Somehow, I think it can atleast reduce corruption. Corruption happens because the Gov't and the officials hold with their hands the money that was supposedly for the people under them, but they just kept those. I think it is indeed secured. Because if not, it wouldn't be able to go this far and attract more people to invest here. It seems more secure since you were able to manage your money and monitor it everytime you want just by using your mobile phones, and any other means.
