Hi Guys

We would like to say that. Yes....we did tape-out of the ASIC some time ago. The exact details of the ASIC schedule, volumes, vendor etc. is kept internal since it's very sensitive information towards competitors. The product development tasks are on-track."

We are still on schedule to begin shipping in September.

Thanks

Current price in Norway is $0.064 and Iceland is even lower: $0.0187 Grin

Ehh.. There only $0.031/kwh in Ukraine, but very possible problems with customs. Embarrassed

hi, i pay in germany 0,29 €/kwh thats 0,385 $/kwh and this is one of the cheaper contracts in this region.

WTF! I'm getting sick and tired of this country more and more every day. How can it be that ukranian power can be generated/sold more than 10 times cheaper than german? Icelandic nearly 30 times cheaper???

We have the highest taxes, highest public expenditure quota, highest fuel prices, highest working life years, highest energy costs and get in return such wonderful things as worst life quality, the worlds most complicated taxation system, the most boring society and cities on the world, the least amount of leisure time, the highest retirement age and the lowest net earnings.

I can't wait to emigrate, germany must be the asshole of the world.  Sad

Well you did Get David Hasselhoff to Number 1.

That's karma.

Very Interesting post.

So how do miners sit in regards to Tax.

Lets say I mine 50 BTC a Month and Sell them 50 BTC for £50.00 Pounds each, total = £2500 pounds.

Do I pay Income Tax at my Current rate, PAYE + BTC's Sold  or Do I pay CGT at 18%.

We are still finishing the placements for the pre-orders so we are not able to give you an exact date yet.

Interesting news.

I think reading between the Lines, the first two Products and the number of pre-orders still on track for a September shipping. So all new pre-orders and the new Mercury Asic go to the back of the queue which is now at October.

Keep the KnC faith.  ;-)

Thanks for the replies. Coindesk looks a good news site.

I also have a couple of ASIC on pre-orders , 7Gh from BFL and 400Gh KnC. So looking forward to mining with a bigger shovel.

Hello,

I am new to this Forum and the World of Crypto Coins.

Looking for any info from UK Miners and any pitfalls they have come across.

How easy has it been to exchange Mined Coins for UK Pounds.

Any recommendations on where Coins can be spent.

Thanks
