimes you have to trust people a little or you really won't get anywhere.

If all you have is an 'idea' and can't actually do it yourself though, your kind of screwed because working with a programmers, unless you can pay them just means you have nothing else to bring to the table.

but good luck either way.

nice idea to combat spamming

hope that's sarcasm, it's pretty easy to beat, make a few accounts,

automate posting to the newbie forum, then open up a load of seperate browser sessions with an auto fresh tools like I am now so I can rack up the hours needs.

If anything it just a way of deterring genuine forum users from using their accounts because lets be honest, locked into one lame 'newbie' board for 4 hours is just dumb as fuck and defeats the purpose of forums in general

Wow, I really envy you guys who found some free power! In Denmark, the kWh rate is about 0.36 USD, so it's pretty expensive to mine over here, haha.

I turned out to have a Radeon 5850/Core i5-750 SFF PC lying around, so that's been setup for mining. Definitely going to upgrade this though: removing the (albeit well cooled) SFF case, and buying more GPU's. (Too bad those PCI-E riser cables seem so.. rare?)

There seems to be a lot of hype around the Radeon 7950, but man, that card is just insanely expensive. Over here, a used 5850 is around 1/4th the price - and maybe I'm just lucky, but they seem rather easy to get hold of as well.

I've struggled to find any 5 series cards in the UK, there's quite a lot of 6 series cards flying around though on Ebay, considering expanding but I'd rather not if these new ASIC miners do change the game that much, I'd rather save some BTC for a 2nd Gen or a second hand 1st Gen.

I have 15 BFL Singles mining away with 15 SC upgrades dancing in my dreams. Every email I get I hope it is BFL asking me to send them in for upgrade.

Are your FPGA quite stable to run then?

As I'm a hobbyist miner and I need to make a few posts I thought I'd make an effort to see what other hobbyists use. Mine:

2 AMD 6950 graphics cards I got off Ebay
and a beast of a computer I built a year or two back running Xubuntu.

Used to generate around 1BTC a week (I've had some issues with OS instability and cards overheating lately), I don't pay power bills as my work was kind enough to let me rig up a machine in their server room.

Hoping to get on the ASIC bandwagon at some point but not overly worried about this gold rush atm, seems a lot of people have faith in the things.

make 5 posts and do 4 hours... man that's pretty dumb, ok I understand it's to stop spammers but really? couldn't just stick to some other methods of verification?
111  Other / Beginners & Help / Can't post or reply on: May 01, 2013, 08:34:12 PM
Hey all,

Do I have to be verified or something, there's some interesting posts I've seen from twitter but I have no way of replying, it's kind of annoying if you can't get verified within like 12 hours of signing up?
