101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Operation Chokepoint 2.0 (Biden's administration quitet ban on crypto) on: February 14, 2023, 10:39:38 PM
Banks will be more in favor to this because they will benefit on this, luckily crypto businesses are not centered in America, meaning if they will push this through many investors will be forced to do business outside US which can be more open to other countries as a good development.

Hard to know if the current administration is secretly doing this, and with the current movement of SEC, we might see the pattern on this. Well, Bitcoin is being attacked since then so this is not new anymore. Fortunately Bitcoin is made by this, and still able to rise despite of all the pressure on every country.
102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If You Could Start Over, How Would you Learn Day Trading on: February 14, 2023, 09:52:42 PM
Find someone who are a good trader that can mentor me, and of course help me to create my own trading strategy that can work better this time. There’s a lot of bad trades yes, but remember that you can always start again, and start trying a new strategy until you find the good combinations of indicators.

In trading, we learn more by losing the money and that is normal so don’t be discourage if you have losses, just keep going and keep improving your trading skill, you can be better by not giving up with your trades.
103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there an effective way to stop a gambling-addicted person? on: February 14, 2023, 09:28:39 PM
You could always make an attempts in stopping one from addiction but all efforts may not yield to fruitfulness because we finds it difficult to change ourselves not to talk of changing others, he has to determine this by himself and take a move towards that, everything is all about determination, no matter how you try hard in changing the person, if he's not ready to make a change then everything will finally ended on wasted efforts.
This is why its better to seek professional help because they can convinced you that you have to changed your lifestyle and stay away from that addiction or else your life will be worthless. I feel sorry for your brother to experience that addiction OP, as long he’s with his family and with proper guidance, he can still recover slowly.

He just need to help himself and have the desire to stay away from that gambling addiction and be responsible for everything. This may take time to recover from this, but I wish your brother a more meaningful life without gambling addiction.
104  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: LUNC - Prediction on: February 13, 2023, 11:19:21 PM
Now My question is, meron pa bang pagasa si LUNC to reach $1 or malaking hype lang ito?
Sino dito ang naghohold paren ng LUNC and ano ang prediction mo dito?
Considering its current supply, malabo mahit ang $1 pero if may magagandang updates at mas lalong napabilis ang burning system nila siguro in the next five years ay possible ito.

I don't hold LUNC simula last year pero right now I'm considering to buy as well. Siguro kahit $100 lang ay kaya ko na itong ihold for the next 5 years. Risky yes, pero who knows? Baka talaga bumalik ang LUNC sa dati nitong presyo at pagnagkataon eh maging milyonaryo ren tayo. As long as ready ka sa risk, and hinde naman malaki yung pera na ilalagay mo, then why not try?
105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling safer than before ? on: February 13, 2023, 11:00:03 PM
Its safe if you gamble anonymously, and this is the reason why crypto gambling is on a good trend.

Having a bad incidents report is not new to gambling, especially on a traditional gambling casinos, there's a lot of group who are working dirty just to get what they want and probably your friend is a victim of that since its an illegal small casinos probably run by a gang.

Online gambling might not be safe for your money but at least you are safe from getting into a trouble. You can just choose the best site and being scammed can be prevented by just using all the security option available on the site you are playing. So far, I don't have any experience of hacking or scamming in the site I'm playing with.
106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoiners with Alzheimer's. How do you work it out? on: February 13, 2023, 10:31:03 PM
Writing it down and having someone you can trust is a big help.
I don’t know the feeling of having this but it will be a big problem if you forgot your keys and everything about Bitcoin without having any back-up.

So if you’re still in a good condition, make sure everything is recorded and put it on a good place where you always visit. Hope that you can be with someone that you can trust and not just after your money, you need a lot of attention, focus on your health and just keep going.
107  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crashscores.com 💥 Realtime Crash Game Statistics on: February 13, 2023, 09:45:22 PM
For the crash game lover, this can be a good site for you to know where to play next.

