101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency education in high school on: March 01, 2018, 09:28:35 AM
This is a good starting point for young generations to learn about how cryptocurrencies works and at young age they will already get involved in investments but hoping this will not affect their studies as I've witnessed some of my friends who's still in college is unfocused on their studies. I'm hoping this crypto education will also include how will they manage and control their time spending in crypto and how to being discipline and responsible young individuals.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you start from zero cash and make a living with the opportunities in crypto? on: March 01, 2018, 03:26:31 AM
Yes there's plenty of opportunity in cryptocurrency without a capital needed. You can start with empty handed just important to have a mobile and internet access this is based from my own experience. I started joining airdrops, bounty programs like social media and signature campaigns from there you can earn any amount that you can start with and then go for trading if you have enough money. I am sure most of us here in the forum started from nothing I even have a friend who still need to borrow phone from just to do his task in bounties so don't lose hope.
103  Economy / Economics / Re: Is your bitcoin earnings enough for you to start a business? on: February 27, 2018, 05:38:50 AM
Actually its a yes but it all depends if what kind of business you're planning to start with ofcourse it needs a lot of capital if it is a big business but you can start with little amount of money for small time business. Honestly, I recently opened an online ticketing business here in my place and I got my capital from my earnings here in the forum. Nothing is impossible if you  really work hard for your goals and ofcourse patience is the most fundamental key to success.
104  Economy / Economics / Re: The lack of financial education on: February 26, 2018, 01:08:15 PM
Well I guess different kind of people has their own different interest some doesn't want to learn economics and finance they're more interested in other field but not knowing it is more important to let them educate themselves for their future lives. Considering the technologies nowadays specially with the presence of internet I am sure they will found out about it, they'll get involved and eager to learn as soon as they'll know about crytocurrencies and will be more interested in economics because of bitcoin.
105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Without Bitcoin, Life Will Be Boring! on: February 26, 2018, 02:58:28 AM
Well we all know that nothing is permanent in this world even the wealth we have right now can possibly vanished one day so same goes to bitcoin. Just in case this things happen right now well I know it is unbearable when mostly we depend our livelihood in bitcoin and it is already part of our lives but we got nothing left to do even our life would sucks without it and even what things we used to do is not anymore around well life must go on.
106  Other / Meta / Re: Local Board (Filipino) on: February 25, 2018, 10:23:52 PM
What's up with this whining? I assume OP is having a hard time completing his required post count for his signature campaign Roll Eyes

If the mods feel/deem your post as off topic then they will delete it regardless if you think/know it's not.

I don't know why you are making a big deal out of this. This thread is nonsense, IMHO.

It seems like the OP already knew it, its obvious as when you read his statements. It could never be nonesense easy to talk like that remember please bring your respect everytime don't be a philosopher like others.
I don't know why people so arrogant and sometimes they want you to be their dog and they want you to kiss their ass.

I agree with the OP in some point and I also expirienced that in our local board but its not a big deal for me .. Maybe the topic he replied is repeated or a dead topic that was just bumped for a years have passed. It's in us we should double check the date or our idea is already given for the topic.

I admit that our Local board was plenty of repeated topics, shitposts since I joined this forum 4 months ago, but its improving now because of the help of our new mod ( rickbig41).

