101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Care of security and don't store your coins on exchanges! on: May 26, 2019, 12:06:52 PM
PEople will continue to store their coins on exchanges even after all these hacks.  Some people never learn or they still feel safer with exchanges holding their coins.  As long as you pick the top reputable exchanges like Coinbase you should be fine for the most part because they have insurance to back up their losses.
102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 26, 2019, 12:01:22 PM
I'm predicting the Warriors will win in five games.  Durant should be back after game 1 if all goes well even though I think they can still win the series without KD.

Looks like the tv ratings were way down for the ECF without Lebron James. Lips sealed Lips sealed
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hope I can still ride the bull. on: May 26, 2019, 11:55:19 AM
Not following the bitcoin news closely can be a major stress reliever.  I really don't understand the people that check the price every few minutes.  Doing that will drive you crazy, I'd rather just hold and not even follow all the gossip and rumors.
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest Crime in cryptocurrency on: May 25, 2019, 02:11:21 PM
Mt Gox is still a shocker to many. There have been past scams and there will still be Future scams. The major thing is to protect your funds from being hacked. Avoid leaving money on exchanges and don't be greedy. With this, you won't fall for scams.

This is being told ever since the 2014 Mt Gox robbery, but crypto users continue to hold money in exchanges. Dozens of exchanges have got hacked since then. I learnt my lesson after losing my money in a few incidents. But the new users are going to hold their BTC and altcoins in these exchanges, until something really catastrophic hits them.

For a lot of people they are still safer on exchanges than their personal wallets.  A lot of people aren't very intelligent when it comes to technology and they can easily have their keys exposed over the internet in a multitude of ways.  Just look at the recent electrum attacks that stole millions of dollars from wallet users.
105  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Starting crypto trading, the first stages to be successful on: May 25, 2019, 02:03:50 PM
Remember that most people won't make money in trading and in order for you to win you are taking money from someone else.  So if you have morals you may want to consider doing more something productive from society that participating in a zero sum game.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining altcoins? on: May 25, 2019, 01:58:26 PM
Amazon will easily detect anyone crypto mining with their services so I would just get that out of your head.  Even if you could fly under their radar you wouldn't be able to do it 24/7 and you would end up earning a few pennies each day.
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: List of Smaller Bitcoin Sites? on: May 25, 2019, 01:53:03 PM
There are a lot of scam websites out there so be careful.  For example ICO bench has been exposed for taking bribes to give projects good reviews and even verifying fake people as real.

I would stay away from crypto news from the mainstream media like CNBC because they are just trying to manipulate the facts and make money off their brainwashing.
108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is needed for a gambler to the success? on: May 25, 2019, 01:49:04 PM
Luck based gambling or the skill/experience based gambling? Depends on the kind of gambling really.

You basically could learn how to play poker and other skill based games while the luck based ones like dice requires multiple tries with hope for luck.
Well data shows that it is the skill based and the experience that makes you win at gamble. Luck based games have random outputs and the uncertainty in luck based games are way too more as compared to the skills based. I do not see someone stating that he or she will be luck not to die after jumping off this top of the building for a million dollars.

But there aren't many casino games that require skill.  It is mostly based on luck which is a good and bad thing.  There is no barrier to entry as every newbie has the same chance of striking it big.  Blackjack was one of the few games that could be beaten with skill but card counting is a thing in the past with all the modern technology we have.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Telecom giant AT&T to accept bitcoin for payment on: May 24, 2019, 12:40:28 PM
Companies mostly accept bitcoin through a third party vendor.  Very few actually accept it themselves, but we have to start somewhere.  I'm still happy to hear this news as AT&T is one of the biggest companies in the world.  Just another step on the road to mass adoption for crypto.
110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is needed for a gambler to the success? on: May 24, 2019, 12:21:31 PM
To have success you need to realize that money is not everything in life and you should be playing for enjoyment and not just financial gain.  Treat gambling as a fun side hobby that may pay out or you may lose.  Remember that life is all about balance so never over extend yourself on any thing.
111  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who thinks we will get a drink from a robot bartender in the near future? on: May 24, 2019, 12:16:25 PM
People may find the emotional connection of a human bartender to be a big plus and it may generate more sales.  But automation will take away a lot of current tasks that humans do.  The biggest sector that will be first are truck drivers, everything will be self driving in a few years.  This is why there is so much talk about universal basic income being implemented.
112  Economy / Economics / Re: Dont believe on sale on: May 24, 2019, 12:11:16 PM
Stores have gotten customer spending down to a science.  They even analyze what music to play in the store to make you spend more.  Every item placed in the store is meticulously planned out for maximum profit.  Most of the junk you buy from department stores is way overpriced anyways.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pension funds bringing money to Bitcoin. on: May 24, 2019, 12:02:08 PM
We can be certain it’s a huge step forward. Why not, after all. I would be really pleased. We just have to hope that nothing will happen to crypto, like really serious stuff – turning into scam or something.
I do not agree if pension funds are invested in bitcoin, because it is very risky. If the price of bitcoin continues to rise it may not be a problem, but if the price drops rapidly no one can save the pension funds.
So it's better to invest in safer products such as property, bonds or stocks for established companies. Because pensions are money for old days where you can enjoy the results of your struggle while you were working.

