101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO spreadsheets on: December 16, 2017, 09:43:08 PM
Awesome! Never thought that there's a list such as this. This is very good for someone who are having doubts buying an altcoin. I'll definitely bookmark this for ICO reference.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Coins are down & good for buying NOW?! on: December 16, 2017, 09:39:44 PM
So basically you want me to do all the research for you Wink ?

LOL. You made my day!  Grin

Hello guys,
What coins are good for buying now? By that I mean, what coins are down when all others are going up. Make sure to point out only the ones with potential. Maybe you can also include the reason they are down.

I've been wondering too what's a good coin to buy now that BTC is in its ATH! I've ended up changing my fiat to ETH a while ago since I can't buy BTC because of its price. Maybe you want to do your own research so you know yourself what's a good coin depending on your instincts.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] DogeConnect Cryptocurrency ICO on: December 16, 2017, 09:36:01 PM
Not sure  Roll Eyes It's been announced weeks ago but no activity. Sorry but when I checked the website, it is kinda poorly made. Makes me want to think that it is only there to collect money from the ICO.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long Term Investment on: December 16, 2017, 09:31:30 PM
I've read somewhere that ADA is a promising coin. I haven't research well about it but you might want to consider it.

You've got good altcoins on your list and if I were to make a top 10 I will surely include those ones. Diversifying those coins is also a good technique in my opinion so if worst came to worst, all your eggs are not on the same basket. I'd make BTC on top though as it is the father of all coins and still promising when it comes to its price.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Regret! on: December 16, 2017, 09:19:43 PM
Does anyone else regret that hasn't invested in certain Altcoins that now rose 400-800%? Because I regret it a lot. :|

Most people do including me. We will only learn from our own mistakes so the least you can do is think positive that you'll eventually earn again from a different altcoin.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What platform do you use to trade Altcoins and how much does it cost per trade? on: December 16, 2017, 09:16:59 PM
In addition to the listed exchanges, I also trade in Bittrex.  The exchange, where many of the listed altcoins are traded, with quite large volumes.
But  I heard that now registration of new users is temporarily suspended on this exchange.I hope this is temporary Wink

I've read this information too awhile ago. Seems like there are a lot of memberships so they need to upgrade their system in order to support the new members so suspension is only temporary.

I have an account in Bittrex but it was months ago since I last used it and I have only one altcoin there. Other platform that I know is Bitfinex, Binance, Yobit, Cryptopia, Poloniex which as already mentioned above. As far as I know, most cheap altcoins are listed in EtherDelta. I wasn't able to track the fee on Bittrex but I guess it depends on how much you will trade, I am not sure if there's a standard percentage per trading platform
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: List of ICOs review sites on: December 16, 2017, 09:10:38 PM
https://icorating.com/
https://icoreview.it/
https://crushcrypto.com/ico-analysis/
https://tokentops.com/
those site above review ICO project, actualy there many more similiar website like that. im not sure too you can believe all they write there, you still need to do your own research if want to join an ICO

I'm planning to look into ICOs by next year to invest so this list is really a big help. I think there are lots of members here vouching for icorating and icodrops so I'd probably check them out first.
108  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will be stable Bitcoin Price? on: December 11, 2017, 12:15:15 AM
If you are into digital currencies, don't expect stability especially in terms of its price. Even the stock market crashes so expect that its the same with crypto currencies too because it is volatile. Everything depends on the supply and demand, so its price goes up and down depending on how people needs them.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How To Make Money While You Sleep on: December 11, 2017, 12:00:53 AM
I think it should be more simple, just buy the BTC is enough .

I agree too! This is the real passive income, earn while you sleep technique. Just leave on your wallet and just come back after a month or so just to check. I am sure you'll be happy with how much you've earn when you see it.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will it be in 2018 eth price equal to BCH price? on: December 10, 2017, 11:53:55 PM
The two can't be compared because they are different but if you're just talking about the price then there is no doubt that ETH will be on the $1K mark sooner or later. ETH has been my top 2 ever since and I believe BCH price is only a hype now and probably gone later  Grin
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoKitties live and NovaBlitz on it's way - how many other games on Eth? on: December 10, 2017, 11:46:30 PM
These games are one of the best things to happen to Eth.

