What is the difference between them? you can aquire your share in future PTS honoring developers. At 8/21/14 two new DACs take there snapshot. So if you want to take your share you have to invest before in PTS, or you can wait after and by in the exchanges. I expect BTER and BTC38 will also really fast include the two new Bitshares Chains. BitShares should be up there. People disregarded them as empty promises, and now look, BitShares X is already released (by DACsunlimited), working excellently with 10sec blocktimes and 10tps transaction load, it has on-chain name registration and automated stealth addresses for complete anonymity. It even has encrypted messaging that you can include in every transaction. They are launching market-pegged assets like bitUSD (no centralized price feed) soon.  Booming Chinese community, the most active out of all the forums besides bitcointalk.org, soon to implement a major marketing strategy.. BitShares Toolkit is open source and allows anyone to launch their own DACs.. Compare the platforms.BitShares DNS and BitShares Vote soon to be launched..

It is difficult both to understand and to communicate effectively. The infographic is now updated. Does it make more sense now? Feedback appreciated. To confirm: You only need to hold BitShares PTS at the end of August 21th either1) in your wallet and retain control of private keys (you use these keys when the time comes to claim your stake) or 2) at BTC38/BTER as they have promised to claim your stake for you when the time comes BitShares PTS can be obtained by 1) mining it2) buying it on an exchange. |

I think the next fall of difficulty is coming in September. But it will last even lesser than the 4-5 window period last time. The price will decrease after that period a lot if the experiences of last time were anything to go by.
