After talking to a friend IRL about the two party escrow thing I realized there is nothing to stop the buyer from not releasing the money after the items arrive.
EX: I get items from seller, I'm already out my 100 bitcoins, and he's out 10 more, LOL! I'm going to change my name and no one will never know that I'm a dick!
I think both sides would need a ~10% additional escrow to prevent all malicious fraud. I think this is important especially for buyers as they will have far less reputation to verify and depend on compared to centralized merchants.
The reason I (and others) linked to past discussions is so that less time is spent reinventing the wheel. Take a look at this for example. Some more discussion occurred here. It appears you overly complicated the idea and no one in that thread had a clue what you were talking about. This is ridiculous. Of the 3 people who posted after me in that thread: remmy (the op) understood what I said, up to some technical details. iamzill probably didn't understand. His loss, my suggestion solves his suggested failure mode and I explicitly addressed it. BitOffer presumably understood what I suggested, as he referenced it. My "overly complicating the idea" was written in a way that makes it precise who gets what in which conditions. It was designed to solve the problems raised earlier in that thread - some of which you will probably only realize after some more chats with your IRL friend. Might wanna relook who the OP is.

This has already been discussed and potential implementations already exists. It just requires multi-sig transactions. Practical application requires changes to the protocol hence the discussion on OP_EVAL & P2SH.
This.

Went to the address per your signature, ninjacoin.com . No current miners, so have you ended the mining pool, and have you begun another? You can still mine there, it's all automated, and it's PPS, so you don't have to wait for a block.

It's been far too long to get any useful information out of the blockchain.

Really? OP reports having tried two different PCs and browsers. might be a proxy cache or something?

Is it a flat 3% fee or is there another fee to withdraw funds?
99% sure its a flat fee.

Please don't take this wrong way, but I checked out your forum and it's entirely made up of bot spam. It does not make me want to mine with you if you can't even properly setup a phpbb forum to prevent spam. I own and admin a PHPBB forum and it's easy to prevent bots with 3.0+. Shoot me a PM if you would like info how.
I have no doubt about that, we've pretty much left ninjacoin on cruise control and it's kinda dead now...

Buyers also take note, only Yubikeys issued by MtGox will work there - these won't. However, these are still full of win - I have a whole keychain of them =D My favorite use for them is with LastPass. Works great.
err... im pretty sure that's not right.

mmm yeah, I had a look around though and said steam doesn't like it when you activate over vpn and if they're cranky they might delete your account. :|
Battlefield 3 uses Origin. No problems with foreign games. Right, but what about everything else? Mw3 etc. I haven't seen anyone have an account deleted or banned for using RU keys. I have sold over 1000 RU keys since I opened the site and no one has told me they have been banned. Aight thanks, im gunna buy bf3 soon then possibly mw3.