The sooner we push it to the limit the sooner we will see rapid adaption and evolution!

More Crypto Fuzzballs!  More NovaBlitz!

Amazing isn't it  Grin I just hope that they'll be able to fix the issue so that next time these games bombard ETH, investors won't be facing the same problem again in terms of delayed transactions.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 alt coins to hodl in 2018 on: December 10, 2017, 11:23:50 PM
ETH, LTC, LSK, IOT, XRP.

Other altcoins that I'm thinking about buying are NEO, Dash, QTUM (Not really sure if this is still a good buy)
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most promising cryptocurrency on: December 10, 2017, 10:52:35 PM
BTC goes to my Top 1 as its been the most promising crypto currency since years ago. Next would be ETH, LTC, Dash, IOT, NEO, XRP, Waves, Lisk. I only have BTC, ETH, and LSK now so If I were to buy more I'll complete those altcoins that isn't on my list yet.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen if banks / governments join the party? on: December 10, 2017, 10:37:59 PM
I'm having a bad feeling if these two gets involve in Bitcoin or other altcoins especially the government. I like how banks involves in Bitcoin in terms of buying and selling funds though so I want them to just stay that way. For me when it comes to government involving in Bitcoin issues, it seems that they will end up regulating it which will surely has a negative impact in the crypto industry.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 Cryptocurrencies 2018 on: December 10, 2017, 04:02:18 PM
I'll still trust BTC, ETH, LTC, IOT, XRP, DASH on my top list. I am still undecided on other altcoins so will probably review more of their whitepaper then decide if I should get a share or not.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin reached $100! on: December 10, 2017, 03:47:49 PM
Based on coinbase it's $146 as of this moment. Seems like it was also affected in a good way by the latest demands on BTC and problem encountered by ETH. People probably invested on other altcoins such as Litecoin.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptokitties-good thing or bad thing ? on: December 10, 2017, 01:56:22 PM
In my opinion its fun having these games in the crypto world but yes, hopefully ETH devs could do something about it as it won't be good for their image in the long run if they don't solve issues like what everyone is experiencing for ETH transactions.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH target 1000$ in ending of this year on: December 10, 2017, 01:42:44 PM
Anyone have any thoughts on how CryptoKitties has affected the price of ETH?

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/cryptokitties-cryptocatastrophe-viral-kitties-cause-180100270.html

people need ETH to play the game, they will buy more and price will go up. it might straggle a bit bc of the txs fees and lagging etc.

I really hope ETH's price reach that target at the end of this year because as far as I know it hasn't break the $500 mark yet I think and we're nearing the end of the month/year.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can you mine via a desktop browser on: October 06, 2017, 01:51:20 AM
Never thought that Freebitco.in has a mining option now as I've known them to be a good faucet since last year. Will check them out later.

I think browser mining is a good alternative to mining rigs since rigs are very expensive to build but we should be aware that there's only little profit for this kind of mining. I guess we can do this one if we use our computer all day.

120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you still use Bitcoin if it stabilised at around USD$5000? on: October 06, 2017, 01:21:05 AM
I've been thinking about why people use Bitcoin a bit lately and its long-term potential.  It used to be touted as an alternative to fiat currency, and in fact, the future of currency.  Now it seems that people are talking about Bitcoin more as a store of value - a place to keep your money safe that is not a bank or an institution.  I know a lot of us invest in Bitcoin more for the perceived increase in value; basically, a lot of us want to get rich.

Here's my question:  Would you still continue to move your fiat currency to Bitcoin if it topped out at around USD$5000 and you KNEW it would not go higher, but you also KNEW it would not dip in value?  Maybe we could assume it would rise with inflation.  If this were the case would you be more or less likely to move your money to Bitcoin?

That's a good question. I probably would continue to use Bitcoin because of what it stands for. I probably wouldn't buy anymore of it because there would be other coins in time that could surpass it in value and provide a great store of value.

This. I'd still use bitcoin too but would not invest on it anymore since the value is fixed.
