I don't believe in ICO rating sites, i think most of  scores are bought by projects and you should not decide what to buy based on scores.
I am using this sites to discover new ICO-s and make my own research.

I participated in one of the signature campaign for one week only and received 3600 tokens worth 864$ by the time when i received them. I am holding half of this tokens till now. Price dropped but i believe it will grow soon.
If you find good projects you can earn really good amounts from bounties and airdrops.

I think price of tokens is formed  taking into account following: total supply, max supply, how many coins will be in circulation, how many coins will be held by team.
I came to this opinion myself, so it is possible that i am wrong.

When there is big dip and your lost huge amount of money its hard not to panic, but you must keep in mind that sell cheaper than you have bought has no sense and wait next pump.
BTC price is quite stable now and i believe that it will grow soon.

Doge coin doesn't have any future perspective to grow. There is too many doge in circulation.
However it is good to transfer money quickly between exchanges with very low transaction fee.
 

Both sites are good and secure, however it is not good idea to leave your coins on exchange for long term.
If your going to hold your iota for longtime better to store them on wallet were you control private keys.

It is wise to relax and wait patiently before market begins increase, than if you got fiat buy good promising coins.

Its very hard to look at situation on the market and not panic, but another hand it is too late to sell and only right decision now is to take vacation from crypro before situation changes on the market.

Its unpredictable, but it is possible that so many bad news are specially spread to lower price. If this is true, than soon whales will buy with good discount and there will be big pump.

I have participated in signature campaign and i am in spreadsheet with stake, thanks.
