We are based and regulated in Australia but open to the whole world so you can definitely sign up from central America Residents of the United States can negotiate and access blockbid without any problem? Or is it necessary to prove identity? You can access Blockbid from anywhere in the world. You do need to prove your identity too. |

Do you have lot of interest so far for coin listings? Is there a list of accepted coins/tokens that will be tradable when the exchange opens?
We are being very careful about who we are listing so are auditing coins now -so far we have 400 projects who have requested listing. We'll release a list of audited/approved tokens once we get closer to live launch. |

How long should KYC review take? I applied.
KYC approved accounts should already have been confirmed. If you applied and still havent been approved it was probably because no ID was attached. You do have the opportunity to log back in at any time and update your ID or other information and be approved. |

I have deposited some TBTC into TBTC wallet and both have been confirmed. Now what? How do I get to trade with it? I moved to the buy/sell page and I'm still stumped.
Buy/sell options are not fully active, as the market is not liquid. The plan is to seed test USD & also are thinking of opening a competition for our Beta users to help stimulate trading and in return you can help us with Q&A. |
