Getting really frustrated and regretting my purchase.
On jan 30th, I ordered motherboard, psu and ssd. On feb 5th, website said hurry and get in orders for stuff to ship. I ordered the case, that said it was in stock.
I got my order, no case.. PSU popped on plugin and never worked.. motherboard constantly locks up/freezes.
I was told the cases didn't make it out before Chinese New Year, got it. Totally understand. Was told it would ship after.. Then after CNY i was told early march.. Now its March 20th and I just finally got a tracking # (that currently appears invalid).
Told them psu was bad, no problem we will replace.
Told them motherboard was bad, we did some troubleshooting, was told they'd replace..
When asking for an update on case (and mobo) im again told to troubleshoot board, even though I thought we'd already agreed on a replacement..
I still haven't confirmed all 3 items are coming (at the same time)
so, summary, the stuff i ordered a month and a half ago either never showed or doesn't work and I am getting ticked.
Hey there! Sorry to hear that you had problems with our order. The PSU model you received is now discontinued and we do not offer it anymore, we also sent an email update about it. I will personally make sure all your problems get sorted out ASAP! We are currently shipping out our March batch and all of our team is working overtime, there might be a slight delay at the moment with emails and replacements. I apologise for this. I will send you a PM regarding your Order details and I will get everything sorted out for you right away!

Well, I got my Octominer case in, and I found a huge problem. Its supposedly a 4u rack mount case, but it doesn't fit in a standard 19" rack!..its over 22" wide! Oops. So its useless for hosting in any datacenter, unless its a mickey mouse one that just uses shelves, vs proper enterprise racks. Also has some very nice Delta PWM fans, unfortunately the PWM and sense leads are literally snipped off, so fan speeds are not controllable. Grrrr
Hey! The 4U is for the height of the case. We had the dimensions listed under the product descriptions also. Sorry to hear that you did not notice it during checkout. Regarding the PWM wires. Some batches of fans had them snipped off, all the fans work fine though and this will not be an issue. This was due to our case supplier using fans they had in stock, otherwise it would have made the production times longer. Currently there is also a shortage of high quality fans in the market in China due to all the mining activity. We also have a fan speed controller coming out soon that can be used with those fans without the need for the PWM wires. Will be plug and play. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you.

They posted about the PayPal issues a while back. PayPal froze their account due to being crypto related. Not sure of the legitimacy of the claim, but that’s what was posted a week or two ago. I’m not saying their product isn’t legit. I’m running the board and case with no issues, but their responses to my warranty issue have been super slow. I’m hoping it’s just a matter of them moving, but it doesn’t look good when you can post in breads promoting your new fully built rig but can’t handle customer concerns.
its a lie in my opinon. As I placed the order after he said he closed paypal. When I ordered my date was 10-20 as you can see photo was altered. I would hate to see a few people spend a lot of btc on the fully loaded gpus units to get nothing. Requested refund today. from website. I will follow up but I feel there is an issue here. Hi There! Sorry for the slight delay with the answer all our team is working overtime right now. Yes we changed the shipping date. If you put in a refund request we will refund you within the next 24-48h. And what do you think is a lie in your opinion? If you wish to see proof that Paypal did not support our business then please contact us through live chat or send me a PM here and I can verify all the info to you. Please refrain from posting info here that is not true. You are welcome to visit our office in Shenzhen, China and you can buy the fully built rigs with GPUs in person if you wish. Okay I am reasonable. I requested a refund if I get it from paypal in 24-48 hours I will change my opinion of you. Thank you for understanding. The refund is already done, please check your Paypal account. They money is already back in your account. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Philip, we refunded your order. Also, here is proof that our Paypal acc is still suspended even though we have uploaded all the info, including the tracking numbers. We have weekly phone calls with Paypal to try to get our account unrestricted but it's not happening soon. We decided to ditch Paypal and we will have credit card processing up and running in the next few weeks. Sad to see you are posting information here about us that is untrue. This creates a lot of stress for our customer support team who are doing their best every day and working hard to make sure each and every customer is satisfied!

I appreciate you posting as well as contacting me regarding me replacement board. I also understand that you guys get busy, but communication is key, especially for a newer company trying to grow a customer base. The crypto sphere can be small at times and a lot of it resolves around word of mouth and forums like this and reddit.
My goal in buying you from you guys was part wanting a system just as this and part wanting to provide a impartial review on your product as well as comparisons to other similar products on the market so that less experienced buyers can have a reference to make their decisions.
It is my hope that communication will be better going forward especially now that crypto is your only means of payment for now.
Yes, thanks for the feedback. We do agree that communication is key and for the past few days a few emails got a bit delayed. Our team and sales are constantly expanding and we will improve on every matter. As you can see from other replies and posts, we try to do the best job we can and we take every client personally. Nobody gets ignored or left hanging. Just that sometimes it seems that people here or on reddit don't want a business to succeed and start posting things in less than 24 hours, when we have not had time to respond even yet. We have always sent out all replacement boards and always refunded every refund request. We take this very seriously. Do you guys get better support from Aliexpress or Alibaba ? We are based in Shenzhen, China but most of our team is from Northern Europe and we do understand how important quality products, good customer service and reliable warranty is. Anyway, sorry for the long reply. Sometimes it's just very frustrating when you do your best and when you wake up and go to the office you see that people are posting things on forums that are not true. Thanks again for your purchase and support! Also we have a phone number on our website that you can call to receive a quick reply. And our "Live Chat" customer support team works in multiple timezones and is only 24/7 every day of the week .

Sorry about the delay with the response. Regarding the rig promotion, we have different people working on new products and promotions and another team working customer support and client relations. We already shipped out your replacement board.

