The guys that will inherit a life of not needing to work a single day of their lives thanks to being form within the cocacola, ford etc families, will disagree with you.
102  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you really believe that Bitcoin will hit 1,000,000 on: September 14, 2014, 11:49:37 PM
Well, you do the math:
There can only ever be 21 million people on this planet that will be able to hold 1 whole BTC. If you consider the large exchangers, early miners and whales (just the top 500 addresses hold 4 million BTCs alone, that's not counting the big holders who split into many addresses) I imagine the general public will only be able to get a hold of maybe maybe 8 million BTCs AT MOST. Of those, many will hold more than one. So, I imagine only 3-5 million people on earth will ever hold at least 1 BTC - ever. Considering 7 billion people, you're going to be one of the lucky ones.
103  Other / Off-topic / Re: iPhone 6 launch event, on Youtube on: September 14, 2014, 11:24:49 PM
The iWatch is a pain in the ass, best way to go blind is to use that thing. If smartphones are annoying anough, i cant imagine operating on such tiny screens.
104  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we hit 500$ tonight? on: September 14, 2014, 11:23:54 PM
Im gonna go conservative and say next week, even tho is not enterly impossible, but with my small TA skills what i've predicted is we'll see it in 5 to 7 days or so.
105  Economy / Speculation / Re: Winklevoss COIN ETF to push price above 10,000 on: September 14, 2014, 11:22:55 PM
The Winklevii don't fuck around. They predict really high prices for BTC.

These guys are balls deep within Bitcoin and will not let it fall under any circumstances.

“Small bull case scenario for Bitcoin is a 400bn USD market cap, so 40,000 USD a coin, but I believe it could be much larger. When this will happen, if it happens, I don’t know, but if it happens, it will probably happen much faster than anyone imagines.”
106  Economy / Economics / Re: How much did your salary increase over the past 5 years? on: September 14, 2014, 11:16:08 PM
My salary has increased! Thanks to stunna, because this country is doomed and so I am unless BTC saves my ass. I think i'll not be able to ever get a job at this rate.
107  Economy / Economics / Re: Send a message to the central bankers here on: September 14, 2014, 11:15:13 PM
Dear Ben Bernakle, you could use all that magic money you can create out of tin air and use it to invest in Bitcoin before people stop giving it any value. Thanks.

Lol. Hasn't it proved already the "hacker" was a dumb kid that got doxed? OP should update the thread with the info so people dont keep asking or something.
110  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New Virus/Malware! on: September 14, 2014, 11:05:28 PM
I always double check the email addreses for something suspicious, but this one seems pretty well done. In any case, I would contact the original source about them sending jar files with executables first... suspicious.
111  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitchest on: September 14, 2014, 11:02:57 PM
I forgot about faucets ages ago. If you do an excel table and count all the hours wasted with the faucets, solving captchas, then fighting the site owner because he "forgets" to pay you or some shit, its just not worth it, McDonald wage is better.
112  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where to put 0.5 BTC? on: September 14, 2014, 11:01:53 PM
Again, you guys are missing the part where I said if you invested some BTC (okay more than 0.5 but not that much) in something like Moolah, you would be getting a decent wage doing nothing monthly. Thats the goal.
113  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where to put 0.5 BTC? on: September 12, 2014, 02:15:56 AM
you have a couple hundred dollars, and your dreaming that couple hundred dollars would give you 500 PROFIT each and every month... well sorry but you need to re-arrange your fantasy.

the least risky option is to research "drop shipping". where you do not buy stock upfront, you do not have to even do any delivering. all you need to do is advertise products in bitcoin and then send the drop shipper the orders, delivery address and the funds to cover the costs.

EG
sell clothes that you can pay for at about $5 and sell to bitcoiners for $10 (custom shirts with bitcoin logo) then cash out $5 of bitcoins to send to drop shipper along with your customers deliver address, and keep the other $5 as bitcoin.

its not just clothes. there are many things that you can sell for profit and keep the profit as bitcoin, with no risks.

i would not recommend anyone that has no forex/stock exchange experience to risk funds in exchanges. its just too risky for noobs.

but the drop shipper method is not only no risk. it is also great for buying more bitcoin without having to find an exchange to link your bank with. because you can basically pay your fiat income to the drop shipper and keep ALL the bitcoin thus making the dropshipper/retail website you make, the exchange.(in the background)

Are aware that if I invested a couple BTC in Moolah back in the day, I would have reached my goal by now?

Im talking about investing in legit companies, not day trading or some shit. And im considering risk too, even holding is a big risk with bitcoin. I just want to stay way from just gambling territory.
114  Economy / Economics / Re: Is European bank system preparing to attack virtual currencies? on: September 12, 2014, 02:06:18 AM
Mario and his ECB friends just patched the collapsing system with a couple more tricks, while everyone that has a clue knows we are headed towards catastrophe. Too bad they can't attack BTC in any way. Check outernet project.
115  Economy / Economics / Re: IT'S OFFICIAL: Paypal/eBay ACCEPTING Bitcoin! on: September 12, 2014, 02:03:28 AM
When this officially happens, i'll but champagne with BTC and celebrate as the trend towards ATH starts again.
116  Economy / Service Discussion / Where to put 0.5 BTC? on: September 10, 2014, 11:25:18 PM
I have 0.5BTC that I would not like to just sit on, I want to start making gains besides working.
Im aiming for my goal: A discrete passive income, just getting about 500€ monthly doing nothing would be amazing for me. Actually I could have achieved that by investing in Moolah which I saw as a legit company with a long term good development, but I didnt had enough BTC back then. So im looking for something else. The problem is, most of the "put your BTC here and gain your interest" seem like Ponzi schemes to me.

Anything legit going on? (forget about your mindless shilling, i will detect it fast, only honest advice).
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Official "repitela is a nazi asshole douchebag turd thread" on: September 10, 2014, 11:11:45 PM
I asked you once your history, how did you became rich? specifically, step by step, no bullshit. I argued how there is always a fundamental factor of big luck involved that trumps actual skills, when it comes to high sudden gains. I also argued how we have no free will, so people isn't really responsible for their actions (in this case, being rich or poor). You only percieve the ilusion of taking decisions, when you arent.

On a side note, you own a fucking castle  Cool

PS: I don't have anything against you, I just like to talk with rich people, to study how they think, and I have never meet actual legit wealthy people besides you and a couple other guys (fund babbies) but these were not really interesting to talk to.

How does this compare to Bitshares, specifically? why im seeing so many of these shares thing popping now? Is this a new fad, or does this have a legit place to exist in the future? Im looking to put some of my small BTC amount in action and not just sitting there, looking for something useful.
