102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If China Bans Bitcoin Exchanges, will they also ban Bitcoin mining? on: September 12, 2017, 08:18:04 PM
Seems like it's time for Bitcoin to ban China.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price Goes down after a tweet by Charlie Lee on: September 12, 2017, 08:11:12 PM
Looks like he backpedaled on the initial tweet. Probably nothing more than we've been hearing all week.

I still have faith in NEO
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OmiseGo (OMG) might remain unaffected by China’s ICO Ban on: September 11, 2017, 09:09:40 PM
I thought OMG team already announced that this wouldn't affect them?
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So many new ICO, how to check if it's scam? on: September 11, 2017, 09:00:09 PM
Research. No way to be 100% certain, but read whitepapers, talk to devs, etc. The less info you can find, the greater likelihood of a scam.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which payment card solutions do you invest in? on: September 11, 2017, 08:46:18 PM

So ask yourself this:

If you're in the supermarket and want to pay your bread and butter. You have to choice to pay with your credit card (and pay the fees) or to pay with btc, dash or whatever the currency is you're holding directly.

What option will you choose? I don't think that will be the credit card.

In a world where blockchain technology has reached mass adoption - I don't think there is any real use for credit cards.

The cards themselves would merely be a gateway for mass adoption. It will be much easier in the short term to get people to use something they are familiar with - i.e. a credit card. While the crypto/blockchain aspect happens behind the scenes, it can be a tool to educate the public and bring crypto mainstream. This will help pave the way for a better crypto payment system.

one of these will be big at some point, no doubt. my money is on tenx but i could be wrong, cards will be huge in 2018.

Once we get some payment solutions to go mainstream, it will be a huge benefit to the entire crypto market. Also with the number of fiat cards that already exist, I think there is room for several crypto cards in the market once they take off.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more profitable, trading in Crypto coins or trading in stock market?? on: September 11, 2017, 08:05:36 PM
Crypto has higher potential for gains in a shorter period of time, but also higher potential for losses. Risk vs. Reward. With proper research, you should be able to make money with either one.
