With the uprising in bitcoin price, media continuously trying to put up misleading news, false rumour and etc. This will prevent new people joining the crypto world. My point is, never believe 100% what you read on news. Do your own research after you read that certain news to back it up.

 If there are major wars, BTC will go up. If there are problems with countries currency, BTC will go up. More investing firms are adopting Bitcoin (finally). There is a limited volume of the currency. Internationalism is growing, which is reducing powers of national governments. That should also reduce their power to stabilize state money. So BTC and other neutral global solutions will improve.
