What happened::
Funding of the biggest financial pyramid, bribes to members of the Chinese government and loan slavery for war veterans. The bank that launched the “Ripple’s killer” is a hell of Satan.

Binance CEO is trusted person in crypto.....

Says who? He controls a large centralized exchange - that's reason enough NOT to trust him.

Trusted centralized exchanges don't exist & never will, because they are centralized.

Well, it's better to say "recognized"
104  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 🔴[ICO SCAM] Swiss Alps Mining!! on: March 06, 2019, 12:00:56 PM
Dear all,

Let me introduce myself first, my name is Ludovic Thomas, CEO of Alpine Mining, a swiss crypto currency mining company operating in Switzerland and Sweden. (Alpinemining.ch)

I would like to bring to people's attention that "Alpine Mining AG" has nothing to do with the company called "Swiss alps mining AG " even though we unfortunately have similarities in our names. I am writing this as I was contacted at two occasions via LinkedIn by random people asking if we were connected to these people, which is obviously not the case.

I was myself very skeptical when the whole "Swiss alps mining" project was announced for the following reasons:

1) Fishy team with a bad reputation. (It has been widely talked about in this thread already)
2) The company advertised very low electricity prices, as a swiss miner, I had myself had meetings with all electricity producers/providers in Switzerland at least a year before they announced their project.
3) Mining is a small world in Switzerland, these people were completely unknown by the local community.

I am currently not in a position to say if they are a scam as I have not followed the project neither invested for obvious reasons. However, If we people were scammed, I would strongly advise people to press charges against them. It's very likely these people would get charged and sentenced if they committed any illegal offense.

After getting various messages as said above, It's important for me to tell the community that we were never connected and never interacted with these people.

Best regards
Ludovic

Thanks for your message! I hope people will remember that you are not connected with Swiss Alps Mining Smiley
Good luck with Alphine Mining. Don't be scam or we will smash you Wink Grin
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the best altcoin exchange? on: March 04, 2019, 02:19:23 PM
I have tried several exchanges that I think are use friendly, including:
1. Kucoin ➡ with quite small Withdrawal fees, many giveaway and many new coins can be exchanged,  Registration without KYC
2. Hitbtc ➡ fast withdrawal, use friendly, and delivery, many types of coins that you can trade.
3. Binance ➡ easy withdrawal of balances , very fast response,, and many airdrop coins slide there.
4. Mercatox ➡it is exchange that I use most often among others

In this my favourite exchanges are Binance and Kucoin, recently we hear many problems with HitBtc exchanges. We should always go with the prominent exchanges which has great ability for securing our coins is the most important. So always try to look at the potential exchanges and higher volume generating exchanges.

Read more about KuCoin and HitBTC. They are not as good as you think

108  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: "Bitcoin generator" you can find it scam even by its name! on: March 04, 2019, 01:43:21 PM
I've seen something similar. If I'm not mistaken, it was Ethereum airdrop. So scammers guaranteed you'd receive 1 ETH but you had to send them 0.01 ETH. Almost the same scheme, avoid such offers!
109  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fetch AI. Gone in 60 seconds on: March 04, 2019, 12:41:55 PM
Something I've noticed a long time: Many ICOs only have ideas to convince investors, but in real life these ICO creators do not know where to implement the project. how many ICOs have managed to raise enough funds and have managed to do their project in real life? I believe that if we count the number would be very little. Most ICOs are projects to solve internet problems and are copy/paste of other projects already existing

2093 altcoins and 90% of these altcoins are shitcoins

So 209 altcoins are not shitcoins. All we need is to determine them Roll Eyes

We were very surprised when we saw that a startup’s uninformative video for 6 million in 22 seconds had so few views and reactions. But not all of us are Youtube fiends, right?

Actually, they don't care What is Fetch.ai? How will it profit? They only focus on "Binance IEO". It's an easy way to multiple account with in a few day. And in the fact, its token price is x2 x3 to x5 at the first minute open trading. So, it's no weird when 6 million USD in 22 seconds but only 1k+ views.  Cheesy

Binance CEO is trusted person in crypto, so founders use his name to raise money. Investors think that project is supported by Binance, so it is reliable and invest even without any knowledge about the project  Smiley

We check a startup that collected 6 million bucks in 22 seconds on Shitcoin Bingo

On Monday, Fetch AI startup hold a sale on the Binance Launchpad platform and collected a hard cap of 6 million bucks in 22 seconds. The hype was as if Kanye had dropped new Yeezys with the Apple Watch sewn into the tongue.

We are not hypocritical and sincerely pleased with this event. It perfectly demonstrates that either the jumps of the cryptocurrency didn’t kill human excitement nor the scammers’ tricks. Cryptocats still have BTC and ETH, and they don’t mind investing in interesting startups. Wow!

Fetch AI is a futuristic idea in the style of Asimov and Heinlein. Artificial intelligence with Blockchain and other lit features will turn the Internet into a place where the seller and the buyer will easily and quickly find each other without any middlemen. The future of the economy is finding a haven in the powerful hands of the collective mind!

We were very surprised when we saw that a startup’s uninformative video for 6 million in 22 seconds had so few views and reactions. But not all of us are Youtube fiends, right?

Binance has a Launchpad, Shitcoinoffering has Bullshit Bingo. We had to show you how to use it a long time ago. And now the time has come. We read Fetch AI’s whitepaper and found a few matches with the classic scam ICO.

Turned out 12 out of 25 in total.

Let’s add here the financial performance of the past project of the startup’s founders. And a non-working website of the before last one. That doesn’t seem that cool now.

And to say, this wasn’t the first sale. Here are the numbers Binance gives about past Fetch AI sales.

Although the team still hasn’t done anything except the website and whitepeaper. Yes, they have a whole staff of theoretical professors. But the fate of the project will be decided in the next six months. If during this period, investors won’t receive nothing except statements about the lack of money and press releases about the furious future and flying Lambos, Fetch AI won’t be interesting to no one. Just like Mars One. The idea is so fucking futuristic, like, straight from the cover of your favorite book: charmed everyone and pulled the wool over the eyes. And then: oops, sorry, guys, we couldn’t.

We sincerely hope that the story of 22 seconds on the Binance Launchpad will develop into a solid working project that will change the future. That everyone will see how investment in startups pays off. That Blockchain, like Adidas, says: Impossible is nothing.

But so far we only have hype, shitcoin bingo, and sketchy startup founders. That’s how we live.

120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ICO's are dead. Here is all you need to know about security token offerings (STO on: February 28, 2019, 01:26:15 PM
Quote
The fraudsters are already into new hype – STO. Learn how to check these startups for inconsistencies with legal norms.

STO (Security token offering) right now is called the only right solution for startups on the Blockchain. After all, ICO (Initial coin offering) already pissed everyone off with their idle mess and super high probability of scam.

In a nutshell, why STO wins over ICO in investors’ money safety. STO is tokenized securities. And buying them, you become the company shareholder. This is not an ICO, where the shitcoins could only generate income due to speculation on the stock exchanges. In all other cases, these were chewing gum wrappers with doodled Lambos. You eat gum and left a  wrapper. But it will never be real Lambo.

With proper investment in STO, the chances for Lambo are bigger. And in the case of the fraud from startups’ founders, pretty authoritative offices will mediate for you like SEC (US Securities and Exchange Commission).

But there are a few “but”:

– You can’t invest in STO if your annual income is less than 200 thousand bucks

– You don’t have $ 1 million bucks worth of real estate.

– Your organization doesn’t own assets for 5 million bucks

That is why, dear schoolers, giveaway-guys, and unemployed cryptoshitters, in  STO there’s no chance for you.