Hey! We should have credit card processing again in April meanwhile crypto only. And we will never ever use Paypal again.

Are you shutting the system down via a power button or windows shutdown?
Running Hive OS - basically my plan was to reset it by switching off the power from a remote wall socket adapter then waiting a few seconds and enabling power again with the device then powering back up. I have mounted the case high up on the garage wall so wanted to get away from pushing buttons etc was hoping to reset just via my phone with an app That's not a bad idea to use a remote power socket. In april we will also start selling PDU's (power distribution units) that have networking features and has remote reboot feature for all the individual sockets. If anybody has any specific ideas or requests then please let us know. We are currently developing a range of PDUs that we plan to launch late April.

Not sure what your talking about. The March 10-20 batch was for motherboards, not cases. I received the case today and will be making a build bid in the coming days.
Also for reference I am replacing all the fans with Noctua Nf-f12 industrial 3000 rpm fans. Will post once the build is complete and I see how noise and temps are looking.
Great. Interested to see how the Noctua fans will perform.

Ordered one of their cases and an ssd for my board. Still waiting for it to ship. Hopefully it goes out today/tomorrow.
i ordered mine feb 5th and still hasnt shipped. Hi! When you placed the order, that was for the March 10-20th batch as stated during checkout and on our website. If you wish we can refund your order right away. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

today I took the time to power down one of my octo rigs and move a couple of the intake fans to the outside of the case. This allowed me to easily slip my longest 1080ti cards into place. really happy with it.. now I would love adjustable fan speed hardware knob, and second atx psu support! going to have to figure out some way to add a second psu externally but preferably secured to the side of the case somehow and not flopping around loose
Great. How are the temps on the 1080ti's with only one set of fans? I am not sure we can make a second ATX fit into the case , it will be too tight.

We are right now working on getting a PWM fan controller for them to regulate the speed.
nice, will I be able to add that to my existing rigs? and would the speeds be controlled in software from the OS or like a hardware speed dial/knob? (would love to be able to use both). the delta fans are great but sometimes I'd love to be able to quiet them or find a balance between noise and temps Yes ,that's the plan. To have a fan controller that can be added as an upgrade.

Gawt dayum this case is loud. It's in the basement and we can hear it on the 2nd story. Wife has demanded I get rid of it, but other than that it's great.
Yeah , they are loud but very efficient at cooling. We are right now working on getting a PWM fan controller for them to regulate the speed.

Both paypal and credit card payment has been remove....... and stripe refound my payment. Guess have to found another way to buy Bitcoin first. Yes. Currently we only accept Crypto payments. Paypal and stripe do not support crypto mining hardware sales. In around 2-3 weeks we will have credit card processing again.

how do you power the 7 powerful fans? i do not see enough fan headers on the motherboard. and server PSUs only have 6 pin connectors (no molex)
also, how does the motherboard get power? only from the 6-pin connectors? those are only 12v, what about the other required voltages (5v, 3.3v, etc) that are normally provided by the ATX 20/24pin connector? how is that handled?
third, is the power adapter to power an external SATA drive provided with the motherboard? sata drive needs 5v power, but that wont be present when using a server psu. so it would have to come from the motherboard.
Hey! We ship our cases with a 6pin to 2x Molex adapter to power the fans. The motherboard is powered by 6pin connectors, our motherboard is built to run on 12V. There is no need for 5V or 3.3V. We include a special SATA power cable that gets 5V power from the motherboard.

Hello @philipma1957
I hope they do a testing with Intel® Core™ i7-8650U Processor very soon, seems to be the fastest for this board.
Yours PanneKopp
Yes, we will make a board with the i7 8650u and i7 8550u to test and see how it works. If there is interest for it we can also mass produce a batch.

My experience:
However - server PSUs have been nothing short of a nightmare. First PSU flashed a bright white on startup and didn't turn on again. Second PSU worked and I managed to mine equihash on HiveOS. But then I heard a loud SNAP, and found the PSU dead smelling of burnt plastic and hot to the touch. Tried the third PSU after, but it never even turned on. There is nothing abnormal about my house and I already had two rigs going.
There is a reason proper/real/genuine server psu`s have two letters on them - HP Do not buy Chinese junk. They are not real server psu`s, Chinese clones of HP products. Only buy real HP stuff, which will last you years to come and won`t risk your expensive gpu`s. Our PSU's are solid also and we stand by our product quality. Just an unfortunate mistake that happened. The problem with the HP PSUs is that the breakout board quality can be really bad sometimes, I have seen photos where the breakout boards from parallelminer come with many defective and shorted solder points.

Yes, we had a problem with the server PSU. The factory that makes them for us made a big mistake, they have 2 versions. 1 version only works with 220V , the other version works both 110/220V, they mixed up some of the PSU and some % of the PSU that is supposed to be dual voltage 220/110V is actually just 220V. We are really mad about this with our PSU manufacturer and we are solving the problem at the moment. Don't worry though, it's just a fraction of the PSU and if your server PSU is running, it should keep running for a long time. Also the PSUs have protection circuitry inside, there is no way they can damage the GPUs. We already have professional miners using our boards and server PSUS hat have 1000+ GPU farms and they are extremely satisfied with our products. We 100% honor our warranty and if anybody has any issues, please contact us right away on Live chat or email and we will refund your order and send you a return shipping label for the defective PSU. Thanks to everybody who has supported us and sorry about this issue! I ordered 2 server PSU's yesterday - how would I know which versions I get? This problem only affected a fraction of the PSU sent out in February. All new orders made for the March batch will be unaffected.
