Currently around 5,5% of your holdings and you need to have at least 100 Onions in you Wallet to be eligible for the airdrop. So for 100 Onions you would get 5,5 new Onions with the next airdrop. And does the POS work already ? I mean If I let my wallet open and in staking mode, I should get some reward for my proof of stake right ? |

Hello all, here I'm again  I'm staking and already got rewarded 4 times in 2 days (the 2 first days of my staking carrier) Since 3 days now, I let my computer open and I got no reward :/. I confirm that the wallet says "staking" on the bottom right corner. That my "wallet is encrypted and currently unlocked for staking only" and that I have "16 active connections to syndicate network" and that "up to date" is displayed too. I don't know what I'm missing here... Should I uninstall and re-install ? should i try in an other computer of mine ? (I'm using a VPN on the current staker computer, is this fine ?) I would bet on WABI as the cap was ridiculously low (1.4ETH per person) and the hype ridiculously high (people already try to buy it pre-released at *2) and they have already a solid project running since 2014 and their competitor have a market cap 10 time superior of their market cap when released. I don't see any case where this ICO will not minimum *5 really quickly.

I believe thay will. I think they will be used as payments instead of bitcoin. Bitcoin is a store of value. It's expansive to transfer. I don't say, of course, that bitcoin won't survive. Probably, it will always be the most valued coin.
Plus, altcoins(good altcoins) are unique, they have different purposes. For example, Monero is used to be untracable, Ethereum lets creat dapps on top of it, dash is user-friendly and so on. On the contrary, the ones that lack that unique features are doomed to fade away. Take useless bitcoin forks as an example.
I think that saying that BTC will always be the most valuable coin is the same as saying the yahoo would always stay at the top... but google happened. Im' talking here in terms of MC size. Because I admit that with only 21M coin, it will be hard to catch him up. |

yes of course altcoin will survive. You can see that many altcoins which is legit they are pumping and after few days all will be alright. so don’t worry about altcoins. legit coin will survive

As simple as I can explain it, a paper wallet, is - 1 address to receive funds - 1 private keyx to access this fund But you will definitely use some website to access your fund with your private key... So a paper wallet can stay paper as long as you don't want to spend the money on it |

I don't think that it makes sense to compare them...we use the regular currency daily, but we use the cryptocurrency for investing...these are their best qualities for me
We don't need them to compare because we need them both and it is the best to just grab them both and don't choose whether regular currency is better than cryptocurrencies or vice versa. Regular currency is a must because that is the type of money which we are using to do daily transactions while the cryptocurrency is the best for investment and that is a great thing for us to put our regular currency to let them grow faster. I think you see too short term in this reasonning. The more people will possess Crypto, the less it will be a good investment and the more it will be possible to use cryptos in everyday life. |

Some country are already making way for a less and less cash society, and they have a pretty good reason for it. So I don't see how the cash money can win this fight. The only things is anonymity... But some cryptos pretend to offer it, let see if ot happen to be true on the long run.

The history demonstrated that all the fiat currencies crashed at some point and they are unstable by nature - they are only backed by the government decision to declare it legal and maintain the illusion of value. So I think it might crash one day. But I don't see it happening before 20+ years

correct me if i am wrong but before you have a masternode for a coin you actually have to have a coin that worth to be mined. and no offence but i do not see any new feature for this coin to make a crypto asset out of it.
you Read the Whitepaper with the 3 Projects listed? I think if they move in that direction, that could be really interesting. Are you telling that the WhitePaper of DeepOnion exist ? If its the case could you provide a link please ? |