If there’s another update, hope to see another site with their crash game and I’m sure they have different luck level. Hope to see another feature as well though having your own affiliate link with the site I think is fine since its your only way to make profit here aside from the advertisements posted on your site. Congrats with this work OP, waiting for your next update.
108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Altcoin hold, sell or trade?? on: February 12, 2023, 11:03:22 PM
Now

*Hold
*Sell
*Trade
Looking forward to the opinion of the experienced.
You can do all of this, because in cryptomarket there's a lot of opportunity all you have to do is to analyze and have a plan.
I do hold and trade Bitcoin for a specific reason, either to take profit or to catch-up with the market.

Also, you can do sell and trade with the altcoins don't just limit yourself with Bitcoin, its ideal to hold Bitcoin but you can always trade with the altcoins. DCA is also a good strategy if you want to hold more Bitcoin, sure the price will be more cheaper in a bear market but once its over you can expect and expensive Bitcoin which makes your holdings more worth it.
109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: February 12, 2023, 10:43:02 PM
Sorry game especially to those who spend time with their family and friends and watch the game live, very disappointing performance but that's life it's not always a good night for every team, I don't want that perception about "hulugan ng laro" much better to think that it is another game for Gin king and Magnolia really play well with their new import.

Correction Kabayan, 2nd win of Magnolia with their new import they are now moving forward and with that kind of performances the team really get the help that they needed for this season.
Ginebra should be ashamed for playing like this, I agree that its pretty obvious and they should not let their connections be affected with the game. We all know they are a sister company but still, they are in the competition and they should not let this to happen. Hoping for a more competitive PBA and not just about the money and connections. Well, we have to move on because this is already beyond our control, PBA is being corrupted and that is the issue since then.
Quite disappointed as well with the game. I was expecting a Manila Clasico, but it was a one-sided game. I stopped watching by the third quarter when the lead was about 20+. I do not think missing Aguilar in the game would be a big effect on Ginebra with Stand performing very well. But Magnolia's defense was great as usual, and the locals are contributing very well. With a new import, they showed Ginebra that they can win. I do not think it was a freebie for Magnolia but if it was, it is a bad timing since it is Sunday and fans are expecting to see a great game.
The Manila Clasico will only happen if they are both on top, but if one team is in endanger in terms of standing most probably this will be the result. Too bad for Ginebra fans to witness such game, they are not like that and even if there's no Japeth we all know Ginebra can still have a win.

Maybe the new import of Magnolia contributed a lot from this game, but watching the whole game can tell a different story. Fans are expecting a close match here but Ginebra failed to do so, maybe they are off tonight. Luckily I didn't place a bet for Ginebra even if I attempted to, now I know what to do next time.

111  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cbet.gg SCAM 3600USDT on: February 11, 2023, 01:09:29 PM
There's a lot of bad reviews with that site, too bad you didn't check their reputation before trying their platform.
Probably they allow you to withdraw at first so you can trust them, I don't know but if the site is legit they should tell the reason on banning you.

Other players might also experiencing the same problem but not here in the forum, I didn't see any announcement thread with regards to this site. You got scammed, and it will be hard to get it back if their business is to scam the gamblers, this is a lesson learned do your review first before trusting the site and also don't store too much money on any site, its not safe at all.
112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do casino and sports betting platform owners gamble as much as other people? on: February 10, 2023, 11:35:48 PM
Probably yes since they are a gambler in the first place, but I’m not sure if they are still spending huge money in gambling since they already have a good business and If I were them, I will just focus on running that casinos because it requires a lot of attentions. Though many business man are still gambling they are just not disclosing it since it can affect on their reputation.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My ideals on how to promote Bitcoin in my locality on: February 10, 2023, 10:55:18 PM
Religions should not be connected to any currency, their practice is not to teach about currency but its more on their religious belief and in my country, they will not go down into this level especially we are a catholic country where we focus in God’s word. Their influence to other people should not be take advantage by any currency, this is not a good way to spread awareness about Bitcoin.

