It's a connotation of Fad, Scam, and useless. But it's a electronic innovation We view this sometimes as useless but let's look at dot.com era like eBay and Amazon certainly many dot-com company failed but they were hit by lows but at the end they were able to escape the possible demise. The problem we now face as a revolution is the fact that people are in the game to make quick money, not to make a difference to the way we interact with money... The market would be more stable if everyones investment stayed for a minimum of 10 years
I don't think so, to become stable market you need a very dynamic composition of players. There should be investor, trader, whalers, hypers, etc. in the market. If market compose of one type of player only then growth of the market will become stagnant. I do believe if the composition of the players has big group of investor instead of traders then it will become more stable. Group percentage of the market will stabilized the market. |

It is not always the case, sometimes the market react different from what others think. Just like what happen last Friday February 2. When almost I read in the forum that they will cut their losses, the market suddenly when up last Saturday. The human behavior on investing is very complicated the obvious move becomes hard to predict. I will predict that during Chinese New Year the altcoins will go Up.

It's hard to tell simply because last year graph shows no significant uptrend movement after the Chinese New Year. But still upbeat that BTC will recover to next couple of weeks. After this big downtrend many investor will come back and will think that BTC is now very cheap to invest. I am watching very closely because this wave will gives us opportunity get high profit. |

I live in Europe and i am convinced that a world war will happen within the next 30 years, probably with nuclear weapons. There will be no internet, food, electricity, water available. Banks are closed so i can't get my money. No fuel in fuelstations so i can't use my car. No meds available everything is plundered in pharmacy's. Stores and wallmarts are plundered as well so no food.
What do i need to do to survive?
You need to watch Doomsday Preppers if you want to know what things to prepare. I really learn a lot in this TV show in terms of survival techniques. This will surely enlighten you that you many things to prepare in terms of Worldwide Calamity or destruction. |

Since I have family I would choose family. But back then when I was single my priority are sex and leisure. When I was in college my priority is Education. Did you notice that prioritization differ depending on the stages of life. This is not being truthful this the reality in life.

Buying ETH is a great idea but It's not already the time to get rid of bitcoins.
As bitcoin is still the leader and most valuable crypto, it is also a much more stable option for investing.
But I suggest everyone to narrow down their bitcoin holding below 50% of total investment as the era of bitcoin is collapsing slowly.
For the stability it is still wise to hold the investment in Bitcoin there's no sign of worrying cause the coins perform better same the rest of altcoins. But it would also better to diversify the portfolio by adding the Etheruem. Eth has lots of potential to the market it can challenge the number 1 position in near future. |

We (traders at least) are supposed to be hard-headed realists who don't let emotions get in the way of a good deal. We are successful when we make decisions based purely on logic. And yet...
I've noticed that I have a definite psychological attachment to the first altcoins that I started with. I can find a new coin that I like, trade profitably with it, and then sell it on in favour of the next big thing. But I find it really difficult to let go of ETH and XRP - these were my first alts back in April last year, and they shot up in price as soon as I got them. Logic tells me that these have hit big marketcaps now, and I should sell up and move on to the up-and-coming coins that are more likely to go x10 or x100. I've sold small percentages of both, but I find it so much harder to let go than is the case with other coins.
Has anyone else had the same experience?
I don't feel the same the trader's main objective is to earn money as much as possible. That altcoins has no emotion on trader as well so why I will bother to feel emotionally attached to them. Being sentimental doesn't belong on trading being logical is the sure way to success. I just hope you change your mind. |

There are ways to know if your altcoins is ready to sell. (1) Set your target price of selling this is with regards on how much it would go, example set to 20%. (2) The other one is thru Fib Retracement. You search on youtube how to do the Fib Retracement. This is the only strategy I use.

When times like this the best strategy is hold and wait for the rebound. Even market is falling there are ways to gain profit but the risk also increases. You have also to set cut loss to protect the account value never mind the small loss you can still get it back during the rebound.

First time user of myetherwallet. It's cool because you don't use wallet to put your money, but a little bit worried on the safety of the access. Nowadays hackers find new ways to access our wallet. I'm planning to buy Trezor to add extra security on my wallet. But again the idea of no hardware wallet seem contradict to my original purpose of no having hardware wallet.
