They chose ICO to raise funds. And it seems to be working out for the project. They don’t need to start up a new offering. Anyone who believes in BCNEX project t and ready to pay their utility tokens can do that in the ICO token sales or on the exchange when it is listed. ICO indeed is really working out for bcnex despite the fact that most projects are switching to IEO for their tokensale. I'm of the opinion that what really matters is the concept and content of the project, not its method of raising funds. BCNEX project is remarkably innovative, that explains why the ICO sold out. No one knows really what will actually happen, all previous rallies of bitcoin were only due to hype and now much and much more organizations are acknowledging it and backing it up. I would say this is the right path of growing, it's the organic way.
