I hold my bounty tokens until they give me good price and then I sold them and convert into ETH or BTC. I'm holding EIDOO currently but I didn't sell them as i also had an opportunity to sell them at good price but now EDO is very low due to dip, I should have sold EIDOO then but it's alright because i have an internal believe that EIDOO will do something incredible that's why I hold it because it's back end project is outstanding. I'm only holding EDO at the time, rest of the bounty tokens have been sold a long time ago.

Well $ 100 is fine to start but the profit you will earn will also be minimal. Money attracts money. Invest big amount get big return. But for the newcomer I think $100 would be fine, it will help to learn things but not the chance of big loss. I think Yes because during ICO a lot of bonuses and options like buy one get one free etc are offered to investors and ICO prices are usually low. So I think it's better to get during ICO.