The best way to promote is to spread knowledge about it without forcing anyone to adopt or participate, you can conduct a seminar or live streaming but again, don’t force anyone and just share your thoughts about Bitcoin.
114  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: February 10, 2023, 10:24:34 PM
Yes, I was a little confused before, so now I only follow the official Roobet Twitter because I want to know about the many promotions from Roobet directly without going through the fake Twitter, lol
after all, I've never won a giveaway from a fake Twitter, maybe only their people won it  Grin Grin
I know if we don't look at them carefully we might mistakenly follow these fake accounts and there are many such account ready to scam you with phishing links which are really harmful and can drain your wallets also so check for them always.Good you have timely come across the legit one.
You can also get promotions on your email, so always checked it.
There’s a lot of fake accounts and scammer in social media platform, if you want to be more safe then go visit the site instead and look for promotions there. Roobet is very active with their promotions, you should continue to participate and maybe you got luck this time. Again, double check everything and know if its legit or not before you participate.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will lead the world currency market?? on: February 10, 2023, 09:52:00 PM
If its already legal and being accepted in every country then its possible though we have to consider its supply as well, this can be very inconvenient and very expensive to some if the supply is limited for the world market. Bitcoin should not aim for this, instead it should remain a crypto currency that gives access to everyone which the fiat money can’t give. I still see USD will be the leader when it comes to currency, they are too strong for that reason.
116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Features in Crypto Casinos for the Elderly on: February 09, 2023, 11:26:54 PM
What other features would you like to see in crypto casinos for senior citizens?

Is there really need for additional features of a casino just to engage with senior citizens?  I believe the current cryptocasino is already a good package for everyone.  The deposit and withdrawal process is pretty much the standard, unless you are thinking of privileges like perks, rewards etc., may sounds good.  Other than the bonuses, VIP treatment, perks, I do not see any more features that is needed just to accommodate senior citizens.
Everything is here already, it will only depend on the capability of that Elderly gambler if he’s a fast learner or need someone to focus on guiding him. It will only be hard if they don’t want technology that much, but I know someone who are already old and yet very active in crypto and in crypto gambling. They need more time though for them to adopt, traditional gambling might still be their top as option because they already spend a lot of time on that.
117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who would you trust? on: February 09, 2023, 11:13:36 PM
Since strategy are always changing in trading, what is the relevance of experience? Who would you trust the most for trading tips,
An old trader who has had better days and mostly still relevant because they have a strong reputation for the fact that he has been trading for a while, or would you trust a new trader who is hot in the market and fresh with new strategies?
Reputation is a big thing, if you are a reputable trader then for sure someone is waiting for you always.
Analysis requires a lot of work and knowledge, some beginners are choosing to follow someone with their trading decisions while some are too focus on their learnings. Know what is your priority as a trader, and know what is working with you beside trading is more complicated if you have a lot of basis, try to focus in one and create a good approach in trading.
118  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin Island Retreat - Sasama ba kayo? on: February 09, 2023, 10:51:54 PM

Meron ba nakaattend dito and hows the experience?
End of next month pa yung event.
Next month pa pala yung event, and medyo pricey na nga ito and upon checking mahal naren an go pagbook ng flights, sayang ang layo lang talaga nito sana ibalik bila yung mga city events nila. Anyway, makikiupdate nalang ako sa mga makakapunta dito, I’m pretty sure meron at marame ang aattend dito since organized by a well known group ito and ok den naman yung mga topic na ididiscuss nila.
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have life span? on: February 09, 2023, 10:31:00 PM
We will know once we already reached its total supply, probably the market will react on this.
There’s still no assurance for the life span of Bitcoin as it is still young and still not recognized into many countries. Don’t over think, just focus on the current trend and continue making money beside there’s still a lot of time to reach the limit and that can be enough for you to make profit. There’s a lot of uncertainty in this market, just enjoy every possible way and make no pressure to yourself.
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Teaching children Bitcoin is not in vain on: February 08, 2023, 10:56:44 PM
Financial literacy are way better, its better to teach them the whole concept of money and not just about Bitcoin because if they don't know how to handle their finances, then knowing Bitcoin is useless. Younger generation should start working with their financial awareness, and we should guide them on every possible way.

Bitcoin is there to give financial freedom, and its good to also learn more about this. If I already have Children, I will start teaching them on how to save money and how they can spend it, by this you are slowly teaching them to be more wiser when it comes to their finances.