Yeah I agree with you. I myself experienced a deleted post in our local board since sir rickbig41 appointed as a moderator. He is indeed a great help and partner to sir dabs, we all know that they're just doing their part for the goodness of our local board and avoid off-topic comments let's just prove them to make a constructive post which is worthy not to be deleted again.
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin affects students' performance in school on: February 25, 2018, 02:50:37 PM
I agree with you it really affects their performance and even skipped classes due to laziness to wake up early. I myself have a friend that is very hooked into crypto even he has an upcoming exam he is unfocused to study because all of his thoughts are into crypto and his investments. I always advice him to focus on his studies and set aside crypto first though it will greatly him help financially in the future but education is more important before anything else but ofcourse it all depends to students if how he is responsible and discipline to manage his time.
108  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you thinking about the future? on: February 25, 2018, 12:26:24 PM
Yes ofcourse, I always think about my future what will it be like if I don't save now and including my future children but since I am still single I can only possibly do this if I earn a lot or enough to buy bitcoin for my future offsprings. Atleast even I am still young and don't have kids yet I'm gonna allocate a budget for them as investment not just in crypto but also in the real world savings account.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Girls in the world of crypto currency on: February 24, 2018, 11:23:11 PM
Mostly girls are not interested into computer related stuff but when in terms about something that they can earn from I am sure they give their very best to do their jobs right. I myself invested in many alts and also building my own mining rigs but I never tried trading I just asked my brother to do it for me when I decided to sell some of my tokens that I received from airdrops, bounty and investments. I am on the process of learning to trade because this is the next thing that I wanted to do as a a girl.
110  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: February 24, 2018, 03:53:33 PM
Absolutely right, as of this time it reduces the unemployment rate specially here in my country even you are a degree holder still you won't get a decent job and good salary if you don't work hard for it. Maybe that's why lots of people I know are much interested and spend most of their time and involved in this forum to help and support and also other projects in return of tokens that in due time they will sell it to support their financial needs. Honestly it's better to work here in the forum than in a real job where in here you can manage your own time you just need a good service of internet, effort and ofcourse time.
111  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the biggest changes in your life caused by Bitcoin? on: February 24, 2018, 12:39:43 PM
I started from very very small amount of money to invest in bitcoin and it isn't enough to sustain my family and personal needs but when I started to join this forum it really brought a lot of fortune to me. I started joining bounty campaigns last year and also was hired for being an admin/moderator in a certain project in telegram and they're paying me in token I hold it for few months until it changed my way of life when the price skyrocket and I consider it as the most remakarble moment in my life ever with my hardwork and patience it really paid off well.
112  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: February 24, 2018, 02:37:33 AM
I guess It has no effect in my country since it is not yet regulated here but the central banks are planning to regulate it here soon and for the time being they are only accepting it to exchange from bitcoin to fiat or vice versa in an approved and legal exchange. In terms of people who knows about crypto and involved since then it has a major impact to their lives as well as to people surrounds them and hoping in the future it can greatly help all of the people in our country.
113  Other / Meta / Re: Merit Requirements too difficult to JR. Members on: February 23, 2018, 11:40:50 PM
Its not that easy to received a merits from anyone but prove them that you can get it by posting a quality and constructive post that can benefit to everyone. This is sort of a real job in real world because we won't be able to be promoted if we don't work hard for it so as our positions gets high the salary will increase too same like the merit system here in forum.
114  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin help out of school youth... on: February 23, 2018, 02:19:14 PM
Yes ofcourse but it is more important to finish their studies first they should not simply disregard it just for bitcoin hence they can do both studies and bitcoin simultaneously. But parents would have a difficulty to deal with them specially when young generations are hooked up into crypto at young age if all parents can just teach their children how to use it wisely then their earnings will be a great help for their future needs in schools.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung is going to support bitcoin on: February 22, 2018, 01:24:11 PM
I'm sure this will be going to become succesful and will gain alot of praises from different parts of the world and ofcourse competitions will be going to be tough because lots of other giants companies will follow the footsteps of samsung and will produce products which is more advance that can probably overtake samsung. This is a great news for bitcoin to be well known and promoted all around the world.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with the rewards you received? on: February 22, 2018, 09:06:58 AM
I usually hold it for few months or more because I myself believed in a certain project I've joined that the price would go better than what is anticipated and ofcourse as a continues help and support to the team even my job is over is not to dump directly the rewards that I've received. I am a patient woman and don't want to regret it later.
117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mining , Is it worth it? on: February 21, 2018, 03:17:45 PM
Hi! We both from the same place and as I can see there's a difficulty now in buying mining equipment especially videocards because I heard it from my friend that the supplier is limiting people that every households should only have a maximum of two videocards or maybe this is only applicable where I am living. I myself mining a btc right now with just 1 videocard and I pay less in our electricity so my advice is when you don't pay for electricity or the equipment you bought was cheap then you'll get back your capital in a short period of time.
118  Economy / Economics / Re: until when will the bounty program remain? on: February 21, 2018, 04:15:14 AM
I guess for now it will be endless because as we can see every now and then with the aid of social medias cryptocurrencies is being well known to the whole world even the market sometimes is not good but still there's nothing to stop them like every month there's a new project and ICO are being established so as long crypto is alive bounty programs will still be kicking.
