101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LINDA-PoW/PoS-99% APR- MASTERNODE-MULTI-WALLET ( NEW THREAD) on: February 15, 2018, 11:32:11 AM
i have also the wallet issue that i don't get any stake rewards although it' staking correctly.
i have started staking with 66.000 lindas on january 26th (windows wallet) but it always shows between 11 and 15 days to wait for reward but nothing happens.
i didn't get one single reward yet.
is it maybe because 66k is a too small amount?
but i have read here that i'm not the only one with this issue and that it worked better before january 21st.
so what's the problem?
ok, now i have increased my amount of lindas up to more than 300k (on feb. 5th).
the waiting time for rewards now shows only 3 days.
but until now i have not gotten one single reward.
since 10 days i am staking 300k and before that i was staking 66k for 3 weeks now.
is this still normal?
i have enough connections to other linda nodes.

i thought there are supposed to be more little rewards coming more often.

what would you think would be the average waiting time for 300k staking?
sorry for requoting myself, but does anybody know how i can know of what about to exspect in rewards regarding waiting time and the staking amount of 310k lindas?
is there a way i could check on how much i should get with my staking amount?
as i stated in my previous posts i am staking 310k for 11 days already and before that i was staking 66k for more than 3 weeks without getting anything at all yet.
i would like to check if there is some problem with the qt windows wallet or if this is totally normal.
who can help me with some information about this?

cryptopia seems to "get what they deserve".
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2948513.new#new
so in the end it seems to be maybe good thing that safex got delisted from cryptopia.

Blackbytes Bytes Exchange BEEB is offering you 1,000,000 Bytes!

Buy and sale your BlackBytes on BEEB! - http://beeb-bot.com

Here is your link to receive 1,000,000 Bytes: http://www.beeb-bot.com/textcoinclaim.php#textcoin?skull-chair-subway-bacon-century-ticket-story-mixed-language-margin-question-art

Has anyone tried this beeb-bot?

Yes. More than 10,000 GBB have already been traded on BEEB.
i tried this but the bot said that textcoin was already claimed.
i'm not sure if that means that it was already claimed by somebody and this link/phrases code is not working any longer, or if that means that i have somehow claimed this textcoin without knowing.
actually i have not claimed any textcoins yet so it would mean that somebody else used that link already and it is used and not working for others anymore.

The textcoin link works only once. More textcoins will be posted.
yes, but does that mean it only works once for everybody or does it only work once at all so that only one single person can use this link?
because when i did it the first (and only) time it said right from the beginning that it was already claimed (which i didn't do before).
so why do you post these links if only one single person can use this?

106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bitcore- BTX - SEGWIT - lowest fee - hybrid fork 1:0.5 of Bitcoin on: February 13, 2018, 10:53:27 AM
Hi everyone,
On february 4th I bought 100BTX, store them in BTX wallet and registered for airdrop. Since next monday I did not receive any airdrop, I went to BTX FAQ and found this: BitcoreBTX_Guide_AdvancedCoinControl.pdf
Therefore I followed all steps (ie. enabled coin control features and sent BTX from a registered address) and today I sadly realised that missed the airdrop again  Cry.
How is that possible? Any thoughts?  Thx!

PS: Where can I find the snapshot time?

You need to make sure your btx are in the correct address, and not just in the wallet.
A wallet can have many addresses, a new change address is sometimes created if/when needed, if you make a transfer. And some of your btx might end up in one of them, without you knowing about it.

Activate coin cointrol in the qt wallet, and manage your own change.
And in coinomi disable new address generation from settings, and if a change address is created during a transfer, just send your btx to the registered address, before the airdrop.

I followed this procedure: https://bitcore.cc/guides/BitcoreBTX_Guide_AdvancedCoinControl.pdf

If I do this, am I guaranteed too receive the airdrop that i missed this week?  Sorry,  I'm being very literal and just want to be sure I don't miss it again.  Thank you.
to be sure you better register the address(es) after you have done all neccessary transactions.
because if you register a certain address and after that you do some transaction, that first address might be changed so that you won't get anything anymore or just a small part.
so after you have finished all transactions register every single (receiving) address which you have used.
you better check your registered addresses on that link with the list of registered addresses which i have mentioned in my earlier post.

How would I find out if my signing up worked or not?

I got confirmation that all was done on the webpage when signing up, but others have been receiving 6% and mine hasn't come through yet.

Am I just being impatient or is there a way of checking I'm properly registered?

I will add I've got active connections.

