Corrections of that kind are totally normal. Just a good time to buy in, in my opinion. All coins are in correction mode now.
Well here's a correction for you: crashes aren't corrections! If you think Litecoin will be $300+ anytime for weeks to come, sorry to say you are in all likely scenarios mistaken! Ya i think it's Fair, but Charlie now has an ungodly amount of resources in fiat and other coin that he can use to refine the project that is obviously like his baby that is growing up, litecoin is going to have quick transactions and I bet he finds a way around congestion in the near future. Never forget what this guy has accomplished, this man can be proud of where litecoin is now, where it was a year ago, and where it is going, I do not think he is in competition with btc but I believe he wants to be sure to keep it unregulated and decentralized, I am looking forward to some more dark wallet services that I may never use but will serve the purpose of keeping the coin decentralized - and i think they may come through partnership with a crypto that is already in the dark realm decentralized. My coinbase tonight was 6.5 minutes from 'buy' to sending to my trading platform, and i am in the holiday mood so it took a few couple seconds to confirm my transaction on my end. Litecoin has yet to show its true colors and who is holding it, but when it does show its colors y'all naysayers are going to be shocked (wont surprise me if you dream up some reason to sell to the noobs about why it is where it is at that point) litecoin has long been at odds with btc and entering the regulated market, the devide will not be measured in value but in true crypto morals. I personally am watching litecoin closely cause it is the closest top 10 to being decentralized as any coin will ever be (well besides the fact that some numbnuts in the regulated trading markets are looking at making it one of the next coins to enter the futures market) numbnuts.... |

RIP EMC2..... Jesus investors who bought at the top got completely wiped out.
I bought at the top, and although a panic hit me as it tumbled I continued to hold, which is what everyone who went off the cliff should have done, now I just keep holding even as bitcoin found a cliff of its own, blood everywhere and what am I going to do? Hold, I am going to hold because I decided it could go either way once it peaked, it dropped but not really bad enough to warrant selling off I think I bought some more at cheap - would have to look - , reminds me of other coins that peaked and fell and peaked and fell so now that I can't profit the only thing I wish is that I had been able to wait until after the GPU mining began, but who knew that was going to come around? Bring on more FUD haters! I like it! |

I think it all depends on the growth of bitcoin. If bitcoin grows, then the ethereum will grow, and bitcoin will in any case grow.
Totally agreed. Some people think that eth will beat btc. If btc goes down everything also goes down including our lovely ether too. If btc grows only then ethereum has chance to go further. Ya this is true, i see both going up in January fro here but we will see. dude don't waste your time with this coin... bunch of cheaters with their wack announcement that they could've of have done during hardwork... look at the graph.. dump and pump coin nothing more. this dev team is shit.. they hyped up the whole thing. they shoulve of killed the rumors durring hardwork when it dropped to 1.40$. you know how much money people lost? thousands...
Right... Take a newbie response as legit advice, this guy is definitely a master of understanding of decentralized crypto. Pretty sure after this new dudes advice I won't be pumping any more LTC into this coin.... or any other Altcoins that are searching for a decentralized option for crypto's, On the other end- - - follow your gut, listen to your own advise, it works for me. |

I was watching and buying this coin from 2014 as I have a science background and found the concept insteresting. My username then was Shifu77, but I find I can’t log in with that account anymore due to something about a hack deactivating old accounts for this site that haven’t been used for a long time.
I had been buying EMC2 in small 20,000 coin batches then through Allcoin as that used to be one of the few coin exchange stocks that carried Einsteinium at the start. In total I bought over 200,000 coins then but lost most of the coins as I was stupid enough to leave them on exchanges that went down.
I also loaded EMC2 funds onto the Einsteinium twitter bot to give out to other Scientists, but I can’t seem t get those funds back anymore.
I’ve been away from the altcoin scene for a few years, and so came back when I saw the price surge on EMC2. Does anyone know if the old Twitter bot commands still work (I just tried it to get my balance, but got no reply).
Having a long standing coin is great, but the current EMC2 seems to have little to do with its original founding concept.
I believe the current concept is a bit different from the founding concept, all idea's grow and change once the idea is launched to the masses, I keep buying in to EMC2 as it goes down cause very few coin developers are around to support the coin they launched and EMC2 devs are always working toward making it better for the crypto society, the latest Ann may have not sat well with it's community and investors but as the producers strive to push for a non centralized coin some people might not see the current development as progress yet the move is ripping the control of the blockchain away from corporate entity's - the same corporate entity's that have enabled the launch of btc futures and the same entity's that are working toward a centralized style of crypto trading that the top 5 are experiencing as Billions of dollars are beginning to flood the market, EMC2 is not bound to a central government and with it's mining going to GPU it will allow anyone in the world to hash EMC2 and profit from those of us that use it, buy it, trade it, hodl it, and even from those that just like it without holding it but believe in decentralizing currency. A coin like this to move into a GPU environment might seem like suicide to some that have no idea of the work behind decentralizing the currency of the world, but, to some of us it is the biggest move a popular coin can make in these day's as other coins strive just to be a top tradeable crypto coin. I personally would like to shake the hands of the team behind EMC2 and let them know that in these times of high stakes I admire their efforts of keeping the power amongst the people. Ya this is a good thing for miners, which is a good thing for the network, for now this will be good for someone that is getting into crypto, but the way things go massive companies will end up mining for EMC2 but wont need to worry about it for some time after this, which means that EMC2 can be adopted by more of the community than just trading members (that seem to come and go) - miners are the largest supporters of coins - this is for sure a good step in the right direction even though the traders hated the announcement, nothin wrong with announcing that your announcing something soon - next time I might just add something so people do not pump themselves up, price will be right back where it was and even the traders will come around to understanding the path your team has chosen The brightest thing about your announcement is you are showing that a team is behind EMC2 and that is huge, hundreds of coins out there without teams - much less even one spokesman that is on top of moving the coin in a good direction. I was all focused on BTC, then all of a sudden all this crazy activity started with DOGECOIN. being a newbie, I didn't know what DOGECOIN was about and I just threw a couple hundred at it. WOW what a freaking roller coaster trying to day trade this bullsheet coin AND trying to fight against coinsquare's trading block. When the price dips, coinsquare puts out an error message saying no quotes found. But sometimes they fuck up and you can get the low price you want. Anyway shit's a little calm, I made my money and am thinking if I should ride that roller coaster again on Monday morning when all of the people at work start trading?
Take it to the moon! I had nothing to do with the spike or know anything about why it spiked (but all altcoins will rise considering the amount of fiat flowing into them right now, look at the coinmarket cap stats) but Doge in the early day's was much fun and so Wow, it was fun to be a part of it, so many people around the globe loved it and it might just have the largest base of support in crypto, the Doge is really a good coin for transactions, with a high supply and low transactions fees and a community that understands the up and downs of crypto, this Doge is going to the moon.  |
