I agree with you. The way to solve this is to have a long vesting period for the bonusses. 12 months to 18 months would work.
That way the people investing are not speculators but real investors.

It firstly depends on whether you are looking for a Cryptocurrency "only" like Bitcoin or you are looking at an interesting project with long term potential.
IE are you speculating or investing?

I think airdrop coins will become a thing of the past. I hope so. I avoid any ICO offering these. It is at the expense of the long term investors investing in my opinion.
