104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / ALL ABOUT ALTCOINS! on: January 12, 2018, 03:59:19 AM
WHAT IS ALTCOINS?

-it is important to understand that the word "altcoin"  is not a name of cryptocurrency. Rather this is simply a term for "Alternative  to Bitcoin"
the best examples of altcoins that exist in markets now a days are:
   Ripple(XRP)
   NEM(XEM)
   LITECOIN(LTC)
   ETHEREUM(ETH)

ALTCOINS: ALTERNATIVE TO BITCOIN

they are technically an altcoins, in general altcoins works very similar to
bitcoin, but there are minor differences between different coin because each
of them posses a unique features.

Bitcoin is the most popular and widespread cryptocurrenct, because of this
beginers and amateurs getting hard time to get bitcoin.

Most altcoins are not so expensive, not so popular and can offer to be mined
   by beginers with CPUs

there are thousands of altcoins in the market that vary in popularity and
   price and technical details

most altcoins use the hashing algorithm SHA-256(use by bitcoin), and the second
hashing algorithm is SCRYPT(use by litecoin) but there are other hashing
algorithm use by different altcoins such as(X11,X13,X15,NIST5 and 100% POS).

I think that the most popular altcoins since 2017 or earlier was LITCOIN(ltc)
a SCRYPT bbase cryptocurrency that has a high market value and is more stable
than bitcoin(my opinion) but others choose ETHEREUM(ETH).

Altcoins can be a great and fun and profitable to invest with. It's like
trading penny stocks, with a very small amount of money you can earn twice or
   more than of it.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?
comment down below your suggestion about altcoins and comment down your
best altcoins of 2017 and what altcoins will be rise up this 2017!!

108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / The reason why bitcoin transaction price was so high on: January 09, 2018, 10:35:06 AM
The cost of bitcoin payments is skyrocketing because the network is totally overloaded

source:http://www.businessinsider.com/bitcoin-payment-mining-fees-hit-new-high-2017-12

In the link above there were some reasons why most bitcoin transaction fee was getting higher and higher and higher

How to lessen your headache because of transact fee:
(this is only the best thing I know feel free to suggest)

Use other crypto so called altcoins instead of just using one crypto that is bitcoin you can try to use ETH,XRP or LTC
because as of today the users of this crypto are not the same as BTC.

PS: if you have any suggestion to avoid or lessen high btc transact fee in your transaction  please just comment it down
that would be a great help to everyone thanks
more power

111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin and Altcoins Information on: January 09, 2018, 04:14:42 AM
WHAT IS BITCOIN?
Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, a digital asset designed to work as a medium of exchange that uses cryptography to control its creation and management, rather than relying on central authorities.[1] The presumed pseudonymous Satoshi Nakamoto integrated many existing ideas from the cypherpunk community when creating bitcoin. Over the course of bitcoin's history, it has undergone rapid growth to become a significant currency both on and offline - from the mid 2010's onward, some businesses on a global scale began accepting bitcoins in addition to standard currencies

WHAT IS ALTCOINS

An altcoin is any digital cryptocurrency similar to Bitcoin. The term is said to stand for “alternative to Bitcoin” and is used describe any cryptocurrency that is not a Bitcoin. ... Most popular altcoins use the same fundamental building blocks as Bitcoin

USE:

Mainly some users and traders use altcoins to trade and grow their bitcoins to have a good profit this is because some traders don't have the capacity to buy 1 BTC that is now worth more than $16,000 so they use altcoins to trade with bitcoins and vice versa

if you have any idea about the relation of bitcoins and altcoins and their uses please don't hesitate to comment down thanks in advance more power bitcoin.

113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Mining vs Buying on: January 08, 2018, 10:46:01 PM
ok I just thought that and put in some perspective

in bitcoin mining you need to have a big amount of money to start.Ff you are trying to make your own mining rig
a mining rig. because a mining rig deals great amount of electricity and gives you higher electric bill.
mining is profitable but needs a time to get your investment back

In bitcoin buying and selling this is suggested if you don't have a big amount of money to invest
you can try to start earning bitcoins through other crypto currency via trading but trading crypto needs skills
to give you a great return of investment.

lasty bitcoin mining and trading are both profitable but needs patience and time to get a return.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are The Banks Scared of Bitcoin? on: January 08, 2018, 10:29:01 PM
i think that bitcoin will not be a great threat for banks but rather it will be their biggest competitor it's all about competency I think because there were features that a bank offers that bitcoin doesn't have and there were features that bitcoin has that banks don't.
Competency in the market I think is the real thing about this.I think there were banks that accepting crypto?
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what are the benefits of bitcoin? on: January 08, 2018, 10:23:36 PM
I think that the biggest benefits of bitcoin in our daily life was i make transaction online faster and easy instead of making cash payments we are now doing the electronic payment over the internet and how does it affects my daily life and life of others? Simply it makes my online transactions from buying items and others stuff online easy because there were lot of online stores that accept bitcoin as mode of payment.