No one knows what bitcoin will be like in the future, it is still a very risky investment.  Older people don't have the time to absorb big losses as well so they are better served investing in bonds, gold, and real estate.  Younger people should be investing more in crypto because they can afford to take such risks.

115  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 23, 2019, 12:14:57 AM
I actually like the lower fees, but at the end of the day people are just going to shill whatever they hold and call everything else a scam.

Why can't we have multiple bitcoins, the main one as the store of value like gold and have the other versions for small daily transactions.

It's great that a city has many merchants that accept Bitcoin, the only thing missing in this, is barely anyone is spending their Bitcoins to buy things. Everybody just in hodl mode. If we want true adoption start spending and paying for things in BTC.

I’m going to be honest here - I’ve been invested in bitcoin (and constantly buying) since 2014.

I don’t think I’ve ever bought anything with bitcoin.

I mean I’ve gambled with bitcoin then sold some & rebought but I don’t think I’ve ever bought anything with bitcoin. I know I’ve never done it physically in a shop or something.

I've bought many things online but to be perfectly honest its just too much of a hassle to use in real stores in my area.  Its usually an area that claims to accept btc but the cashier doesn't know how it works and has to get help from the owner, and the worst is if they make you wait for a confirmation even though it is a 10 dollar transaction.  Would rather just use my card and be in and out.
118  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 19, 2019, 02:39:39 PM
You remind me a lot about the French author Houellebecq with his depressing view on life and his complete failure to connect with the other sex.

Stop trolling, Cryptobimbo.  Everyone knows women are not capable of surviving on their own under law of the jungle.  Their entire evolutionary strategy revolves around attempting to manipulate men to protect them and provide them with resources.  Everything about you from the way you think, the way you talk, the way you fake cry when you get caught doing something wrong to try and get out of it, is evolutionarily designed solely to try and trick, deceive, or exploit men, because without the man you just flat out die in most time periods of history.

Absolutely nothing pisses a woman off more than a man that knows exactly how their brain operates since it then becomes impossible for their manipulation and deception to work, then they have millions of years of evolutionary strategy down the drain.  Women are solipsistic creatures incapable of self introspection and would never admit it on their own, but when called out and described in detail, they say "oh shit, that is how women are designed.  Dammit, the goyim know.  I need to pretend it's not true".  So just like a woodpecker has no reason to exist without a tree to peck on, you have no reason to exist without constantly attempting to manipulate or exploit some random dumbass man.

This is why women, no matter if they're 10 or 90, are always obssessed with things like romance novels and movies.  You're a mindless biological robot who is attempting to channel their programming to seek out and manipulate or exploit men and just rebranding it into the all encompassing term "romance".  You whine about my post because it's the truth, and the truth is very inconvenient for you.

One of your big thinking flaws comes from the fact that you generalize group properties and attribute them to each individual of a group like its a certainty.

All you've done is identify an inherent weakness in your own thinking and a strength of mine.  Females only care about things like interpersonal relationships and they're completely incapable of macro-view of populations.  This is why you have all these braindead women in Europe welcoming in invaders.  Even if you scientifically proved to them that 80% of the invaders would gladly murder them with an axe, they would say, well, it's only fair we let them in anyway because the other 20% are perfectly wonderful people.

Stereotypes and generalizations exist for a reason.  It's an inherent survival strategy.  Maybe cats don't like water because over millions of years, something would eat them when they got near a lake.  Claiming generalizations are bad is completely idiotic.  Stereotypes would also not even be offensive if they weren't based on the truth.

Women as a whole are not good thinkers or philosophers or anything like that because everything about your judgement is clouded by out of control hormones, motherly instinct, and all the other things that generally make women as a whole bi-polar-esque, overly emotional, irrational, and unstable.  Find something else to compete in because you're not logical enough to compete with me in any type of thinking activity.

Although I’m a bitcoin bull and I am somewhat entertained by your posts centred towards PM’s. I whole heartedly agree with your outtake on women and it is pretty much spot on. Most who disagree have been feminised by a society who keeps pushing the agenda that men and women are equal.
Crypto queen offers nothing of value here except shots of her fake French manicures, fake boobs in front of food? This is a gross representation of women today, desperate for attention and will seek it anywhere they can get it.

I like you microgoosens, Your twitter links give temporary relief to those of us holding in down trends. This woman of yours is no saint, think how many men have been through her before you and how hard they’ve been through her. Women like that can’t love for life, as with each guy they sleep with a piece of them breaks off and they become bitter, insecure and untrustworthy.

Something to think about moving forward.

As for roach, I know you think btc is set to implode and one player is manipulating the market in his favour. If true, how long do you think this can continue on?
119  Other / Meta / Re: [UNBAN APPEAL] Acura3600 on: May 17, 2019, 07:38:20 PM
People who copy a few lines are banned but obvious scammers that steal bitcoin from others are not.  Awesome isn't it?

You can't throw a few dollars into bitcoin and become a millionaire like before.  the lottery gives desperate poor people a hope of becoming wealthy.  But the government lotteries are probably rigged anyways.