I registered two addresses and was only paid on one .  I did this procedure after the airdrop:  https://bitcore.cc/guides/BitcoreBTX_Guide_AdvancedCoinControl.pdf
I just need confirmation that this will resolve the issue.  If not, can someone please advise.  Thanks.

you both can check this list of registered and confirmed addresses:
https://bitcore.cc/phpdrop/?info=all
just scroll down to the bottom (there are the newest registered addresses) and try to find your address.

isn't linda also a privacy coin?

is it important to upgrade the wallet?
i would like to prevent all the work with installing new from scratch and importing all the save data files.
i would just like to keep it going in the actual state it is.

why first post empty?
it's not.
it's filled with pictures which you probably just don't get to see.
are you on mobile?

111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: February 07, 2018, 12:24:02 AM
many people in here exspected that doge will rise at/after chinese new year (feb. 16th).
but now that china regulates the market more and more and now even banned the foreign exchanges it will be unlikely that there would be a good profit after feb. the 16th (at least not because of china's new year).
how do you think about this?
or do you still exspect a significant rise after new years?
in this case many chinese would need to find a way around these bans and regulations.

Now all currencies go down abnormally. No one can expect a rise on dogecoin while all market goes down.
First of all market has to rise to up. While BTC is dying nobody waits any rise of doge.

My point of view this fall will continue until 20-30 sats.
what i meant was that most people who wait for chinese new year and exspect a rise for dogecoin imply that many chinese would buy dogecoin then, am i right?
but now we have a new situation that it is not allowed anymore to trade cryptos in china (that would include buying dogecoin).
dogecoin might rise again in the next days but chinese new year wouldn't be a big factor for this rise because most chinese people won't/couldn't buy doge anymore.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [OFFICIAL] [SAFEX] Safe Exchange Coin [website www.safex.io] on: February 06, 2018, 11:28:22 PM
why not list on cryptopia.co.nz and coinexchange.io ?
safex had already been listed on cryptopia.
but that thing is over now.

coinexchange might be a good thing but this is not in the hands of safex.
there are different criteria to be met to get listed at an exchange.

I have withdrawn my safex coins from bittrex in my wallet but they haven't reached yet.
Can anybody help me please!
just like bitcoin it can take many hours for your transaction.

which desktop wallet (windows) would you recommend?

by the way, wouldn't it be better to merge this thread with the other verge thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2085112  ?
it is kind of confusing and annoying always having to check both active threads for any news.

which windows desktop wallet would you recommend for verge coins?
i've read that the xvg electrum wallet has some serious bugs with missing displayed addresses etc.
how about the other windows wallet in version 4.0.1 which you can get at githumb?
would that be the best choice at the moment?

...
But not once they did not answer me!
...

you are aware that this sentence means the same as "but every single time they answered me." ?
two times "no" is a double negative and means "yes".

but to come back to your actual issue, the dev of this coin is not responsible for the actions of the different exchanges.
he cannot really do anything about it.
but as you can see one of the posts above mine states that the dev even has tried to do something about it anyways what even cost him extra money.
that is very kind of the dev and not as a matter of course.

by the way it is a kind of normal thing for exchanges to have to update several wallets sometimes.
that might be annoying for some of us, especially in certain price levels with potential profits for us, but it's not really the fault of the exchanges either if something like that happens.
anybody is always angry about the timing of certain maintanances.

Hello, please help!
Today I went into my wallet on my computer and there was 0 BTX, although I did not make any transactions...
There was until yesterday 2.8 BTX... https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/address.dws?1QEcHZ9toCMY4rBD7ZkhvPGLeH7SYHAuFn.htm here information
In my other independent wallet, the same block 127251 shows the devastation of the BTX...
Tell me this robbery?  Undecided

who knows what this arrow means in transactions?
i'm not sure at all but it looks to me like an outgoing transaction.
i don't know the exact arrow symbols to be honest.
it's kind of strange that the arrow shows in both directions and that there is a "(n/a)" underneath it instead of a "1" or so.
what does it show when you look in "transactions"?

does anybody know the (simple) instruction/manual for claiming the btx (from snapshot november 2nd) from a segwit or legacy btc account on trezor?

a couple of days before there used to be a nice and simple explanation on this link of the bitcore page:
https://bitcore.cc/claim-hw.php
but unfortunately it is not to be found there anymore.

there had been screens of the btx modified electrum wallet with the correct settings for trezor.

now i can only find a few very more complicated explanations on other sites (i.e. reddit or steem) which are long-winded and more risky.

is that easy method now gone forever or does anybody know that nice method from that bitcore page?

It's only a temporary solution. You can try: https://bitcore.cc/guides/claim-hw.php
oh cool, thank you!
do you also know from where i can download that btx-electrum v 2.03. ?
i cannot find that source again either.

edit: never mind, i found it again:
