I guess I am insecure, not trying to be a troll. There are a couple promises that they haven't kept. 1 - the locking of shares (they said they would do this) 2- Having the people get out of "newbie jail" and talk to us in the forum. These were their promises not mine. Don't see whats so hard about doing these 2 things.
Those are minor issues. I'm really just looking if they meet deadlines. If they pull stunts like ActM and create more shares than we'll have to worry. |

Lets consider this. 850,022 shares on ask. That's 850,022 out of 7,000,000 possible shares(ignoring the owners). That means most of the shareholders don't want to sell. The largest buy at IPO was 200k~ share. I would say the confidence of the shareholders are strong. There are only a few very loud speculators that are trying to make a quick buck. No whales are panic selling anytime soon.

Samuel Noi is the person closest to what you'll call a CEO of labcoin because he is the managing director of the project and iTec-pro. Bother Sam about it. Have you been in contact with him? They meeting their deadlines since they set it out a month ago at IPO. I don't see any point in contacting them. If you want to speculate on price than good luck. I'm not as in-secured as some of you guys. They even announced news yesterday. If they missed their deadline next week I may question. If they continue to delay like BFL, I'll pull out. So far there is no reason to. |

Anyone else find it funny (tragic) that in 10-20 pages of mostly useless rants and FUD, VE manages to have one of the calmer and more rational comments? +1 for everything he said. I'd like to add: We are investing in a Chinese bitcoin mining startup. Language, time zones, priorities, etc are all going to get in the way of the stable path to Rick Jones status. There are going to be times when it sucks not having enough information. For all those who are so ready to break out the "there are no chips, they're running off with our BTC, it's a scam" mantra - there are real world consequences for someone to attempt this. For most business owners that have a lot to lose, this isn't the kind of money that you risk jail time or worse with. Is it possible? Yes. It's not probable though, especially in China where the authorities frown upon fraudulent crowd-funding. Also, they're communication leaves a lot to be desired. Many otherwise solid companies have this problem though and I'd prefer they were a solid engineering company with mediocre communications than the other way around. Stop freaking out - unless you have your credit card maxed out on LC, hoping that it makes you rich then you should be comfortable with your investment. If you're that guy, don't be that guy or good luck. Yes. I'm amazed at VE for having the patience to deal with them. I was just watching because its scary when mommy and daddy fights.
