Probably because a European Commission vice-president has called on EU nations to commit to blockchain technology. I think this is good news for Cryptocurrency so that it impacts the increase of Bitcoin and other Altcoin prices.

Both are the best choices to invest, buying Ethereum and Bitcoin today is a great opportunity when prices are falling and will be very profitable for long-term invest.
