101  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: February 06, 2018, 08:04:23 AM
It's not the right time to panic until selling all your money. Bitcoin value will recover do not be afraid be better to keep holding. The unstable of bitcoin is often happen.

Selling your bitcoin will just make bitcoin's price decrease more and instead of getting panic and sell your bitcoin at a losing price, just hodl what you got. And to make it more interesting here's what experienced holders' said, "buy the dip."

The problem with that not many expected btc to go this low anymore so they started either "buying the dip" when it went below 10k and now they're also at a loss. Its given that panic is what makes weak hands sell at a loss, and that's probably good for us hodlers in the long run

Yes,

I recently did that for BCH, pump,dump,pump,dump...Ok let's jump in the boat, it can not fall ( as it follow the BTC a correction would be around 10k$ no less ). And you know the rest.

I lost € because I ''had'' to buy a miner but if not I would just have to wait, because until you don't sell, you don't loose. You cry, but you still have hope.

104  Economy / Economics / Re: when you sell out of panic, you are contributing to the dump! on: February 05, 2018, 04:47:51 PM
Ok everybody do what he wants with his money but...Am I the only one who would like to slap those who sell at lower prices each time candles fight to stay green, or begin to go up before all this bloody falls?!  Angry
105  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: January 31, 2018, 03:56:01 PM

I bristle every time someone suggests Bitmain uses the miners then sells them as new. Every one of mine have been new, if they were run for 30-60 days as urban legend says there'd be some sort of evidence. My urban-legend/theory is that people are buying from re-sellers and that is where this came from.

I couldn't agree more. There is no way my miners had been used before for anything more than QC testing, and I would be amazed if that even happened

This is a batch by batch situation. There have definitely been batches that were sold as "new" by Bitmain and had plenty of evidence of use, such as dust on the fans and heat sinks. We haven't seen this in about a year, but I'd expect to see it a lot more when they release the successor to the S9.

So I could receive a used miner, few days before the release of a new ''s11''.....AAAAAAaand now I won't sleep well thank you !  Cheesy

hi guys,

could you tell me how you do to be warned when s9 are available in real time ? Is there a trick ? You pay someone to stay all the time in front of bitmainshop screen refreshing?!
You keep it secret ?  Wink
Because prices here from sellers are just crazy ( 3700 / 4500?  Shocked  they can keep it and put them...)

I've red something about Telegram ?! ( I precise I'm in europe .)

thank you.

I am in Europe too.
Just add this to your Telegram contacts:
@BitmainNotifyBot

And be prepared to be buzzed everyday when they release the Litecoin miners and PSUs SmileySmileySmiley
But eventually they will release S9 too, just keep an eye on the bot.

Me again sorry but I dont see how or where to add it : I'm new in telegram and the only tabs I have in add contact are name and tel number ? Where can I add @BitmainNotifyBot please ?

115  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [150+ PH] SlushPool (slushpool.com); World's First Mining Pool on: January 24, 2018, 11:08:42 AM
hello,

Could someone confirm that the actual 13btc block rewards each 2 or 3 hours can be considered as the usual average (slushpool) rate  Huh ?

Because I only started mining around few weeks ago December the third with a s9, and untill few days it was still 17btc( I don't get the raisons of the sizes of the block but will try to find it by my self )  but above all blocks were found more often ! Difficulties and block size are linked? Grin

thank you.

hello guys, I have two questions for you while I'm holding my BCH with finger on the trigger for a second order:

1 ) Huh have you noticed that the S9 is no longuer visible ( was sold out but visible intil recently ) in the Bitmain products page ? Is it something that ever happened ?

2 )  Embarrassedthe litminer L3+ prices have changed while they were available. Does it mean that they are ( were ) in dynamic relation  with the BCH change  instead of a fix Dollar price like it was for the S9 recent batch ?  Must we expect that it will be the same punishment when the S9 will be available too ?

thank you

EDIT : AAAAAnnnddd  my fears were justified...
